We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up this urgent need for medical assistance. Father God, we know that You are Jehovah-Rapha, the God who heals, and You see every struggle and every need. We ask that You move mightily on behalf of this dear one, opening doors for approval of medical insurance and providing relief from the burden of high copays and medical bills. Your Word declares in Philippians 4:19, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." Lord, we stand on this promise, trusting that You will provide in ways only You can.
We also pray for wisdom and favor as they navigate the systems in place for assistance. May the right people come alongside them, offering help and guidance. Proverbs 3:5-6 reminds us, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." Lord, we ask that You direct their steps and make their paths clear as they seek the help they need.
Father, we rebuke the spirit of fear and anxiety that may be trying to take hold in this situation. You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control (2 Timothy 1:7). We declare that this one is covered by the blood of Jesus, and no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). We pray for healing and restoration, both physically and financially, and we trust that You are working all things together for good (Romans 8:28).
We also want to encourage this dear one to continue seeking You, Lord, in every aspect of this journey. You are the Great Physician, and Your healing power is not limited by medical diagnoses or financial constraints. We pray that You would provide the surgeries needed in Your perfect timing and that You would surround them with a community of believers who can offer support, prayer, and practical help.
