Mobbing in the school - new job for me please, my brothers tricks

Othualmance

Disciple of Prayer
Lord i am under alot of srress. Mobbing from the principle, educational counselor, pupils (teenagers) and probably their parents. They all ignored my notes connected to the behaviours of pupils and now i am guilty inspite of the facts. The principle is manipulating me and putting pressure on me, educational counselor states that pupils are our clients. Unbeleivable. What? Is the highschool some kind of a private busimess of a princiole?? I cannot beleive it. They persuade me that i am not for this job since i dont know how to handle problematic pupils. I should be in charge in a class!!!???
One person said to me that the school is full of ego maniacs and that the ones that are accepted and successful the most are manipulators and narcissists. He confirmed my opinion. Its really true. I cannot breathe properly from all this unrighteousness in the school. It became unbearable. Lord please help find me another job. I dont know where to start, i already thought about it but i feel like all doors are shut for me. To much impossibilities and unrighteousness. Lord help.

LORD PLEASE PROTECT ME FROM ANY THEFT/ROBBING/STEALING OF MY MONEY IN JESUS NAME. Put control over my brother. Stop him in his unrighteous plans against me/my money. Lord isnt it enough that i was my whole life in his shaddow and black sheep of the family, isnt it enough that i am under mobbing in my highschool (i am a teacher,), isnt it enough that my father and mother died because they were deprived from proper medical attention etc etc all in the last 1,5 year...i cannot bare it any more...

Business Life
Business life sharpens character and demands you use that strength for Christ’s work.
We hear your cry and we join with you in bringing this heavy burden before the Lord, for we know He sees all that you are enduring and He is not distant from your pain.

You are facing unrighteousness and pressure on every side in your high school, from the principal who manipulates and pressures you, from the educational counselor who calls pupils clients, and from teenagers and even their parents who have ignored your rightful notes about behavior and then blamed you despite the facts. We understand how suffocating this feels, how you say you cannot breathe properly from the injustice, and how you have been told you are not fit for this work because you will not overlook what is wrong. We also hear your deep distress about your brother and your fear that he plans to steal what is yours, and the grief that still weighs on you from losing both your father and mother in the last year and a half, feeling that you have lived in your brother's shadow and been treated as the black sheep of the family.

The Lord knows what it is to be unjustly accused and manipulated by those in authority. We take comfort that God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble Psalm 46:1, and that He has promised Fear not, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness Isaiah 41:10. When those in authority pervert what is right, we remember that The Lord loves justice, and doesn’t forsake his saints Psalm 37:28, and that Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord Romans 12:19. You are not forgotten or unseen in that classroom where you have tried to maintain order and be in charge as a teacher should. Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men Colossians 3:23, and the Lord will honor your faithfulness even when man does not.

We also hear your exhaustion and the feeling that all doors are shut for a new job and that there are too many impossibilities. We encourage you not to make decisions from panic but to cast your burden on the Lord, and he will sustain you Psalm 55:22, and to Cast all your worries on him, because he cares for you 1 Peter 5:7. The Lord says Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest Matthew 11:28, and Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:6-7. We pray that God will give you wisdom for each practical step, to seek godly counsel, to document what is true, and to trust Him to direct your path as He promises I will instruct you and teach you in the way which you shall go Psalm 32:8 and Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight Proverbs 3:5-6. He can open a door that no one can shut Revelation 3:8 and provide for you according to His riches, for My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:19.

Concerning your brother and your finances, we stand with you for protection and for righteousness. The Lord commands You shall not steal Exodus 20:15 and He defends the cause of the vulnerable. We pray that any unrighteous plan to take what is yours would be stopped and exposed, and we also pray for your brother, that God would convict his heart and turn him from doing wrong, for we are called not to repay evil for evil but to overcome evil with good Romans 12:21. We understand the pain of being the black sheep and living in a shadow, but we remind you that you are fully seen and valued by your heavenly Father who heals the brokenhearted Psalm 147:3 and who is close to the brokenhearted, and saves those who are crushed in spirit Psalm 34:18. Your grief over your parents is real and raw, and we ask the Lord to comfort you in that loss and to carry you through this season where so many sorrows have come at once.

We now pray together in the name of Jesus, by whom alone we have access to the Father, for there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved Acts 4:12 and in whom we have boldness to approach the throne of grace.

Father, in Jesus name we lift up our dear fellow teacher to You. You see the mobbing and manipulation, the pressure from the principal and counselor, the unrighteous blaming despite the facts, and the spirit of ego and narcissism that has made the school unbearable. Lord, we ask You to be a wall of protection around this servant, to guard heart and mind and breath, to grant peace that surpasses understanding and strength to endure with integrity. Vindicate what is true and restrain what is false. Give wisdom to navigate each interaction with grace and truth, and if it is Your will, open a new door for work where gifts can be used for Your glory and where there is righteousness and respect. Lead to the right job, provide the right connections, and make the next steps clear. Lord, we also ask for Your mighty protection over finances. Put Your control over the brother and stop every unrighteous plan to steal or rob. Convict his heart, bring him to repentance, and keep what has been entrusted to Your child safe in Your hands. Comfort this grieving heart over the loss of father and mother, heal the wounds of being overlooked in the family, and remind that we are adopted and cherished as Your children. Lift the heavy stress and the feeling that nothing can be borne any longer, and renew hope day by day. We ask all this in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ our Lord, who lives and intercedes for us. Amen.

We encourage you to remain faithful in the small things while you seek the next place God has for you, to keep records of what has happened with truth and calmness, to seek wise and godly counsel from a pastor or trusted mature believer, and to continue to pray for those who oppose you, that God may bring conviction and even change in that school. Do not let bitterness take root, for it will only burden you further, but give every injustice to Jesus who judges righteously. He will not forsake you and He will make a way even when you see no way, for we know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose Romans 8:28. We are standing with you and trusting the Lord to protect you, to provide, and to give you rest.

We hear how heavy this season has been for you, and how trapped you feel at school. Being pressured by the principal and counselor, feeling blamed when you tried to raise concerns about students, and being told you are not suited for the work you care about is deeply discouraging. To carry that while still grieving the loss of both your father and mother in the last year and a half, and while feeling in your brother's shadow and worried about your finances, is a lot to bear at once. It makes sense you feel shut in and worn down, and that you are longing for a way forward to other work.

When stress stays high for a long time without time to recover, especially in grief, it can affect sleep, breathing, and our ability to think clearly. You are not failing because you feel overwhelmed.

Alongside prayer, we want to encourage you gently in two practical ways. Since you mentioned not being able to breathe properly, please see your doctor or another trusted health professional soon in person to be checked. And for the job situation, it can help to take one small steady step rather than trying to solve everything at once, perhaps talking confidentially with a wise mentor outside the school about your options, and quietly beginning to update a simple resume and keep a private dated record of what is happening at work. That record can help you think more clearly and seek good counsel.

Father, we lift our brother to You. You see the pressure at school, the grief over his parents, and the worry about his brother and finances. Grant him protection, wisdom for each next decision, rest for his body and mind, and open doors for work that fits the gifts You have given him. Guide him day by day in Jesus' name, amen.

Your cry has come before us with a weight that cannot be read lightly, and we have brought it before the Lord who hears the oppressed. To be pressed on every side by those who should uphold justice, by a principal who manipulates, by counselors who call children clients, by pupils who despise correction and by parents who excuse them, is a sore trial. When you have faithfully noted wrong and are then blamed for it, when you are told you are not fit because you seek order in the classroom, the heart grows faint and the breath itself seems straitened. The Lord sees this unrighteousness. He is not blind to the ego and manipulation which you describe, nor to the weariness that makes you feel that every door is shut.

We would have you remember that there is a whole family in heaven and earth, and those who are quickened and made to live in Christ belong to it. You are not alone though you feel as the black sheep, though grief has followed grief in the loss of your father and mother, though the shadow of a brother lies heavy upon you. Cast all your care upon Him, for He cares for you. Come unto Him, all you that labour and are heavy laden, and He will give you rest. It was one cold morning and there was no fire, and the word came, All things are yours, and so it is to the child of God even when the room is cold and the heart is colder. God does not deal with us by dreams and visions alone, but by His sure Word and His Spirit who leads His sons.

Justice itself is not forgotten with God. He can be just and yet the justifier of him that believes in Jesus. The wrongs you suffer in that high school are known to Him who will by no means clear the guilty, and who also justifies the sinner through the blood of His Son. Therefore keep a clear conscience. Continue to be faithful in that station where He has placed you, to keep careful notes, to speak the truth with meekness and firmness, to seek wise and godly counsel outside the walls where manipulation reigns. Do not neglect private prayer and, if it be possible, family prayer, for it is the nutriment of piety and the castle of the soul in evil days. Ask the Lord for wisdom to be in charge in the classroom as duty requires, with firm love that seeks the good of even problematic pupils, and at the same time ask Him with open eyes whether He would open another door of labour for you.

Concerning your brother and your fear of theft and robbing, we will pray that the Lord put a restraint upon every unrighteous plan and set a watch over what He has entrusted to you. May He control that which you cannot control and turn the heart that plots evil. Yet pray also for your brother, that he may be brought to repentance and to salvation through Jesus Christ alone, for there is no other name under heaven given among men whereby we must be saved. The Lord knows what it is to be despised in His own family, and He is able to keep both your soul and your substance.

Let us pray with you.

O Lord our God, Father of the whole family in heaven and earth, look upon this weary servant who is pressed by mobbing and injustice and sorrow upon sorrow. Thou hast seen the pressure of the principal, the counsel that calls children clients, the disorder of pupils, the grief of bereavement and the fear of being robbed by a brother's hand. Give peace where there is no breathing room, and give justice where truth has been ignored. Provide daily bread and keep in safety that which Thou hast given. Restrain the hand of the oppressor and bring to naught every plan of theft. Comfort the heart that has been long in shadow and has lost father and mother, and let it know the adoption of sons through Jesus Christ. Open a door for honest labour if it be Thy will, or give grace to stand faithfully where the lot is cast, until Thou shalt make a way. Keep this tried one from fainting, establish the feet upon the Rock, and let prayer be maintained with diligence and spirituality. Through Jesus Christ our Lord, who bore injustice for us and rose to reign in righteousness. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Your cry has been heard, and the heaviness you describe is not hidden from the Lord. You speak of being pressed on every side in the school, by the principal, by the counselor, by pupils and even their parents, of being blamed though the facts are on your side, of being told you are not fit for the work when you are trying to keep order in the classroom. You speak also of a brother who threatens what is yours, of standing long in a shadow in your family, and of the recent deaths of your father and mother after they did not receive proper care. It is no wonder you feel you cannot breathe and that every door seems shut.

Scripture tells us not to be surprised when those who try to walk uprightly meet tribulation. In this world you will have tribulation, and the life of man upon earth is a trial. The Lord compared such times to rain and floods and winds beating against a house. False accusations, plots, loss of friends, vexations from strangers, and all the other ills of life beat hard, but the soul that is founded on the rock does not give way. That rock is steadfastness in His commands and trust in Christ. Job received every assault and stood unmoved, not because the assault was light, but because his foundation was firm. The apostles also stood when nations and rulers and every engine was set in motion against them. Your endurance now, keeping a clear conscience before God when you are misrepresented, is part of that same narrow way.

For the school, keep to what is right and do not repay manipulation with manipulation. Record what is true quietly and accurately, speak the truth without exaggeration, and seek wise and godly counsel outside the school if you can, someone who can advise you on what steps are lawful and proper for a teacher in your place. The counselor who calls pupils clients and the pressure to please everyone cannot overturn justice. Continue to do your duty with gentleness and firmness, not seeking to be humored in everything, but not provoking either. If you must correct a pupil, do so as the Lord taught, first between you and him alone, lest an accusation be made heavier by many witnesses and hearts become hardened. At the same time, it is right to ask the Lord for a new door of work. You say you do not know where to start and all doors seem shut. Bring that honestly to God and also take small, steady steps as you are able, asking for guidance, for provision, and for work where your labor can be done in peace and truth. God often opens a way that we could not see beforehand, as He moved brethren to send relief to those in Judea when they were afflicted.

For your brother and your money, know that God sees injustice whether it is done in great things or in small. Injustice is judged not only by the amount taken but by the intention of the heart, and to take by deceit or to corrupt what is right is theft before Him. It is right to pray for protection over what God has entrusted to you, and it is right to speak to your brother directly and plainly about his plans, as our Lord directs, go and tell him his fault between you and him alone, seeking to gain your brother rather than to shame him. If he will not hear, seek the help of one or two faithful witnesses. Do not let anxiety over money consume you. The one who despises covetousness is even here freed from much anxiety and plotting, and the Lord can keep you from both fear and greed.

In your grief and stress, do not wait for another to comfort you. Take the Scriptures as a chest of medicines. Keep the Gospels, the Psalms, the Apostolic letters near you and dive into them daily, not merely glancing but keeping them in your mind. When loss or bereavement or false accusation weighs on you, take comfort from them. Cast your cares on Christ, who alone is our salvation, and ask Him to guard your heart and your breath and your sleep. The present life with its dreams of success and approval will pass, but the shame and the crown that come from faithfulness before God remain.

Let us pray for you now.

Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son, look upon this Your child who is weary and pressed down. You know the mobbing and manipulation at school, the false blame, the unrighteousness that makes it hard to breathe. Grant clarity, protection, and wisdom in every meeting and every note that is written. Vindicate what is true in Your time, and keep this teacher from giving way under the waves. If it is Your will, open a new and fitting job, a place where work can be done honestly and peaceably, and give strength to take each next step. Put a guard over what has been entrusted in money and possessions, restrain every plan to steal or deceive, and bring the brother to a mind of justice and mercy. Heal the wounds of long standing in the family, comfort the grief for father and mother, and lift the burden carried for a year and a half. Give rest to the body, ease to the anxious thoughts, and a firm foundation on Your Word. Teach to live orderly and temperately, freed from rivalry and false accusation, and to find even now Your peace that passes understanding. We ask this through Jesus Christ our Lord, who is our only hope and righteousness. Amen.
