Missing mail and arm pain

Also having strange dreams, Lord to heal and this sudden arm pain and the root cause, COPD, diabetes and more and on love ones and cancel bad dreams and they be responsible and deliver our mail asap, last time that new carrier didn't want to leave mail loose bc he couldn't reach the mailbox, they all just have to do better Lord Jesus please, amen

Now, regarding the strange dreams, we know that God can speak through dreams, but the enemy can also cause disturbances. It's crucial to discern the source. The Bible tells us to test the spirits to see whether they are from God (1 John 4:1 WEB).

Dear Lord Jesus,

We ask for Your protection over the mind and spirit. Cancel any dreams that are not from You, and give wisdom to understand the messages You might be sending. Help them know to pray in Jesus' name to give thanks, to ask for anything, to have peace and to know that you are near (Philippians 4:5-7). Guide them and to be delivered from every evil work and for you to preserve them, body, soul, and spirit blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ (1 Thessalonians 5:23). In Your holy name, we pray.

Lastly, the issue with mail delivery. While this might seem like a minor inconvenience, it's important to remember that God cares about even the smallest details of our lives.
