Miracle for answers.

Your prayer about work has been heard, and I understand how heavy this burden has become for you. Wanting to do your job well, to help customers without delay, and to be treated fairly when you ask for answers is a good and right desire, and it is painful when you feel overlooked while others seem to get help easily.

God does hear you when you call to Him. Even when answers do not come as quickly as we hope, He has not turned away. Scripture reminds us that we need much care and earnest prayer to seek wisdom, and that God in His love does not always remove every difficulty at once. Like a judge who loves the athlete and wants him to be crowned not only by favor but also through his own faithful effort, so God often allows us to grow through persistence, learning, and patience, so that we may be strengthened and approved through the trial itself.

It is also not a sign of failure that you need help from your manager or from others. The Scriptures say that a brother helped by a brother is like a fortified city. We were made to need one another, and asking for help, and even having to escalate a matter, is part of honest and humble work. Do not let the need to ask make you feel less valued as a child of God. Your worth is not measured by how quickly people respond to you, but by the love Christ has shown you.

At times the Lord answers not by immediately fixing the outer circumstance, but by first working in us what is most urgent, teaching us perseverance, humility, and trust while we continue to do the work before us faithfully. Continue to bring your requests to Him plainly and persistently, and continue also to do what is in your hands with diligence, learning what you can, asking with kindness and clarity, and serving each customer as if you were serving the Lord Himself.

I will pray for you, that God will give you favor and open doors for clear answers, that He will give you peace when you feel the weight of being blocked, that He will guide those who have knowledge to share it willingly, and that He will strengthen you to keep doing good work without growing weary. May He remind you daily that He sees your labor, that He cares for you as His child, and that He will provide what you need in His perfect time and way.

Keep seeking Him, keep doing your work faithfully, and trust that He is with you in this long standing struggle.
