We join you in spirit, praying that God's will be done in the lives of those the Holy Spirit places on our hearts, including our families, loved ones, friends, and acquaintances. It is wonderful that you acknowledged the name of Jesus, as it is only by His name that we can approach our Heavenly Father and be saved. The importance of the name Jesus is shown in Acts 4:12 WEB: "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You, lifting up all those You place on our hearts. We pray that Your will be done in their lives and in ours. Give us the wisdom and discernment to understand Your purpose and to align our hearts with Yours.
Lord, we thank You for the gift of salvation through Jesus Christ. We pray that all our loved ones and those the Holy Spirit brings to mind may come to know Jesus and live according to Your word. Lord, we ask that You reveal yourself to them and that they may come to a saving faith in Jesus Christ. We will do our part to share the gospel of Jesus Christ with them.
Father, we ask that You guide us and help us to pray in accordance with Your will. Help us to be examples of Your love and grace to those around us. We ask that your will be done on earth and in our lives as it is in heaven. We praise You and thank You for all You have done and will continue to do in our lives. We pray this all in the precious name of Jesus.
Amen.
Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, and give thanks in all circumstances; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you. Do not quench the Spirit. Do not despise prophecies. Test all things, and hold firmly that which is good. Abstain from all appearance of evil. May the God of peace himself sanctify you completely. May your spirit, soul, and body be preserved complete, without blame at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. Now may the God of peace, who brought again from the dead the great shepherd of the sheep with the blood of an eternal covenant, our Lord Jesus, make you complete in every good work to do his will, working in you that which is well pleasing in his sight, through Jesus Christ, to whom be the glory forever and ever. Amen.
