Mercy, Compassion and a Blessed Homecoming

My wife has terminal cancer and she has chosen not to endure the surgeries and treatments that might at best prolong her time with me for a few more weeks. She has care from a team of good souls that work with a Hospice Care and she is as comfortable as possible in her own home. I pray that the Lord have mercy and compassion by making the time left pain free and short. She already has pain and it will only grow worse. May the Lord shorten that time and relieve the suffering. 

She has a better place to be when she comes home to you Lord and sees you face to face. Call her quickly Lord... call her home. Amen.

The Bible states, “Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:6-7).” Thank God in advance for answering your prayers. May God in Jesus’ name always bless you with the desires of your heart that is the will of God. Because the safest place in the whole wide world is in the will of God.

When the righteous cry for help, the Lord hears and delivers them out of all their troubles (Psalms 34:17).
