May God Reign through Rulers by His Word, Gen 1:26-27, Deut 17:18, Good Counsel, Prov 24:6, and Prayers for Peace, Salvation, 1 Tim 2:1-4, Protection from Falsehood, Imposters, "Moles" 2 Tim 3:13, Leaks, Evil Plans -- Rather Intercept Evil Plans as Elisha, 2 Kings 6:12, Protection from False Believers, 2 Tim 3:5, Tit 1:16, 2 Cor 11:26...

Father we thank You for ordaining government through Adam, and Pray for Our Presidents, V.P.s, Secretaries of State and Defense, DOJ, Congress (House and Senate, Parliaments, Legislators) Federal Judges and Supreme Court Justices that need our prayers and support. We ask that they rule as submitted to God and rule well in accord with Scripture, as "Rulers are to write for themselves a copy of the Law of GOD upon inauguration," Deut 17:18. Furthermore, we ask for wisdom, guidance, godliness and unity for our nation's defense: The Pentagon, Joint Chiefs of Staff, Generals, Military Commanders and other Bureaus, Intelligence, and those of all peoples who need Christ, Your wisdom and Your sovereignty (which we participate with GOD in governing, Gen 1:26, Ps 115:16, through cooperating with His intentions and ways, Ps 86:11, through Your Word, Deut 17:18, Josh 8:32, 2 Tim 3:15-16, God-given Counsel, Prov 11:14, Prov 24:6, and Prayer, Gen 1:26, Ps 115:16, 1 Tim 2:1-4).

Father, we seek first Your Kingdom and Righteousness, Matt 6:33, we cry out for wisdom and protection continually Ps 72:15, Luke 18:1, Eph 1:16, for these human individuals in positions of world influence, Rom 13:4, asking Your mercy, guidance and counsel from Your Word, and protection. Keep them from the evil one, 2 Kings 6:12, Jn 17:15, imposters and evil people, 2 Tim 3:13, let them turn away from such false people, 2 Tim 3:5, and let the evil ones be replaced, Ps 75:6-7, Ps 109:8, Acts 1:20.

We concede that there are no perfect rulers and actually see the wisdom in asking, "Your Kingdom Come, Your Will Be Done on Earth as it is in Heaven, Matt 6:10. Come Lord Jesus.

In the interim, let these leaders know what to do, James 1:5, what to set as priorities and help them FULLY carry out Your purposes in their generation, as King David served Your purposes, Acts 13:36. Keep them from sin, 1 Cor 8:1, lead them NOT into temptation, Luke 11:4, yes we ask, lead them not into temptation, deliver them from all evil, Matt 6:13, even the evil one, Rev 12:9, Jn 17:15. It is written, You will keep them from the evil one, 2 Thes 3:3. You will give Your angels charge over them, Ps 91:11-13. Thank You in advance, Matt 11:23-24, as we trust in You with all our hearts and pray, not lean on our own understanding, Prov 3:5-6, in Jesus Name, since there is "no other Name given among men by which we must be saved, Acts 4:12, John 14:6, 1 Tim 2:5, again with thanksgiving we offer these requests, let now the peace of God guard our hearts and minds in Christ Jesus, Phil 4:6-7, The Amen, Faithful Witness and Originator of God's New Creation, Rev 3:14, even the Name of Jesus Christ, from whose Full Inheritance we each receive blessing after blessing, John 1:16, Eph 1:3, Eph 1:17-20, and in Him all God's Promises are Yes and Amen, 2 Cor 1:20.

We join with you in this faithful and urgent prayer for those in authority and we thank you for standing in the gap for our rulers and for our nation.

We agree that God ordained government and that He calls us to pray for those who govern, for it is written I exhort therefore, first of all, that petitions, prayers, intercessions, and givings of thanks be made for all men, for kings and all who are in high places, that we may lead a tranquil and quiet life in all godliness and reverence, For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Savior, who desires all people to be saved and come to full knowledge of the truth 1 Tim 2:1-4. We also remember Let every soul be in subjection to the higher authorities, for there is no authority except from God, and those who exist are ordained by God Rom 13:1, and that rulers are God's servants for good Rom 13:4.

We agree with your plea that our Presidents, Vice Presidents, Secretaries of State and Defense, the Department of Justice, our Congress, House and Senate, Parliaments and Legislators, Federal Judges and Supreme Court Justices, together with the Pentagon, the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Generals, Military Commanders, and all those in intelligence and bureaus, would govern not by human wisdom alone but by submission to God and His Word. As you have prayed, it shall be, when he sits on the throne of his kingdom, that he shall write himself a copy of this law in a book Deut 17:18, and we pray that every leader would heed Your Word and Your counsel. For by wise guidance you wage your war, and victory is in many advisors Prov 24:6 and Where there is no counsel, plans fail, but in a multitude of counselors they are established Prov 15:22. We ask that God would surround our leaders with godly, truthful counsel and remove ungodly influence.

We also join you in praying for protection from falsehood, from imposters, from moles and leaks and evil plans. We ask the Lord to intercept evil as He did for Elisha, for the prophet declared that Elisha tells the king of Israel the words that you speak in your bedroom 2 Kings 6:12. We pray that every hidden plot would be exposed and thwarted, for evil men and impostors will grow worse and worse, deceiving and being deceived 2 Tim 3:13. We pray that our leaders would have discernment to turn away from such, holding a form of godliness but having denied its power, turn away from these also 2 Tim 3:5, for there are those who profess that they know God, but by their deeds they deny him Tit 1:16. We ask that God would guard them from false brothers 2 Cor 11:26 and keep them from the evil one John 17:15, and we claim the promise But the Lord is faithful, who will establish you and guard you from the evil one 2 Thess 3:3, and For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways Ps 91:11.

We rejoice that you have prayed so clearly in the name of Jesus Christ, for there is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12, and Jesus said I am the way, the truth, and the life, No one comes to the Father, except through me John 14:6, for there is one God and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus 1 Tim 2:5. It is only through Him that our prayers have access to the Father and it is in His name that we have confidence.

We acknowledge with you that there is no perfect ruler except Christ Himself, and so we pray with you Your Kingdom come, Your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven Matt 6:10, and we long for His return. In the meantime we ask as you have, that God would give wisdom liberally, for If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him James 1:5, and that our leaders would be as David who served the counsel of God in his own generation Acts 13:36, fulfilling all that God has purposed for them to do in this hour.

So we pray together,

Father, in the name of Jesus Christ we thank You for Your sovereignty over all the earth, for The heavens are Yahweh's heavens, but he has given the earth to the children of men Ps 115:16 and for making us in Your image to exercise dominion under You Gen 1:26. We lift up every person in high position to You and ask that You would teach them Your ways Ps 86:11, that they would seek first Your Kingdom and Your righteousness Matt 6:33. Grant them wisdom, humility, courage and unity to do justice and to love mercy and to walk humbly with You Mic 6:8. Lead them not into temptation, but deliver them from the evil one Matt 6:13, keep them from sin and keep their hearts from pride. Let promotion come from You alone, for lifting up is from God Ps 75:6-7, and where there is wickedness let that office be given to another as it is written Let another take his office Ps 109:8 and Acts 1:20. Let Your peace guard our hearts and minds in Christ Jesus Phil 4:6-7 as we trust in You with all our hearts and do not lean on our own understanding Prov 3:5-6, and let all Your promises be Yes and Amen in Christ 2 Cor 1:20. We thank You in advance that You hear us when we pray according to Your will, in the mighty and only saving name of Jesus Christ, Amen.

We were grateful to read your prayer for those who govern. Your heart to see God honored through our leaders, and to see them surrounded by wisdom, good counsel, and protection from what is false and harmful, is a burden we share with you.

Carrying prayer for presidents, courts, legislators, and all who serve in defense and intelligence is weighty work, and it is easy to grow weary when the needs feel so large. We want you to know we are joining you in this and we thank God for your faithfulness to keep bringing these men and women before Him for wisdom, integrity, and peace in our land.

One steady way to continue is to keep a simple, consistent rhythm. You might keep a short list of the offices and people most on your heart and bring them before the Lord at the same time each day, and if you have a trusted friend or small prayer group, share that list so you are not carrying it alone.

Father, we lift to You all who serve in authority in our nation and beyond. Give them wisdom and a desire to seek what is right, surround them with trustworthy counsel, guard them from deception and from evil plans, and draw each one closer to Yourself. Give us peace as we trust You to reign and to work Your purposes. In Jesus' name, Amen.

There is much that is pleasing to the Lord in the intercession you have laid before Him, for to pray for kings and for all that are in authority is according to the express will of God, that we may lead quiet and peaceable lives in all godliness and honesty, and that men may be saved through the knowledge of the truth.

Intercessory prayer is the sweetest prayer God ever hears, for it bears the very fragrance of Christ Himself, who ever liveth to make intercession for us, and it is exceedingly prevalent. It has stayed plagues and turned the counsel of the wicked to foolishness. When you plead in this way for presidents and vice presidents, for judges and legislators, for generals and counselors and all who bear rule among the nations, you do not beat the air, but you bring down blessings from on high. Remember also that prayer is the tell tale of spiritual life, as the pulse is to the body. The hypocrite may imitate the action of prayer, but he will not always call upon God. Your desire to continue instant in prayer, to cry out continually as the Psalmist and the apostle exhort, shows a heart that would not restrain prayer before God, but would have it inwrought into the warp and woof of your being.

Let us then take the model of Jacob, who when he had done what wisdom could devise, betook himself to prayer with humility of spirit and with holy argument, spreading his case before the Lord and pleading the promise, Remember the Word unto Your servant. So we may plead that God would reign through rulers by His Word. May they be men who write the law of God upon their hearts and have it ever before their eyes, as it was commanded that the king should write for himself a copy of the law. May they seek counsel in the multitude of counselors and be kept from leaning upon their own understanding. And above all may they come to know that there is no other name given among men by which we must be saved but the name of Jesus Christ, for He alone is the mediator between God and men.

And now let us pray together. Father, we thank You that all authority is ordained by You, and that You have made man to have dominion under Your sovereign hand. We ask in the name of Jesus, through whom alone is salvation, that You would grant to those who govern wisdom and understanding, that they may rule well and according to Your Word. Keep them from the evil one and deliver them from all evil, as You have promised to keep Your people and to give Your angels charge over them. Intercept every evil plan as You did for Elisha, and expose falsehood, imposters and those who creep in privily. Cause rulers to turn away from such as have a form of godliness but deny the power thereof, and let Your kingdom come and Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Lead them not into temptation, keep them from sin, and help them to fulfill Your purpose in their generation as David served Your counsel. Quicken Your people also in Your way, that we faint not in prayer but persevere with thanksgiving, until the peace of God which passeth all understanding shall keep our hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. We ask this not because we can change Your will, but because our prayer is the shadow of the blessing You have already purposed to give, and we plead Your faithful promises which in Christ are Yea and Amen.

God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, wisdom, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to know You, the way You want me to know You. So that I will trust You with my life and anyway that You move in my life. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps and actions. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God-conscious-solution-focused-heart-mind-spirit-and-attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
