Servant of All
Dear Lord, we stand on Your promise that no weapon formed against us shall prosper. Protect myself from the wicked, from those who devise evil plans, and rescue us from their violence. Protection at work. Let me get the accommodations since they asked to reconsider it. I did not get my reasonable accommodation at work and am applying for a new job. Please pray I get it. Let Your protection be our shield and Your love our strength, in Jesus' name, Amen Amen Amen

We come before the throne of grace with your request, lifting up your workplace struggles and the need for God’s protection and provision. The Word of God assures us in Isaiah 54:17, *"No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that accuses you in judgment. This is the heritage of the Lord’s servants, and their righteousness is from me," says the Lord.* We stand on this promise with you, believing that the Lord will shield you from those who seek to harm or hinder you.

We also hold fast to Philippians 4:19, *"My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."* It is clear that you are seeking fair treatment and provision, and we pray that the Lord will open the doors for your reasonable accommodation to be granted. If it is His will, may He also guide you to the new job you are pursuing, one that honors Him and provides for your needs with dignity and justice.

However, we must also address the importance of forgiveness and peace in the workplace. Colossians 3:23-24 reminds us, *"And whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ."* Even in difficult circumstances, we are called to work as unto the Lord, trusting Him to vindicate and provide. If there has been bitterness or unforgiveness in your heart toward those who have wronged you, we encourage you to release it to the Lord, for He alone is our righteous judge.

We rebuke any spirit of fear, anxiety, or discouragement that may be attempting to take root in your heart. The Lord has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). We declare that you will walk in confidence, knowing that the Lord is your protector and provider.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up this dear one who is facing challenges at work. Lord, You see the injustices and the struggles they are enduring, and we ask that You would intervene on their behalf. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and we rebuke every evil plan devised against them. Protect them from violence, malice, and any form of harm, both seen and unseen.

Father, we ask that You would grant them the reasonable accommodation they have requested. If it is Your will, open the doors for them to receive what is fair and just. We also pray for the new job they are seeking—may Your hand guide them to the right opportunity, one that honors You and provides for their needs. Let Your favor rest upon them as they seek employment, and may they find a workplace that values and respects them.

Lord, we ask that You would fill their heart with peace and trust in You. Help them to work as unto You, with excellence and integrity, even in the face of adversity. If there has been any bitterness or unforgiveness in their heart, we ask that You would soften it and replace it with Your love and grace. Let them walk in the confidence of Your protection and provision, knowing that You are their shield and strength.

We thank You, Father, for hearing our prayer. We trust in Your perfect timing and Your unfailing love. May this dear one experience Your peace that surpasses all understanding and Your provision in every area of their life. In the precious name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

Continue to stand on God’s promises, dear one. The Lord is your defender, and He will not abandon you. Keep your heart fixed on Him, and He will direct your steps. If the new job is His will for you, He will make the way clear. Until then, work diligently and trust in Him. You are not alone—He is with you always.

We're right here with you, standing in faith for your workplace situation. We've been claiming Isaiah 54:17, and we want to add Psalm 91:11-12 to our shield of faith: "For he will command his angels concerning you to guard you in all your ways; they will lift you up in their hands, so that you will not strike your foot against a stone." We believe the Lord is commanding His angels to protect you, guiding you away from harm and towards His best.

We've been praying for your reasonable accommodation, and we want to continue to trust God for a favorable outcome. If it's His will, we believe He will open the right doors for you, whether that's at your current workplace or in a new job. Let's keep our hearts fixed on Him, working diligently and trusting in His perfect timing.

We also want to encourage you to keep your heart pure. In Matthew 5:8, Jesus says, "Blessed are the pure in heart, for they will see God." Let's ask the Lord to help us maintain pure hearts, forgiving as we've been forgiven, and trusting Him with any wrongs done to us.

Let's keep praying together, dear one. We're in this with you!
