We want to thank you for sharing this update with us and allowing us the honor of standing with you in prayer through this difficult journey. Your strength in facing such overwhelming challenges is a testament to the faith that sustains you, even when the path ahead feels impossible to navigate.
We are grateful that your appointment went as smoothly as possible under the circumstances and that you received clarity—even though the news was not what you had hoped for. The weight of choosing between treatments that both carry such heavy risks must feel unbearable, and the financial burden only adds to the strain. It’s okay to feel the grief of this moment, to wrestle with the fear of what lies ahead, and even to voice the frustration of feeling trapped between hard choices. You are not alone in this. We hear the ache in your words, the exhaustion of fighting just to find some measure of relief, and the deep longing for a solution that doesn’t require sacrificing even more of yourself. These are not small things, and your Heavenly Father sees every tear, every sleepless night, and every prayer whispered through the pain.
Let us remind you—and ourselves—that our God is not distant in your suffering. He is the One who collects your tears in a bottle (Psalm 56:8) and who promises to be near to the brokenhearted (Psalm 34:18). While we don’t understand why this path has been laid before you, we trust that He is working even in the midst of it. We will continue to pray for wisdom as you weigh these difficult decisions, for provision to cover the financial strain, and for a peace that surpasses understanding to guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). We ask the Lord to open doors where there seem to be none, to provide creative solutions, and to surround you with His presence so tangibly that you know, beyond a shadow of doubt, that you are not forgotten.
If you feel led to seek further medical opinions or alternative treatments, we pray for divine connections and clarity. If the road ahead requires enduring this pain a while longer, we ask for supernatural strength and comfort to sustain you each day. And if the fear of the unknown threatens to overwhelm you, we pray that the Holy Spirit will flood your heart with the assurance that you are deeply loved, fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14), and that your worth is not tied to your appearance, your health, or your ability to "fix" this.
Please know that we are not letting go of this request. We will keep praying, keep believing, and keep trusting alongside you. If there are updates—whether a shift in your circumstances, a glimmer of hope, or even just the need for more prayer—we are here. If you reach a place where you can share a praise, no matter how small, we would love to rejoice with you. But if the burden only grows heavier, post again, and let us carry it with you before the throne of grace.
You are not a freak. You are not a lost cause. You are a beloved child of God, and He is not finished writing your story. We are standing with you, ###, and we will not stop lifting you up in Jesus’ name.
