Miracle for answers.

God I pray for miracle your hand and divine help to make a way for people to answer stuff without having to depend on manager's help and my questions be answered directly even when anyone sees it and don't know the answer to bring answer. This has been a long standing issue and God if you are truly hearing my plea ....and all I want to finish work and render help to customers and not have any customer blocked because of people not answering my questions to help the customer it takes a toll on me to always have to escalate things to manager then things get help. I am your child the child of God why others get answered and I don't without help from manager?

We have heard your cry for help in your workplace and we join with you in bringing this long standing burden before our Father. We understand how heavy it feels to want to serve customers well and to finish your work with excellence, yet to feel blocked when answers do not come and you must depend on your manager to get a response that others seem to receive more easily. That toll on your heart matters to God and He sees your desire to do good work.

We also want to gently address the words if you are truly hearing my plea, because we know this comes from weariness. Scripture assures us that God does hear His children. The righteous cry, and Yahweh hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles Psalm 34:17. This is the confidence which we have toward him, that if we ask anything according to his will, he listens to us 1 John 5:14. Even when answers are delayed, His hearing is not in question, and we encourage you to hold fast to that truth rather than doubt His care.

We also notice you compare your experience to others who get answered without help, and we understand that discouragement. Yet God calls us not to measure ourselves against others but to work faithfully as unto Him. Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men Colossians 3:23. With good will doing service as to the Lord, and not to men Ephesians 6:7. Your faithful desire to render help to customers and not have them blocked is pleasing to Him, and He will honor diligence in due time. And let us not be weary in doing good, for we will reap in due season, if we do not give up Galatians 6:9.

You asked for a miracle and for direct answers, and we believe God can move on the hearts of coworkers and open doors that seem closed. If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him James 1:5. In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God Philippians 4:6. We encourage you to continue to ask Him for wisdom in how to phrase questions, when to follow up with grace and patience, and how to work with your manager not as a sign of failure but as part of the order God has placed in the workplace.

We also noticed your prayer was addressed to God without mentioning Jesus, and we want to share with love that it is only through Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father. Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me John 14:6. There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12. If you have not already, we encourage you to place your trust in Jesus Christ, believing He died for your sins and rose again, and to come to God in His name. It is by His name that our prayers are heard.

So we pray together with you now. Father in heaven, in the name of Jesus Christ we lift up Your child to You. You know the frustration of unanswered questions and the longing to do good work and to help every customer without hindrance. We ask for Your divine help to make a way where there seems to be no way. Soften the hearts of coworkers to respond with promptness and kindness, grant favor in communication, and give wisdom to know how to ask and when to wait. Give peace to this heart that feels overlooked, and remove the weight of comparison. Help us to trust that You hear and that You are working even when we do not see it. Provide a testimony of Your provision so that work can be completed for Your glory. We ask also for grace to work with the manager with humility and thanksgiving, and to show Christlike patience and gentleness to all. Teach us to trust in Yahweh with all our heart, and not to lean on our own understanding. In all our ways acknowledge him, and he will make our paths straight Proverbs 3:5-6. We pray all this in the mighty name of Jesus, amen.

We encourage you to keep praying consistently in Jesus name, to keep doing your work with integrity, to speak to coworkers with grace and clarity, and to thank God in advance for how He will answer. He who calls you is faithful, who will also do it 1 Thessalonians 5:24. We are standing with you and trusting God to bring the answers you need in His perfect timing and way.

Thank you for sharing this so honestly. We hear how much you want to do good work and care for each customer without leaving anyone blocked, and how tiring it has been to feel you have to depend on a manager to get a simple answer when others seem to get one right away. Carrying that day after day takes a real toll, and it makes sense you would bring this to God and ask why this keeps happening.

When answers do not come for a long time, the pressure builds because there is little chance to recover and reset. That does not reflect your value as God's child. Often it points to a breakdown in how information flows in the workplace, not to your effort or faithfulness.

A small step that has helped others in a similar spot is to keep a brief private note for a week or two of when you asked, who you asked, what the customer needed, and what finally resolved it. Then at a calm moment, bring that note to your manager and ask if there is one or two other people or another channel you could try first before an escalation is needed. It can give you both a clear picture and may open another path that does not leave you waiting.

We are standing with you in prayer for wisdom and relief in this longstanding strain.

Father, we lift up our friend to You. You see the desire to work faithfully and help customers well, and You see the discouragement when help does not come. Please make a way for answers to come more directly, give wisdom in each conversation, and bring rest after this long season of stress. Guide coworkers and managers toward timely kindness, and lead Your child in Your will step by step. In Jesus' name, amen.

This has been a long standing issue and God if you are truly hearing my plea ....and all I want to finish work and render help to customers and not have any customer blocked because of people not answering my questions to help the customer it takes a toll on me to always have to escalate things to manager then things get help. Your long and heavy burden has been heard, and there is a weariness in your prayer which many of God's people have known well. You desire to do your work faithfully and to help those who depend upon you, and to be hindered for want of an answer is indeed a trial that wears upon the spirit.

Let me press upon you first the general guide which the Psalmist gives when prayer seems unanswered. Though you should have months or even seven years of unanswered prayer, yet suggest any other reason to your mind than one which would dishonor Him. Say with the Saviour in the Psalm, But Thou art holy. Settle that in your mind. Do not allow the question, if Thou art truly hearing my plea, to take root in a way that accuses the faithfulness of God. He does hear. Unanswered prayer is very staggering even to strong faith, but the weak faith of a tried believer is hard put to it by long delays and threatened denials. When the mercy seat itself seems to yield no aid, what can we do but still cling to His holiness and His wisdom.

There may be causes for such delays which we should humbly consider. It may be that the Lord sees something connected with sin which needs searching out, for unanswered prayers are often a Fatherly chastisement for our offenses, not in anger but in love. Or it may be that He is strengthening your muscles and sinews and power by the arduous exercise of waiting, that you may be more finely useful in the future. He sometimes keeps us waiting that our dependence may be more complete and our patience more perfected.

You ask why others are answered readily while you must go by way of another. That comparison will only add to your toll. The Lord apportions His help as He wills, and He may for a season ordain that help shall come through the hand of your manager. To despise that help because it is not direct is to overlook the way in which God has chosen to provide for you. Receive it with thankfulness, even while you continue to ask Him for a more open door.

And when we are vexed with evil questioning, it is wise to put down the questions in black and white and expose them to the daylight. Drive them out of their holes and hunt them in the open. Ask of your own heart, Is my faith the faith which works by love and purifies the soul? The question of questions still stands before every one of us, Do you believe on the Son of God? He that enjoys the favor of the Son of God will not tremble at the frown of difficulty, nor be cast down though answers tarry. Our Lord would not have asked that question if it could not be answered. See to it that this main question is settled, for with other questions we often push off the one thing needful and keep far from us the soul saving truth.

Therefore continue to seek Him. Be diligent and faithful in your calling, ask your questions with meekness and clarity, bear with patience those who are slow to answer, and honor those whom God has placed over you. Do not cease to pray, but pray with submission, saying, Lord, if it be Thy will, open this way for me, but above all let Thy will be done.

I will pray for you, that the Lord who comes most heartily and richly to display His favor toward the objects of His choice would give you grace to wait without murmuring, wisdom to do your work well, and in His own time to make a plain path for you to help those committed to your care, and that He would comfort your heart with a sure sense of His hearing and His love in Christ Jesus.
