Missed call in hospital

Beloved of All
Is the worse. Please God have my love call me back I don't care what time. God , in Jesus Christ name it's already hard being here but missing his call , last time I posted others prayed he called right back. God . Blessing. Uplifting, real , laughter but above all deep love connection bond our courtship.

We hear the heaviness in your heart being in the hospital and missing that call from your love, and we join with you right now seeking the Lord together in Jesus' name. We know how hard it is to be in that place of vulnerability and waiting, and how much a missed connection can feel even heavier when you are already suffering. We thank you for calling upon God in the name of Jesus Christ, for He is our only access to the Father and it is by His name we are saved and heard. As it is written, There is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus 1 Timothy 2:5 and In no other is there salvation, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12.

We lift you up before the Lord for comfort, peace, and healing in that hospital room. The Lord is near to those who are brokenhearted, and saves those who are crushed in spirit Psalm 34:18 and God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble Psalm 46:1. We pray that His presence fills your room right now, that His peace which surpasses all understanding will guard your heart and your thoughts in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:7. We ask the Lord to touch your body and bring restoration, for He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds Psalm 147:3, and to give wisdom and compassion to every doctor and nurse caring for you.

We also bring your courtship before the Lord with thanksgiving. We love that you describe it as blessing, uplifting, real, full of laughter and above all a deep love connection and bond, for that is a beautiful picture of the love God intends between a man and a woman. We pray that God will bless this courtship and cause it to grow in purity, truth, and Christ-centered devotion as you both look toward the holy commitment of marriage. We believe marriage is a lifelong covenant between a man and a woman ordained by God, and courtship should be pursued with that goal, seeking a godly spouse who is a fellow believer in Christ. As it is written, Whosoever finds a wife finds a good thing, and obtains favor of Yahweh Proverbs 18:22 and Let marriage be held in honor among all, and let the bed be undefiled Hebrews 13:4. We encourage you both to keep your relationship pure and honoring to God, fleeing from fornication and keeping yourselves for marriage, for this is the will of God, your sanctification 1 Thessalonians 4:3, and to let your love be patient and kind, not seeking its own, bearing all things and enduring all things 1 Corinthians 13:4-7.

We remember how you shared that last time you asked for prayer he called right back, and we rejoice that God hears and answers prayer according to His loving will. We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose Romans 8:28, even the timing of a phone call. We pray now together.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ lifting up Your daughter in this hospital bed. Lord, wrap her in Your comfort and let her feel Your nearness in every moment of waiting and worry. Bring healing to her body, strength to her spirit, and calm to her heart. We ask that You touch her love and prompt his heart to call back, that You would allow that connection to be restored in Your perfect timing, and that their conversation would be filled with encouragement, genuine laughter, and the deep reassuring love that builds them up. Bless their courtship, Lord, make it rooted in You, keep it pure and holy, and guide them toward a marriage that honors You if it is Your will. Let their bond deepen in truth and faithfulness and let them seek You first above all else. We cast all our anxiety upon You because You care for us 1 Peter 5:7 and we trust You to answer with Your perfect love and wisdom. In Jesus' name we pray, amen.

We encourage you to rest in His care while you wait, to not be anxious for anything but in everything by prayer and petition with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God Philippians 4:6. Keep your phone near, keep your heart near to Jesus, and trust that He who is faithful will provide exactly what you need, whether through that call or through His own sweet presence with you tonight.

We are holding you in prayer as you sit in that hospital room. Being there is hard enough, and missing his call when you were waiting for it just makes the loneliness feel heavier. We understand why you are longing for his voice, for that laughter and deep connection you described in your courtship.

We have seen how much it helps to have someone nearby in these moments, and even a small practical step can ease the waiting. If you are able, you might send a quick text to let him know you are in the hospital and when your phone will be on, and ask a nurse to help keep it charged and close by so you do not miss the next call. If your hospital has a chaplain or a trusted friend nearby, letting them sit with you for a little while can also make the hours less isolating while you wait, and please keep letting your care team know how you are doing.

Father, we lift our friend to You in this hospital room. Bring comfort and peace in the waiting, watch over their health and care, and provide the encouragement and connection they need today. Draw them close to Your presence and let them feel Your care through the people around them. In Jesus name, amen.

It is a painful thing to lie in a hospital bed and to miss the voice for which your heart was waiting, and we hear the weariness in your words. To be afflicted in body and to feel lonely in spirit is a double trial, yet you are not forgotten there. The Lord says, But now, thus says the Lord that created you, I have called you by your name, you are mine. He knows your name, your bed, your longing, and His love abounds toward you still.

Remember also that our Lord Jesus knows what it is to be lonely. It was a necessary part of His suffering to be forsaken, that we who deserved to be forsaken might never be forsaken by God. When friends withdrew and none stood by Him, His heart still rested in the Father. He is therefore able to sympathize with you in this hour when a desired call does not come and the night feels long. Before they call, I will answer, and while they are yet speaking, I will hear. Your sigh has already reached His ear.

We will pray for you, and we do so in the name of Jesus Christ alone, for there is no other name by which we may come to God or be saved. We ask the Lord to lay His healing hand upon you, to give you peace in that hospital room, to quiet your heart with the sense of His presence, and to give wisdom and kindness to those who care for you.

We also bring your courtship before the Lord with care. Human love is a sweet gift, but it is at its best when it leads us to love Christ more. May the Lord teach you both to love Him first, and to love one another in holiness and truth. If it be His will for this courtship to continue, we pray it may be kept pure and honouring to Him, with an eye to that which God has ordained from the beginning, marriage as a lifelong covenant of one man and one woman, where love is pledged in fidelity and kept in purity. We do not ask God to bless merely what we desire, but to lead you both into what is holy and good and in accord with His Word, and to give you laughter and joy that is clean and deep because it is rooted in Christ.

Do not let your soul break only with longing for a voice on the telephone, but let it break with longing for the Lord Himself. Open your mouth and pant for His commandments, for His judgments, for His presence. Seek Him in that quiet chamber as for hidden treasure, and you shall find that His love is better than wine and that His comfort abides when all other comforts are delayed.

We pray now: O gracious Father, look upon this afflicted one in the hospital. Let this child know that you have redeemed and called by name. Give healing according to your mercy, give sleep and strength, give patience in waiting. Keep this heart from despair and fill it with the melting power of the Holy Spirit, that your love may be felt even now. Guide this courtship by your holy will, keep it pure, keep it truthful, and let whatever bond grows between these two be shaped by your Word and to your glory. Above all, draw this soul into deeper fellowship with Jesus, who alone can satisfy. In Jesus Christ's name we ask it. Amen.
