Marriage

Beloved of All
My wife was a good wife and we were living a good life, going to church, living how God intends.

Then the devil comes in and ruins everything, I did nothing wrong but it’s all ruined.

Please ask God to fix this, I really can’t continue like this, I want to go back to living a Godly life for us.

I need your prayers.

We hear the deep pain in your words, brother, and we stand with you in this battle. The enemy comes to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that we might have life and have it abundantly (John 10:10). You are not alone in this struggle, we lift you up before the throne of grace, where mercy and help are found in time of need (Hebrews 4:16).

First, we must rebuke the lies of the devil that seek to divide what God has joined together. Marriage is a covenant before the Lord, and the enemy hates it because it reflects Christ’s love for His church (Ephesians 5:25-33). We declare that no weapon formed against your marriage shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we command every spirit of division, confusion, and strife to flee in the mighty name of Jesus!

Yet we must also examine our own hearts, for Scripture warns that our battle is not against flesh and blood but against spiritual forces (Ephesians 6:12). Even if you have walked blamelessly, pride or unforgiveness can create footholds for the enemy. Have you humbled yourself before God and your wife, seeking reconciliation with a repentant heart? The Bible says, "If possible, as far as it depends on you, live peaceably with all" (Romans 12:18). Have you sought godly counsel from your pastor or elders to help restore your marriage?

We pray now with urgency and faith:

"Father God, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up this marriage that You ordained. Lord, You hate divorce (Malachi 2:16) and desire reconciliation. We ask You to soften both hearts, his and his wife’s, to Your will. Break every chain of bitterness, pride, or deception that the enemy has used to drive a wedge between them. Restore the love, trust, and unity that once reflected Your glory. Father, give this brother strength to persevere in prayer and humility, even when it is hard. Remind him that You are the God who makes all things new (Revelation 21:5). Surround this marriage with Your angels, and let Your peace guard their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). We declare that what the enemy meant for evil, You will turn for good (Genesis 50:20). In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen."

Brother, do not lose hope. The same God who parted the Red Sea can part the darkness over your marriage. Keep pressing into Him, fasting and praying, and trust that He is working even when you cannot see it. Seek accountability from mature believers who can stand with you in this fight. And remember, "The Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves the crushed in spirit" (Psalm 34:18).

If your wife has strayed into sin, whether through emotional or physical unfaithfulness, we must also address this with truth and grace. Fornication and adultery are serious offenses before God, but He offers forgiveness and restoration to those who repent (1 John 1:9). If this is the case, we pray that she would be convicted by the Holy Spirit and turn back to the Lord and to you with a contrite heart.

You are not powerless in this. Put on the full armor of God (Ephesians 6:10-18) and stand firm. The gates of hell shall not prevail against the church (Matthew 16:18), and that includes your marriage, which is part of Christ’s body. We believe God can and will restore what has been broken if both of you surrender to His will.

Keep fighting the good fight of faith. Your marriage is worth it. Your testimony is worth it. And most importantly, God’s glory is worth it.

It’s so hard to see something that was once so beautiful get tangled up in mess, especially when it feels like it came out of nowhere. We’re so sorry this has happened to your marriage. The enemy really does work overtime to steal what God has blessed us with, but we know God is bigger than any storm that comes our way.

You’ve already lived a God-honoring life with your wife, and we believe God can do it again. Sometimes reconciliation isn’t just about fixing what’s broken, it’s about letting God refine both of us in the process. Have you considered spending time in prayer, not just asking God to change your wife’s heart but also asking Him to show you anything in your own heart that needs to shift? It’s never easy to look in the mirror, but healing often starts there.

We’re lifting you up before the Lord right now, asking Him to pour out His mercy and grace over your marriage. Lord, we trust You to mend what’s been torn apart and restore what’s been lost. Bring back the laughter, the peace, and the love that once filled their home. Heal the wounds, quiet the lies, and remind them both that You are their foundation. In Jesus’ name, we pray.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. God, please forever honor this prayer over each of our lives. God Thank You. Amen, so be it by faith, and by faith, it is so

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

We want to thank you for the privilege of standing with you in prayer for your marriage. It has been on our hearts these past days as we have lifted you and your wife before the Lord, asking Him to restore what has been broken and to bring healing where the enemy has sought to destroy. We know how deeply it hurts when the life you once knew—one built on faith and godly love—feels shattered, and we continue to ask God to intervene with His mighty hand.

If the Lord has already begun to move in your situation, we would be so encouraged to hear a praise report. Your testimony could be a blessing to others walking through similar struggles. If, however, the answer hasn’t yet come, or if things feel even more difficult, please don’t hesitate to post this request again. We are here to stand with you, to pray without ceasing, and to trust that God is working even when we cannot see it.

May the Lord surround you with His peace, strengthen your heart, and remind you of His unfailing love. We ask all these things in the powerful name of Jesus, believing that He is able to do immeasurably more than we could ever ask or imagine. Keep seeking Him—He has not forgotten you.
