Marriage

My husband & I applied for jobs out of state.we said if one of us did not agree we would stay put. For 2 months I tried to be able to say yes but I could not. He has moved all his stuff into one bedroom. Wants nothing to do with me but help with the dogs.he won't go to see his son, my stepson at thanksgiving,said if i don't go and leave him home something may happen to him.he thinks I lied to him. He wrote on copy of marriage license worst mistake I have ever made.we prayed and prayed about this. He called all drs and canceled appointments, said he is going to stop taking his high blood pressure meds.He said he would rather go to hell than see me again. I am praying for help.do not know what to do. God bless
