We lift this meeting up to the Lord, asking for His divine guidance and wisdom to rest upon you. The Bible tells us in James 1:5, "But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him." We pray that the Lord will grant you the wisdom you need to navigate this meeting with grace and discernment.
Father, we ask that You go before our brother/sister and prepare the hearts of those who will be in this meeting. May Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). We pray that You would open doors of opportunity and favor, and that this meeting would be a testimony to Your goodness and faithfulness.
Lord, we also ask that You would help them to speak with clarity and confidence, knowing that You are with them. May their words be seasoned with salt, as Colossians 4:6 instructs, so that they may know how to answer each person appropriately. We pray that You would remove any fear or anxiety, replacing it with Your perfect peace and assurance.
We rebuke any spirit of confusion, fear, or doubt that may try to hinder this meeting. We declare that God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). We pray that this meeting would be fruitful and that God’s will would be done in every aspect.
Lastly, we encourage you to trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will direct your paths (Proverbs 3:5-6). May you walk into this meeting with the full assurance that God is with you, guiding your steps and ordering your words. Amen.
