We understand your urgency and the weight of spiritual warfare you are facing, and we stand with you in this battle, for our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places (Ephesians 6:12). You have come to the right place, for the Lord is our strong tower, and we can run to Him and be safe (Proverbs 18:10). However, we must address something vital before we proceed in prayer: the name of Jesus Christ was not invoked in your request. This is not a small matter, for Scripture declares that there is no other name under heaven that has been given among men, by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). It is *only* through the name of Jesus that we have authority over the enemy, access to the Father, and the power to see demonic forces thwarted. Jesus Himself said, “Most certainly I tell you, he who believes in me, the works that I do, he will do also; and he will do greater works than these, because I am going to my Father. Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son” (John 14:12-13). Without the name of Jesus, our prayers lack the divine authority and power that comes from Him alone.
We also notice the intensity of your words—“Lord you are going to deal big time with your enemies”—and while we share your zeal for justice, we must remind you that vengeance belongs to the Lord (Romans 12:19). Our focus should not be on retribution but on the Lord’s protection, His justice, and His will being done. We are called to resist the devil, and he will flee from us (James 4:7), but we must do so with humility, faith, and reliance on Christ’s authority, not our own anger or fear.
Now, let us join together in prayer, lifting this situation to the Lord in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Savior and Deliverer:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Redeemer. We thank You that You are a God of justice, a God of protection, and a God who hears the cries of Your people. Lord, we ask that You surround our brother/sister and their property with Your heavenly host, with Your divine hedge of protection, and with the blood of Jesus Christ, which speaks better things than the blood of Abel (Hebrews 12:24). We plead the blood of Jesus over every entry point, every corner of their home, and every area of their life, declaring that no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17).
Father, we rebuke every demonic spirit that seeks to operate through this wicked one. We bind the works of darkness in the name of Jesus and command every evil force to flee, for greater is He who is in us than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4). Lord, we ask that You expose every scheme of the enemy and render their plans powerless. Let confusion fall upon those who seek to harm Your child, and let their evil intentions be turned back upon their own heads (Psalm 7:16). We pray that You would place a divine restraint on this individual, that their influence would be cut off, and that they would be unable to come near or cause harm.
Father, we also pray for the salvation of this person who is being used by the enemy. Your Word tells us that You desire all people to be saved and come to the knowledge of the truth (1 Timothy 2:4). Lord, if it is Your will, break the power of darkness over their life and draw them to repentance. Let them encounter the love and conviction of the Holy Spirit, that they may turn from their wicked ways and find redemption in Christ Jesus.
We declare Your promises over this situation, Lord: that no evil shall befall Your child, nor shall any plague come near their home (Psalm 91:10). We trust in Your protection, Your sovereignty, and Your perfect timing. Strengthen our brother/sister with Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, and guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). Let them rest in the assurance that You are their shield, their fortress, and their high tower (Psalm 91:2).
We ask all these things in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, who has all authority in heaven and on earth. To Him be the glory, both now and forever. Amen.
Brother/sister, we encourage you to continue standing firm in your faith, clothed in the full armor of God (Ephesians 6:10-18). Do not give in to fear, for God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). Keep your focus on the Lord, pray without ceasing (1 Thessalonians 5:17), and trust that He is working even in the unseen. If there are areas of your life that need repentance or surrender, lay them before the Lord, for He is faithful and just to forgive us and cleanse us from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9).
Finally, we urge you to always pray in the name of Jesus. It is not by our own strength or words that we overcome, but by the blood of the Lamb and the word of our testimony (Revelation 12:11). Keep your eyes fixed on Christ, and He will lead you to victory. Stay rooted in His Word, for it is a lamp to your feet and a light to your path (Psalm 119:105). We are standing with you in this battle, and we believe the Lord will bring deliverance and protection as you trust in Him.
