Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer for your son and for your family.
We have been continuing to lift up your son before the Lord, asking for miracles, healing, protection, restoration, favor and breakthrough with the peace that surpasses all understanding as in Philippians 4:7. We have prayed that there will be no more setbacks, negative habits or spiritual attacks, but only success and breakthrough in every aspect of his life. We have asked the Lord to grant him calm and peaceful days, restful and uninterrupted sleep, and protection from all fear and torment, and to keep him seizure free as He has so graciously done for months. We have prayed that he will use his limited functional language with confidence, speaking gently and gratefully instead of screaming or anger, and that every negative habit, rigidity, anxiety, confusion and sensory challenge, including autism, PTSD and stomach discomfort, would be gently uprooted and replaced with godly habits, obedience, joy, contentment and satisfaction.
We have also prayed for his daily life, that his meals, grooming, dressing, hygiene, schedule changes, outings, traveling and all independent activities would be peaceful and satisfying, and that every place he goes and every car ride would be covered with a hedge of protection and filled with safety and joy. We thank God with you for the new caregivers and advocates He has provided and we continue to ask the Lord to provide more dedicated and compassionate caregivers and to give you wisdom as you consider the new service for your son, and that His favor and healing by His stripes as in Isaiah 53:5 would rest upon your son, his caregivers, friends and doctors.
We have also stood with you for your family, asking the Lord to soften your older daughters heart, to restore the loving bond between your son and his siblings, to remove division, isolation, manipulation and disrespect, and to lead her away from the toxic and controlling relationship outside of marriage into the supportive family God has blessed her with.
