May God Reign through Rulers by His Word, Gen 1:26, Deut 17:18, Good Counsel, Prov 24:6, and Prayers for Peace, Salvation, 1 Tim 2:1-4, Humble Ourselves as Your People and Pray, 2 Chron 7:14, Dan 9:20...

Our Presidents, V.P.s, Secretaries of State and Defense, DOJ, Congress (House and Senate, Parliaments, Legislators, Kings) Federal Judges and Supreme Court Justices, Governors, Local, State & Federal Law Enforcement -- All need our prayers for wisdom, humility, justice, protection and support. Furthermore, the Pentagon, Joint Chiefs of Staff, Generals, Military Commanders and other Bureaus, Intelligence, and those of all peoples need Christ, Wisdom and God's sovereignty (which we participate with GOD in governing, Gen 1:26, Ps 115:16, through cooperating with His intentions and ways, Ps 86:11, through Your Word, Deut 17:18, Josh 8:32, 2 Tim 3:15-16, God-given Counsel, Prov 11:14, Prov 24:6, and Prayer, Gen 1:26, Ps 115:16, 1 Tim 2:1-4).

Father, we seek first Your Kingdom and Righteousness, Matt 6:33, we cry out for wisdom and protection continually Ps 72:15, Luke 18:1, Eph 1:16, for these human individuals in positions of world influence, Rom 13:4, asking Your mercy, guidance and counsel from Your Word, and protection. Keep them from the evil one, 2 Kings 6:12, Jn 17:15, imposters and evil people, 2 Tim 3:13, let them turn away from such false people, 2 Tim 3:5, and let the evil ones be replaced, Ps 75:6-7, Ps 109:8, Acts 1:20.

Let these leaders know what to do, James 1:5, what to set as priorities and help them FULLY carry out Your purposes in their generation, as King David served Your purposes, Acts 13:36. Keep them from sin, 1 Cor 8:1, lead them NOT into temptation, Luke 11:4, yes we ask, lead them not into temptation, deliver them from all evil, Matt 6:13, even the evil one, Rev 12:9, Jn 17:15. It is written, You will keep them from the evil one, 2 Thes 3:3. You will give Your angels charge over them, Ps 91:11-13. Thank You in advance, Matt 11:23-24, as we trust in You with all our hearts and pray, not lean on our own understanding, Prov 3:5-6, in Jesus Name, since there is "no other Name given among men by which we must be saved, Acts 4:12, John 14:6, 1 Tim 2:5, again with thanksgiving we offer these requests, let now the peace of God guard our hearts and minds in Christ Jesus, Phil 4:6-7, Amen, Rev 3:14, 2 Cor 1:20.

We come before the throne of grace with hearts burdened for those in authority, recognizing that all power and dominion belong to the Lord our God. The Scriptures declare, "The Most High rules in the kingdom of men, and gives it to whomever He will" (Daniel 4:17 WEB). We acknowledge that God has established governing authorities (Romans 13:1 WEB) and calls us to intercede for them, that we may lead peaceful and quiet lives in all godliness and reverence (1 Timothy 2:1-2 WEB).

Father, we lift up every president, vice president, secretary, legislator, judge, governor, law enforcement officer, military leader, and all who hold positions of influence. Grant them wisdom that comes from above, which is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, reasonable, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality, and without hypocrisy (James 3:17 WEB). May they seek Your face and Your Word as their guide, for "where there is no revelation, the people cast off restraint; but one who keeps the law is blessed" (Proverbs 29:18 WEB).

We pray for humility in these leaders, that they would recognize their role as servants of the people and stewards of Your authority. "God resists the proud, but gives grace to the humble" (James 4:6 WEB). Protect them from pride, greed, and the deception of power, for "pride goes before destruction, and a haughty spirit before a fall" (Proverbs 16:18 WEB).

Lord, we ask that You would surround these leaders with godly counsel, as "in the multitude of counselors there is safety" (Proverbs 11:14 WEB). Deliver them from advisors who would lead them astray with flattery or self-serving agendas. Guard their hearts from the schemes of the evil one, for "our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world's rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places" (Ephesians 6:12 WEB).

We rebuke every spirit of corruption, deception, and lawlessness that seeks to influence these leaders. The Word declares, "When the righteous thrive, the people rejoice; but when the wicked rule, the people groan" (Proverbs 29:2 WEB). Raise up men and women of integrity who will stand for truth, justice, and righteousness. Let the fear of the Lord be their foundation, for "the fear of Yahweh is the beginning of wisdom" (Proverbs 9:10 WEB).

Father, we pray for the salvation of those in authority who do not yet know You. "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus" (1 Timothy 2:5 WEB). Open their eyes to the truth of the Gospel, that they may turn from darkness to light and receive forgiveness of sins (Acts 26:18 WEB). Let them confess with their mouths that Jesus is Lord and believe in their hearts that God raised Him from the dead, that they may be saved (Romans 10:9 WEB).

We ask that You would deliver these leaders from temptation and evil. "Watch and pray, that you don't enter into temptation. The spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak" (Matthew 26:41 WEB). Strengthen them to resist the allure of sin, and fill them with Your Holy Spirit, that they may walk in righteousness. "No temptation has taken you except what is common to man. God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it" (1 Corinthians 10:13 WEB).

Lord, we pray for protection over these leaders and their families. Assign Your angels to guard them in all their ways (Psalm 91:11 WEB). Shield them from physical harm, spiritual attacks, and the schemes of those who would seek their downfall. "Yahweh is your keeper. Yahweh is your shade on your right hand" (Psalm 121:5 WEB).

We ask that You would grant these leaders a spirit of discernment, that they may distinguish between good and evil, truth and deception. "But solid food is for those who are full grown, who by reason of use have their senses exercised to discern good and evil" (Hebrews 5:14 WEB). Let them govern with justice, mercy, and faithfulness, for "righteousness exalts a nation, but sin is a disgrace to any people" (Proverbs 14:34 WEB).

Father, we pray that these leaders would seek first Your kingdom and Your righteousness (Matthew 6:33 WEB). Let them understand that their authority comes from You, and that they will give an account for how they have stewarded it. "It is required of stewards that they be found faithful" (1 Corinthians 4:2 WEB). May they serve with the heart of David, who said, "I will behave myself wisely in a perfect way... I will walk within my house with a perfect heart" (Psalm 101:2 WEB).

We declare that Your Word will not return void but will accomplish what You please (Isaiah 55:11 WEB). Let Your truth prevail in the hearts and minds of those in authority, that they may govern according to Your will. "Blessed is the nation whose God is Yahweh, the people whom he has chosen for his own inheritance" (Psalm 33:12 WEB).

Lord, we humble ourselves before You, confessing our own need for Your mercy and grace. "If my people, who are called by my name, shall humble themselves, pray, seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then I will hear from heaven, will forgive their sin, and will heal their land" (2 Chronicles 7:14 WEB). We repent of any complacency, apathy, or unbelief in our own hearts. Forgive us for not always praying as we ought, and renew in us a steadfast spirit of intercession.

We thank You, Father, for hearing our prayers. We trust in Your sovereign power and perfect timing. "Yours, Yahweh, is the greatness, the power, the glory, the victory, and the majesty! For all that is in the heavens and in the earth is yours. Yours is the kingdom, Yahweh, and you are exalted as head above all" (1 Chronicles 29:11 WEB). May Your kingdom come, and Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven (Matthew 6:10 WEB).

In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, we pray. Amen.

Thank you for carrying this burden for our nation and for those who lead. Your heart to see God honored through those in authority comes through so clearly, and we are grateful to stand with you in prayer for them.

It is a lot to hold, presidents and vice presidents, members of Congress, judges, governors, law enforcement, military commanders and so many others who make decisions that affect millions. When the need feels so wide, prayer can start to feel general. One simple way to stay steady is to give each day a smaller focus, perhaps one group of leaders a day through the week, lifting them by name as you are able, and remembering that even brief, faithful prayers matter to God.

We see prayer not as a technique to get results but as dependence on God, resting in His presence and asking Him to work. We are joining you in that dependence now.

Father, we lift to You all who serve in places of influence and responsibility. Grant them wisdom and humility to seek what is right, courage to do justice, and protection from evil. Guard their families and their counselors, and draw each one to know Your mercy in Jesus Christ. We ask for peace in our communities and that many would come to know You. Guide us too as we pray and live under Your care. In Jesus' name, Amen.

We have heard your earnest burden for those in authority and we join you in it with thanksgiving. It is good and right that supplications, prayers and intercessions be made for kings and for all that are in authority, that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty, for this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Saviour who will have all men to be saved and to come unto the knowledge of the truth.

Your request is itself an agony of prayer, and we would agonize with you in prayer to God for these men and women. It is not prayer which foams itself away in words that is needed, but prayer with force, with energy, with humble boldness, with intensity of desire, prayer which like a deep hidden torrent cuts a channel even through a rock. The fire upon the altar of intercession should never go out, neither by night nor by day.

We therefore entreat the Lord together for Presidents and Vice Presidents, for Secretaries and Judges, for Congress and Governors, for generals and commanders, for all who bear the sword and are called to be ministers of God for good. We ask that the Lord will grant them wisdom from above, that they may know what to do and what to set as priorities, that He will clothe them with humility and justice, that He will keep them from sin and lead them not into temptation but deliver them from evil, and keep them from the evil one. We pray that He will give His angels charge over them and keep them from imposters and evil men, and that where evil counsel prevails it may be brought to nothing, for promotion cometh neither from the east nor from the west but God is Judge.

Above all we pray for their salvation, for there is no other name given among men whereby we must be saved but the name of Jesus Christ, and there is one Mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus. We pray that they may seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, that they may humble themselves and pray and seek His face, that they may turn to His Word for counsel, for by it kings reign and rulers decree justice, and blessed is the counsel that cometh from the Lord.

Let us not neglect the assembling of ourselves together for such prayer, nor forget to mention these souls by name before the throne of grace. Our great Intercessor Himself prays for His people with prevalent and prevenient prayer, and when we stand at the altar of atonement we are most prevalent in prayer. What a delightful spectacle when the Church unites to cry, Lord help us, and Lord help them.

We will continue to plead that God will reign through His Word, that He will grant peace, restrain evil, and accomplish His purposes in this generation as He did through David, and that the peace of God which passeth all understanding shall guard our hearts and minds in Christ Jesus. Amen.

It is good and right that you have brought this prayer for those who bear authority, for Scripture itself commands us to make supplication for kings and all who are in high positions, that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness, and that all might come to the knowledge of the truth which is in Christ alone, for there is one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus, and there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved.

We join you in asking the Father to give wisdom to presidents and vice presidents, to secretaries and judges, to legislators and governors, to commanders and officers and all who serve in public trust and in the keeping of order. We ask that He will grant them humility to seek His counsel, a love for justice, a hatred of bribes and falsehood, and a heart to turn away from evil counsel and from those who practice deceit. As it is written, let Him remove the evil and establish the just, and let those who will not be turned be replaced according to His righteous judgment.

Prayer is a great weapon, and the affairs of each day are like a storm at sea. We need favorable winds and we need arms, and prayer early in the morning and by night makes God propitious to us and keeps us from shipwreck. So we will continue to pray with you, not only once but continually, and with thanksgiving for all His benefits, both seen and unseen, for He bestows many mercies upon us even without our knowledge.

Remember also that the prayer of brethren can do great things, yet it profits us most when we ourselves are watchful. Let us therefore humble ourselves as His people, keep a pure conscience, seek His kingdom and righteousness first, and not lean on our own understanding. Let us ask that these leaders may be kept from the evil one, that angels may have charge over them, that they may be led not into temptation and delivered from evil, and that they may know what to do and fully carry out the good purposes God has appointed for them in their generation.
