I've been blessed by your prayers here in the past, but my husband's online video game addiction continues to haunt our marriage. There is more to it, like very poor communication.... lack of spousal worth/value/respect... and love?? Well I just don't feel it if it exists. Thank the good Lord for his love. But it would certainly be nice to have a love-filled marriage. To be honest, I feel empty, lonely, alone... We have a ### year old, and my husband hardly involves himself as a father or husband. I don't know where to turn. I continue to pray every day.... but I've come here hoping an additional bundle of prayers go up on our behalf for the sake of our marriage union & family & home life. Thank you, brothers & sisters.

Right now I am feeling ________ . Please lift these feelings away from me and fill me with your love. Fill me with your light. Fill me with trust that Thy help is on the way. Let your light shine in my darkness and penetrate my fearful confusion and guide me into right action.

Dear God, what would you have me know and do to heal my relationship? (or any other specific issue)

Lord, help us remember when we first met and the strong Love that grew between us.

To work that Love into practical things so nothing can divide us.

It's difficult to look on the bright side of things, but I honestly think your husband must be a quiet but a young at age person who grew up playing video games almost throughout his life. It's hard because that little boy inside of him just wants to play video games after a hard day's work(?), and talking to him about nurturing your feelings as his dear wife and best friend is like falling on deaf ears. But in his deep recesses of his heart, he loves you by being at home instead of going out drinking with his friends or being unfaithful.

Furthermore, I think he is the sort of person who does not know how to communicate with children, let alone with babies—most guys are like that But take heart, once your little daughter grows up (about 7 years up) and is able to communicate with her dad, it will be a different story—a good story, in fact... she will be her daddy's darling!!

Lord, give ### the grace to focus her heart and mind on Your word and on You, for You will give her perfect peace. May You bless her husband to see that ### as his best friend and a godly wife whom You have blessed him with. Make him, dear Lord, to be a man after Your own heart as he learns to seek Your word and Your face daily, in Jesus' lovely Name, amen.

Pray for your marriage. Pray for your mate. No one is perfect…But God will perfect what concerns you and your mate in your marriage. You got to pray, trust God, you have got to line up to God’s Word. Learn to be Patient; walk in Love and Forgiveness. And always remember what drew you to each other. Ask God to show you both how to keep that Love strong and healthy in Christ Jesus. Those of you who are single, pray this prayer for your future mate.



Let’s Pray…God I thank You that I can come to you about anything. I come lifting up my marriage

to You. I place my marriage in Your hands. Knit us and our marriage together, rooted and grounded in Your Love Lord Jesus, so that nothing can destroy it. Bless and heal my marriage. Fix what is wrong in this marriage and make it right. Bless each of us to be totally committed to You and Your plan for our lives. Teach us how to pray and intercede for each other, our children, and love ones. Let love, joy, peace, and faithfulness to You God and each other reign within the walls of our hearts and home. Give both of us patience and a great respect for each other. Help us; teach us how to be gentle, compassionate, courteous, and tenderhearted toward each other. Help us to remember what drew us to each other. Show us Lord Jesus how to keep Love strong and healthy in our marriage. Bless my marriage Lord Jesus. And please do the same for every married couple in my family, all my friends that are married, and the writer of this prayer. Bless our marriages.
