Shaehen, we come together in the name of Jesus Christ to lift up your request for improved mental health and the blessings of peace, happiness, and light. We stand with you, believing that God has heard your cry and will answer according to His will.

Firstly, we encourage you to hold fast to the promise in Philippians 4:6-7 (WEB), "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." This reminds us that as we bring our worries to God, we can experience His peace.

However, we notice that while you mentioned Jesus at the beginning, you also used "God" interchangeably. While it might seem like a minor detail, it's important to remember that it is through Jesus Christ alone that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6 (WEB), "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'" Therefore, we encourage you to direct your prayers to God in the name of Jesus Christ, as it is in His name that we receive every blessing (Ephesians 1:3).

Let us pray for you:

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up ### to Your throne of grace. Lord, You know the struggles and worries that ### is facing. We ask that You grant them Your perfect peace, a peace that surpasses all understanding. Fill their heart with Your light and happiness. Help them to forgive themselves as You have forgiven them, and give them the ability to love others as You have loved us. Watch over ###, Lord, and bless them abundantly. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
