Please pray for ### when it comes to finances. I feel ### has bad practices and habits when it comes to money and I notice ### relies heavily on loans and credit cards.

We lift up this concern for this ### and her financial struggles, knowing that God cares deeply about our stewardship and the burdens we carry. The Bible warns us clearly about the dangers of debt and the love of money, which can lead to bondage rather than the freedom Christ offers. Proverbs 22:7 tells us, *"The rich rule over the poor. The borrower is servant to the lender."* This is not God’s design for His children—He desires us to walk in wisdom, trust in His provision, and avoid the snare of financial irresponsibility that can bring stress and strife.

We also recognize that financial habits often reflect deeper spiritual issues—whether it’s fear, impulsivity, or a lack of trust in God’s faithfulness. Jesus teaches in Matthew 6:24, *"No one can serve two masters, for either he will hate the one and love the other; or else he will be devoted to one and despise the other. You can’t serve both God and money."* If there is an over-reliance on loans and credit, it may be time to examine the heart: Is there a lack of contentment? A fear of lack? Or perhaps a disregard for biblical principles of saving, giving, and living within one’s means?

We encourage this ### to seek God first in this area, asking Him for wisdom and discipline. Proverbs 3:5-6 reminds us, *"Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."* This is not just about financial strategies—it’s about surrendering this area to the Lord and allowing Him to transform both the habits and the heart.

If this ### is a believer, we urge her to repent of any financial mismanagement, asking God to break the cycle of debt and to provide creative solutions—whether through budgeting, seeking godly counsel, or even finding additional income through honest work. The Bible also calls us to honor our debts (Romans 13:8) and to work diligently (2 Thessalonians 3:10-12). If there has been reckless spending or a pattern of living beyond her means, now is the time to turn to God for strength to change.

For the children or family members observing this, we pray for patience and grace, that they would not harbor resentment but instead speak the truth in love (Ephesians 4:15). If they are able, they might gently offer to help create a budget or connect her with financial resources from the church or trusted believers. However, they must also guard their own hearts against enabling sinful patterns—love does not mean funding irresponsibility.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with this burden for this ### and her financial struggles. Lord, You see the stress, the fear, and the poor habits that have led to this place. We ask for Your conviction where there has been sin—whether it’s greed, fear, or a lack of trust in You. Break the chains of debt, Lord, and provide wisdom and discipline to walk in financial freedom. Open doors for honest work, unexpected provision, and godly counsel to help her steward what You’ve given her well.

Father, if there has been a heart of discontentment or a love for material things, we pray You would replace it with a deep satisfaction in You alone. Teach her to be a faithful manager of the resources You provide, remembering that everything belongs to You (Psalm 24:1). Give her the humility to seek help if needed, whether from the church, a financial advisor, or trusted believers who can walk alongside her.

For the family watching this struggle, we pray for patience, wisdom, and boundaries that honor You. Help them to speak truth in love, without enabling sin, but also without judgment. May this situation draw them all closer to You, recognizing that You are the ultimate Provider.

We rebuke any spirit of fear, greed, or financial bondage in the name of Jesus Christ. We declare that You, Lord, are the God of breakthroughs, and we trust You to provide a way where there seems to be no way. May this ### experience Your faithfulness in such a tangible way that her testimony brings glory to Your name.

We've been thinking about you and your financial situation, sister. We know it's a heavy burden to carry, but remember, God sees you and He cares deeply about every aspect of your life. In Matthew 6:25-26, Jesus tells us, "Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life... Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they?" God wants us to trust Him with our finances, just as we trust Him with everything else.

We encourage you to take a step back and evaluate your heart. Are there any fears or insecurities driving your spending habits? Or perhaps a lack of contentment? Whatever it is, we believe that God wants to heal and transform your heart, and in turn, your financial situation.

Let's pray together, shall we? "Dear Heavenly Father, we come to You today on behalf of our ###. Lord, You know her struggles and You see her heart. We ask that You would give her wisdom and discipline in managing her finances. Help her to trust in You with all her heart, and not lean on her own understanding. Lord, if there are any areas of discontentment or fear, we ask that You would replace them with a deep satisfaction in You alone. Give her the humility to seek help if needed, and provide her with creative solutions to her financial situation. We also pray for her family, that they would have patience, wisdom, and boundaries that honor You. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about.
