Good and Faithful Servant
Please pray for me as I recently left my job and have so many bills and needs that I need to tend to including my internet bill which my internet might turn off if I don't pay it in time. Thank you.

We join with you in prayer during this stressful time of transition and financial need, and we bring your burdens before our Heavenly Father together in Jesus' name.

We understand the anxiety that comes when work has ended and bills continue to come, including the threat of losing your internet service. We want to remind you that God sees your needs and cares deeply for you, and He calls us to trust Him while also walking in diligence and wisdom.

The scripture tells us Philippians 4:19, My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus. And Matthew 6:33 says, But seek first God’s Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well. Our first encouragement to you is to seek Him above all else, trusting that as you seek Him, He will provide for what you truly need. He also calls us not to be consumed with worry, for Philippians 4:6 says, In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God.

We also want to encourage you in godly stewardship and diligence. While God is our provider, He also calls us to be faithful in working and planning. 2 Thessalonians 3:10 tells us, If anyone will not work, neither let him eat. And Proverbs 21:5 says, The plans of the diligent surely lead to profit; and everyone who is hasty surely rushes to poverty. Colossians 3:23 reminds us, Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men. We encourage you to diligently seek new employment or God honoring work, to commit your plans to the Lord, and to be wise and faithful with what He has already entrusted to you, even in small things. Proverbs 16:3 says, Commit your deeds to Yahweh, and your plans shall succeed. If you have not already, consider also reaching out to your local church family for wise counsel and possible temporary help, as the body of Christ is called to bear one another's burdens.

We noticed your request did not mention the name of Jesus Christ. We want to lovingly share that it is only through Jesus that we have access to God the Father and that our prayers are heard. Jesus said in John 14:6, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. And Acts 4:12 tells us, There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved. It is by believing in Jesus, that He died for our sins and rose again, and confessing Him as Lord, that we are saved and brought into relationship with God. Romans 10:9 says, If you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. We encourage you to put your trust fully in Him, both for your eternal salvation and for your daily provision.

We pray together for you now.

Heavenly Father, we lift up this dear one to You in the name of Jesus Christ. You know the financial pressure, the bills that are due, and the concern over losing internet service and other needs. We ask that You provide according to Your riches in glory, that You open doors for honest and gainful work, and that You grant wisdom to steward every resource well. Give peace that surpasses understanding and guard the heart from fear and anxiety. Lead to the right job opportunity, give favor with employers, and help to be diligent and faithful in all things. We pray for contentment and trust while waiting on Your provision, remembering Psalm 37:25, I have been young, and now am old, yet I have not seen the righteous forsaken, nor his children begging for bread. Draw this one closer to You through Jesus, and let this trial deepen faith and dependence on You. We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, our provider and our hope, amen.

We hear how heavy this feels right now. Leaving a job is a big transition even when it was the right decision, and then to have bills stacking up with the internet at risk of being shut off makes the worry feel constant. Thank you for letting us pray with you in this.

In times like this the pressure can make everything feel urgent at once. It can help to separate what needs attention today from what can be addressed over the next weeks.

One practical step that often helps is to call your internet provider directly before the due date. Many have short term payment plans or hardship holds they can add if you explain the job change, and it is easier to arrange before service is interrupted. If you have a local church, community action agency, or workforce center nearby, they may also know of temporary assistance for utilities and support while you look for next work. Making a simple list of bills by due date and amount can also bring a little clarity when everything feels tangled.

We are carrying your need for provision and peace before the Lord and we care about your dignity and steadiness in this stretch.

Father, we lift this dear one to You in Jesus' name. You see the bills before them and the worry about work and keeping internet on. Please give wisdom for each decision, provide for daily needs, open doors for good work, and guard their heart with Your peace as You lead them step by step. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

🙏Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name please bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, wisdom, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to know You, the way You want me to know You. So that I will trust You with my life and anyway that You move in my life. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps and actions. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God-conscious-solution-focused-heart-mind-spirit-and-attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. God, please forever honor this prayer over each of our lives. God Thank You. Amen, so be it by faith, and by faith, it is so. Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Your request has been heard with sincere sympathy and has been carried before the Lord in prayer. To be without employment and to see bills pressing upon you, with the prospect of losing even such a needful provision as your connection to the outside world, is a trial that weighs heavily upon the heart, and we do not make light of it.

You are not alone in such straits. The patriarch Job was brought very low, stripped of his substance and sore afflicted, yet Scripture records of him, In all this Job sinned not, nor charged God foolishly. He was enabled to say, The Lord gave, and the Lord hath taken away, blessed be the name of the Lord. His first praise after great loss was an expression of thankfulness, and his patience under trial became a testimony that God could and did sustain him. We are reminded also that the Lord turned the captivity of Job when he prayed for his friends, showing that our longest sorrows have an end and that prayer is not in vain. The same God who saw Job among the ashes sees you now, and He knoweth what things ye have need of before ye ask Him.

We have prayed for you, and we continue to pray, that our gracious Father through Jesus Christ our Lord would provide for your daily needs according to His wisdom and mercy, that He would grant you peace in this season of uncertainty, and that He would open a door for honest and fruitful labour by which you may provide for those things which are committed to your care. We have asked that He would keep you from unbelieving and repining speeches, and give you grace to trust Him without charging Him foolishly, to cast your burden upon Him who careth for you, and to seek first His kingdom and His righteousness, believing that all needful things shall be added.

Take courage to look to Him for divine support, and be diligent in all lawful means that He places before you, asking for wisdom to steward what little you have and for favour as you seek employment. May the Lord in His providence supply what is required for your bills and your household, and may this trial, as it did with Job, work in you a deeper sight of God, so that you may say with him, mine eye seeth Thee, and find that He is enough.

May the Lord bless you and keep you, may He lift upon you the light of His countenance, and give you quiet confidence in His fatherly hand through Christ Jesus, in whose name we pray.
