Beloved Warrior
Heavenly Father, I come to You with full faith and trust in Your love and care for my son. I am a strong believer in the power of prayer, for Your Word says, “The prayer of a righteous person is powerful and effective” (James 5:16). And Lord, You have also said, “For where two or three gather in My name, there am I with them” (Matthew 18:20). Father, I humbly ask all who read this prayer to stand in agreement with me today, lifting my son up in prayer. I ask for united prayer, believing that You are present with us and moving on his behalf. Lord Jesus, I ask that You cover him today with Your peace, protection, and presence. Fill him with the Holy Spirit and saturate him with Your love, joy, peace, obedience, and satisfaction throughout this entire day. Father, Your Word says, “You will keep him in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on You” (Isaiah 26:3). I ask that You calm every storm within him. Remove any anxiety, confusion, rigidity, and agitation, and replace them with Your perfect peace, clarity, patience, and self-control. Jesus, I ask for Your healing touch upon him. Your Word declares, “By His stripes we are healed” (Isaiah 53:5). I declare healing over his mind, body, and spirit—removing all pain, PTSD memories, anxiety, and challenges he faces. Let Your healing flow through every part of him today. Jesus, I thank You for Your miracle, favor and healing, He is having a lot less PTSD habits. Lord, bless his activities and fill his day with purpose, joy, and satisfaction. Help him to participate willingly, calmly, and happily. Remove boredom, frustration, and mood swings, and replace them with peace and steady joy. Grant him confidence to express his wants and needs in a calm, gentle, and clear way. Let his communication be filled with understanding and peace. Father, I ask that You bless his meals today. Remove all confusion, discomfort, or distress, and allow him to eat peacefully and be satisfied. Surround him with Your divine protection. Your Word says, “For He will command His angels concerning you to guard you in all your ways” (Psalm 91:11). Place a hedge of protection around him, our home, every room, every door, and everywhere he goes today. Lord, remove every negative influence, every word curse, generational curse, witchcraft and anything not of You. Your Word says, “No weapon formed against you shall prosper” (Isaiah 54:17). I declare that over his life today. Bless his caregivers with wisdom, patience, compassion, and understanding. Provide additonal caregiver, the right people who will support, encourage, and uplift him in every way. Father, bring peace, unity, and love into all his relationships with family, caregivers, and others. Remove any division and restore connection, joy, and harmony. Help him adjust to every part of his day his schedule, activities, travel, self-care, and routines with peace, joy, love satisfaction and confidence. Remove all fear and replace it with courage, calmness, and trust. Lord, soothe any sensory discomfort and bring him complete peace in his body and mind. Let him be calm, content, and satisfied in all he does today. I thank You, Jesus, for Your faithfulness for keeping him safe, for the progress he has made, and for the continued healing and restoration You are doing in his life. Fill this day with Your presence, peace, joy, protection, and favor. Let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7), guard his heart and mind in Christ Jesus. I declare healing, peace, restoration, breakthroughs, and miracles over his life today. In the mighty and powerful name of Jesus Christ, Amen.

We stand in full agreement with you, lifting up your son before the throne of grace with hearts full of faith and compassion. Your prayer is powerful, rooted in Scripture, and aligned with God’s promises, and we join you in declaring healing, protection, and restoration over his life.

Father God, we thank You for the work You are already doing in this young man’s life. We see the progress, how the grip of PTSD is loosening, how moments of peace are replacing anxiety, and how Your healing touch is making a way where there seemed to be no way. We declare that by the stripes of Jesus, he is healed (Isaiah 53:5). Every memory that torments him, every fear that paralyzes him, every sensory discomfort that overwhelms him, we rebuke it in the name of Jesus. Your Word says that You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). We claim that promise over him today.

Lord, we ask for Your perfect peace to guard his heart and mind. Where there is confusion, bring clarity; where there is rigidity, bring flexibility; where there is agitation, bring calm. Fill him with the fruit of Your Spirit, love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control (Galatians 5:22-23). May he walk in confidence, knowing that You are with him in every moment, guiding his steps and quieting his storms.

We also pray for his caregivers, Father. Give them supernatural wisdom, patience, and compassion. Surround them with support, and provide the right people to come alongside this family, those who will speak life, encouragement, and truth. Where there has been division or frustration, restore unity and harmony, for You are the God who makes all things new (Revelation 21:5).

We declare Psalm 91 over his life: that no weapon formed against him shall prosper, that Your angels are encamped around him, and that no evil shall befall him (Psalm 91:10-11). We break every generational curse, every word curse, and every assignment of the enemy against him in Jesus’ name. Your Word says that the enemy comes to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that we might have life abundantly (John 10:10). We claim that abundant life for him today, full of purpose, joy, and satisfaction.

Father, we thank You for the miracles You are working. We thank You for the breakthroughs, the moments of clarity, the steps of progress. We thank You that You are not finished with him yet, and that Your plans for him are good, plans to prosper him and not to harm him, plans to give him hope and a future (Jeremiah 29:11). Fill this day with Your presence, Lord. Let him feel Your love in tangible ways. Let him experience Your peace that surpasses all understanding, guarding his heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).

We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the name above every name, the name by which we are saved and through which every knee shall bow (Philippians 2:9-11). We believe and declare that Your will is being done in his life, and we stand on Your promises, trusting You to complete the good work You have begun. Amen.

We join you today, lifting your son before the Lord. The love in your words is unmistakable, and we stand with you, trusting that Jesus sees him, knows his every struggle, and is already at work.

Thank you for sharing about the progress he’s made, fewer PTSD habits, growing confidence. That is worth celebrating. Sometimes healing unfolds not in one dramatic event but in a hundred small, steady gifts of peace over time. We pray that today will hold many of those small gifts for him: a calm meal, a moment of genuine connection, a task that brings a bit of joy. And we stand with you in asking for more.

You mention his mind, body, and spirit all needing renewal. We ask Jesus to quiet the internal storms that still flare up, to replace confusion and agitation with a settled clarity that only He can provide. We pray for the deep, hidden wounds behind the PTSD to be gently healed as he feels safe, safe in God’s love, safe in his home, safe with those who care for him.

As you pour out your heart daily for your son, please also let yourself be cared for. Constant caregiving is its own heavy weight, and you need support too. It isn’t selfish to let trusted others step in, to accept a listening ear, or to take an hour to breathe. That’s part of how God sustains you for the long road. If you haven’t already, perhaps connecting with a trusted friend or a caregiver support group could offer that space. And if professional counseling or medical guidance could help your son with his anxiety and past trauma, we encourage you to keep walking that path with them, God uses many means to bring wholeness.

Now we pray with you:

Jesus, we ask You to hold this son close today. Let Your peace, the peace that doesn’t always make sense, settle over his mind and body. Calm every anxious thought, soothe the places that feel jagged or raw, and help him move through his day with a quiet courage. Bless his caregivers with wisdom and compassion. Give this mother rest in Your presence, steady hope, and glimpses of joy in the middle of it all. We trust You for his continued healing and for daily mercies. In Your mighty name, Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

You have laid your boy before the Lord Jesus, even as those four friends tore up the roofing to let down the poor paralyzed man right in front of the Saviour. You have done well. And be sure that Jesus, who saw the faith of those who carried the sufferer, sees yours now, and the faith of those who with you have lifted up this same cry. He has never yet turned away a soul brought before Him in trembling hope. Not one.

I can hear your heart in your request, beating with love so intense that every detail of this day presses on you. You would smooth the way for your son, quiet his mind, calm his body, settle every meal, bless every hour. It is a mother’s holy instinct, and heaven feels it. But I would have you remember this: the water outside the ship cannot sink her as long as the hull is sound. The storm may roar, but the soul that has Christ within has a little bird in the bosom that sings in the dark, “He careth for you.” Let not your heart be troubled. You have rolled the load on Him; leave it there. The peace you crave for your son begins with the peace Christ gives to you, a peace not made of the world’s easy ointments, but the deep, still calm of knowing that the great Debt is paid and the Father’s hand is on the helm.

You have seen it already: less of the old PTSD habits, a measure of quiet, a step toward healing. These are not chance drops from an empty cloud. The power of the Lord was present to heal when that paralyzed man was let down, and it is present still. Jesus came not with a destroying rod but with a healing hand. The Tree of Life grows on both sides of the river of grace, it is never out of reach. Its leaves are for the mind, the body, and the spirit. And the Great Physician sometimes begins by speaking a word of forgiveness before He touches the fever, for the root of all woe is sin, and for the believer that root is already plucked up by Calvary. Your son is borne on the same pierced hands that were nailed for him. Christ entered Peter’s house where a great fever burned, and He made that humble hut a palace. So has He entered your home and your son’s life, and where Jesus is, the fever cannot stay forever.

Do not look for a peace that ignores the trial, that would be a painted peace that wounds you later. But the true peace of God keeps the heart when all around seems unsettled. “To do the will of Jesus, this is rest.” You are doing His will right now: you trust, you pray, you love, you stand in the gap. The rest you cannot do, changing every mood, lifting every fear, mending every hidden fracture, that you may leave in the hands that framed the universe. He knows what your son needs this day better than any human tongue can tell. The angels have their charge. The right helpers will come. The throng of duties may press, but Christ’s own shoulders are wide enough for the weight.

“When obstacles and trials seem like prison walls to be,
I do the little I can do, and leave the rest to Thee.”

That is the song for a mother’s heart in the thick of the battle. Now let us both turn the whole matter over to the Lord of peace.

O Lord Jesus, Thou blessed Physician, look upon this dear son. Thou knowest every hidden wound, every tangled memory, every quiet terror. Stretch out Thy hand and touch him where human hands cannot reach. Cool the fever of anxiety, soothe the soreness of sense, and let the river of Thy peace wash through mind and body. Grant him a day in which he may eat in contentment and rest in simple safety. For this mother, Lord, still the flutter of her heart. Give her the flower of heart’s-ease to wear even in the showers of care. Let her see the firstfruits of Thy healing and trust Thee for the full harvest. Send meet companions for her boy, and let the home be full of Thy presence. In Jesus’ name, the name above every name, Amen.

I prayed for your requests, your son and family ♡ in Jesus' name amen

You pour out your heart with many words, and your faith is evident. But I urge you to examine what kind of peace you chiefly desire for your son. For there is a peace that the world gives, a mere stillness of circumstance, and there is the peace that Christ gives, not as the world gives. The world’s peace often leaves the soul at war with itself, while the peace of Christ springs from a soul reconciled to God and at rest from evil passions.

Consider the three kinds of war. The first is public, when enemies attack from without. The second is private, when men strive against one another. The third, and most grievous, is when a man is at war within himself, when his body lusts against his spirit, when anger, envy, and impure desires raise up arms against the soul. If this inward war is not quelled, no outward calm can profit him. What advantage is it if the world lies in profound quiet, yet his heart is torn by rebellion against God? Therefore, when you pray for peace, pray first for that peace which comes from the cutting off of the diseased and mutinous parts within. For the Lord Himself said, “I came not to send peace, but a sword”, a sword to divide a man from his own destructive passions, that true peace might be established.

Do not mistake a mere absence of distress for the peace that surpasses understanding. A man may be outwardly tranquil while his soul is a battleground; such a man is miserable indeed. Seek rather that your son be adorned with the beauty which never fades. Bodily health and freedom from anxiety are fleeting; they wither like grass. But the beauty of a soul at peace with God, clothed in godliness, honesty, and self-control, blooms eternally. No disease can disfigure it, no despondency can wrinkle it. Entreat the Lord to grant him this inward adornment, for if his heart is stayed on God, he will be kept in perfect peace, whatever storms rage about him.

You ask for many outward blessings: protection, favor, pleasant activities, calm meals, wise caregivers. These are not evil things to desire, but they are secondary. The Apostle bids us pray for rulers that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty. This is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Savior, who desires all men to be saved and come to the knowledge of the truth. Therefore, while you pray for his daily comfort, pray far more earnestly that he may be saved, that he may know the truth, that every high thought that exalts itself against Christ be brought low. Then, and only then, will his mind be healed at its root.

I do not say these things to diminish your trials or to suggest that his suffering is a small matter. But I tremble for those who seek only a worldly peace, for the fire that is never quenched awaits those who are not at peace with God. Yet I do not speak without hope. Continue in supplication, for the prayer of a righteous person avails much. But let your prayers be joined with a relentless pursuit of godliness for him and for yourself. If peace be absent, examine whether some darling sin, some unholy attachment, or some root of bitterness has not been permitted to remain. Often what we call sickness is the merciful sword of the Great Physician, cutting away the gangrene that would destroy the whole body. Embrace that surgery, however painful, and trust that the peacemakers, who themselves have first known the peace of a cleansed heart, shall be called sons of God.

Rise from your knees determined to make no peace with any sin in your household, for concord in evil is more ruinous than open war. If you see in your son any stubbornness, any love of darkness rather than light, do not call it a disease to be soothed and tolerated, but a foe to be overthrown by prayer, fasting, and the sword of the Spirit. When you greet others in the assembly with “Peace be unto you,” mean it from the heart, and let there be no war in your own soul through jealousy, resentment, or unbelief. For if you receive peace and yet traduce your brother abroad, what gain is there? The majestic usages of the Church become empty forms if we do not love in deed and in truth.

Go, then, and seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness for your son. Ask that every stronghold of the enemy within him be demolished, that his mind be no longer a playground for tormenting memories and rebellious thoughts, but a temple of the Holy Spirit. As he learns to wage war aright against the passions, the fruit of the Spirit, love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control, will begin to flourish. That is the healing he most needs, and that is the miracle for which I shall join my prayers to yours.
