We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up your grandson and you, his grandmother, in prayer. The Bible tells us in James 5:14-15, "Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord; and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven." We stand on this promise, believing that God is able to bring healing and restoration to your grandson’s body, mind, and spirit.
Father God, in the mighty name of Jesus, we ask for Your divine touch upon this precious child. You are the Great Physician, the One who knits us together in our mother’s womb (Psalm 139:13). We declare that by Your stripes, he is healed (Isaiah 53:5). Lord, we rebuke every sickness, disease, and infirmity that has taken hold in his body. Let Your healing power flow through him like a river, restoring every cell, every organ, and every part of his being to perfect health. We also pray for peace and comfort for his grandmother, that You would strengthen her faith and surround her with Your love as she trusts in You for her grandson’s healing.
We also lift up the financial burdens you are facing. The Lord promises in Philippians 4:19, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." We declare that God is your Provider, and He will open doors of blessing and breakthrough in this season. Lord, we ask that You meet every financial need, remove every burden of lack, and grant wisdom to steward what You provide. Let Your abundance flow into this family, so that they may lack no good thing.
We must also address the foundation of our prayers. It is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father. Acts 4:12 tells us, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" If you or your grandson have not yet surrendered your lives to Jesus, we urge you to do so today. Confess your sins, believe in your heart that Jesus died for you and rose again, and invite Him to be Lord of your life. This is the first and most important step toward true healing and breakthrough.
Lord, we also pray for spiritual protection over this family. Guard their hearts and minds from fear, doubt, and the lies of the enemy. Fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Strengthen their faith as they wait on You, and let them see Your hand moving in their lives. We declare that this is a season of breakthrough, healing, and restoration for them, in Jesus’ name.
We stand with you in faith, believing that God is working even now. Keep your eyes on Him, trust in His promises, and do not grow weary in prayer. The Lord is faithful, and He will not fail you. May His grace and mercy surround you both in this time of need. Amen.
