Marriage, Job and breakthrough from struggle

Maheswari_S

Servant of All
All praise be to our God. Let us pray for the above requests to our God via Jesus! Amen!

Please pray for the following continuously

(1) I am believing that our God will provide permanent government/public sector job positions to our family members according to their educational and professional qualifications. Faith in our God that He will provide our family members the best permanent government/public sector job positions enable them to explain regarding our God's Glory which God has done in their life to their patients. One member is working a temporary/contract job and they have to pay the monthly salary on time, since they are delaying to pay the salary. Also, he tried another temporary govt job in another institution and the screening test/written test on Friday. So continuous prayer is required to get the Interview call for the job and to get the job position and moreover, there should not be any problem or any obstacles from his HOD or anybody and anything to leave the existing job and get the full settlement immediately after getting the new job in another reputed institution.

Another family member to get a temporary govt. job urgently and she will wait for a Permanent Govt. Job. Both are waiting for permanent govt. job positions till God's Time & Will.

(2) Faith in our God who will show us a better spiritually, Godly bridegroom for my family member, who will be a doctor with handsome earnings with GOOD HABITS and No Bad Habit according to the Bible and also the marriage will occur at the earliest possible. Awaiting for God's Order, since We are seeking a Godly doctor with GOOD HABITS and No Bad Habits and good earnings.

(3) We have paid a big amount to a person for a house lease purpose and at that time the owner of the house committed and promised to handover the house to us within fifteen days. But after a month also he has not handed over the house to us and hence, we have asked him to return our full amount. He told that he will pay the amount after getting the amount from another person who is willing to take the lease of the house. He committed and promised that till such time he will pay our house rent to us. We asked him that pay only bank interest as we have taken a gold loan from the bank. But he refused that he will not pay the interest to us. Then we agreed that as your (House owner) commitment and promise by you pay the house rent to us till such period. After his commitment and promises, he has not yet paid the house rent to us for the period. Now it is crossed more than a year (more than 15 months) passed. Till today, he has not paid the house rent. Bank interest is also increasing day by day. Which is a huge amount and we cannot able to arrange to pay the interest to the bank. Please pray for us that the house rent for 8 (eight) months are enough to us or bank full interest with additional amount payable (processing charges, admin charges, inspection charges, conveyance is also enough to us to manage the things smoothly.

Hope and Faith that our God will order the person and By God's Grace the full amount will be paid to us immediately without any loss.

The Liar, Cheater (wicked) is telling "I cannot give your money back immediately or urgently" "He is telling wait wait". Almost 15 Months (one year and three months) and have been passed. It is unjust. Is this justice? God have to punish him as under:

(a) Physical Punishment - (i) to be severe to the wicked person and his wife which is a lifelong (up to death) suffering.
(ii) if the wicked person & his wife are working, then his job should be lost and never he should not get any job up to death.
(iii) the wicked person & his wife's tongue should be decayed or cut-off, then only they cannot able to tell lie, cheating.
(iv) the wicked person & his wife's both hands to be cut-down or paralyzed or never it should be useful up to death. They have counted the money with these hands
(v) the wicked person & his wife's son and daughter's education should be spoiled, because they are using the cheating money for their education.

(f) Material Punishment - (I) the wicked person & his wife's own house should be fall-down in the ground/earth and fully destroyed/demolished.
(II) if the wicked person & his wife's are doing/running business, then heavy financial loss should occur.
(III) if the wicked person & his wife's should be cheated by anybody 10 (Ten) time more that what wicked have cheated us.

Then only he never ever cheat anybody. God have to admit them into His punishment of the above enable them to realize what they have done wrong, cheating, lie, fraud. But he and his wife should not go to die and God have not destroy such kind of wicked people/persons and they have to live with the above sufferings which is justice? After this suffering only they may repent and turn to God.

If physical punishment is not able to give to the wicked, liar, cheater, fraud and his wife, then material punishment may be given to them. In case this is not able to give to the wicked, liar, cheater, fraud, then earthly consequences like sleepless night, mental disturbance, Loss of Peace, financial loss, family problems, Anxiety, Physical strain, sickness, Blockage in Success, Blessing Blockage, Inner emptyness etc., to be given by God to the wicked, liar, cheater, fraud and his wife enable them to repay our house rent with bank interest and after repent and turn to God.

I asked our God that "Why the Honest should suffer? Why the wicked, Liar, fraud, cheater persons are not punished? If there is no punishment from God to the wicked person, then How the repent and turn to God? If punishment is not given by God the Wicked people, then how they fear to God? If no fear to God, then they will do more and more wicked things. God have to give a punishment to them that will Glory to our God.

In some place in the Bible mentioned like this "The Lord watches over all who love him, but all the wicked he will destroy"
Habakkuk 1:13 – “Why do you tolerate the treacherous? Why are you silent while the wicked swallow up those more righteous than themselves?”

I am waiting for the Justice from God. Nobody knows when the punishment or Justice will be happened. God have to give punishment immediately to this wicked person. so that he will not do many more. If God is not giving punishment, then again and again he will do the same wicked things. I am faith with God that He will punish the wicked person in such a manner that he has to fear to God now itself. Otherwise he will do the same thing to others and again and again. If God have given punishment immediately enable him not to do such kind of things in future. Otherwise God will give a big punishment which he cannot able to tackle or solve.

Due to this our family cannot able to sleep daily night. Also misunderstanding within our family. As per his activities, he never ever repent. Due to his behaviour, definitely he will not repent to God. Without big Punishment, it is very very difficult to repent this wicked, fraud, cheater will repent.

Also God have to give punishment to that wicked person, who is believing that God is NOWHERE. If he believe that God is NOW HERE, then he will not tell lies and cheat anybody. Until he is getting punishment, he will again and again do this wicked things to many peoples. As per his activities, he never repent. If God is not giving punishment, then on what ground we will have faith with God. Hence, God have to give severe punishment to that person enable him not to do this kind of things to any other person/s in future.

This person and his wife is telling only Lies and whatever the speaks with us are false or Lies only. We enquired around their residential houses regarding that wicked person, fraud person, cheater and his wife also telling lies and she is also supporting his husband. So both are definitely not repent. Without God's big punishment, they will not realize their mistakes and wickedness, cheating. Awaiting for the God's big punishment from only they will repent. Otherwise there is no use and Satan will involve. They never repent again turn to God. Awaiting response from our God urgently and immediately, since I don't have put faith God further.

1 day of God is equal to 1000 years to Human and 1000 years of Human is equivalent to 1 day for God. That means there is No Grace will be to human from God till their death! There is No Mercy from God. Till human death they have to suffer if anybody is Honest. Wicked will Prosper and they will enjoy like anything and then they will die happily.

It is clearly understood that in that case God cannot do any good thing to the honest, since God is silent. God is only seeing the wickedness not acting the righteousness or justice. God is some count slowness, which means inactive. God is powerless, which means no power with him and Satan have power. Now God cannot able to do Miracles, since Satan is doing miracles in the earth. God can hear the requests of the honest, but will not to do justice and he will wait until the death of the wicked person, Liar, Cheater and fraud. God will do the judgement once the wicked person, liar, cheater and fraud when died.

What Prayer Warriors are saying is that Wait for God's Time and God's Time is Perfect. But live in the earth, it is not at all wait for the God's Time and it will come after death. Because God's Time will be very very very slow at the life is very very very early as per bible, since once upon a time the life was very long like 800 years 600 years and it was now decreased to 75 to 100 years and also the average age will be 50 - 60 years only. Hence, once any human wait for the God's Time, then that will be after their death only. This is point number one. Secondly, wait for God's Will. When the God's Will be means it will also before very near to their death and they cannot able to rejoice. Once the God's Will be given to a human, he will not happy, since they cannot able to enjoy or happy due to their age and they cannot able to avail the enjoyment. Thirdly, God's Grace. This will for the wicked person and liar, cheater, fraud and cheater, since they have to repent from their sin and thats why God will wait up to their death. Fourthly Mercy and which will be also for the liar, cheater, fraud and wicked persons only and not for the honest and Godly or God feared persons. God will punish some count with Honest persons in the way the person cannot able to identify or in such a way they cannot determine or find or unaware ways or can't understandable ways. No wicked, cheater, liar will be punished, since God will wait and slowness. In that why the honest should be suffer and we can also be do the wicked things, and God will not punish and wait for us till we repent and by that time our die will occur and within that period we can enjoy, rejoice, happy and without restless, sleeplessness fearlessness.

Is God is inactive, since there is no justice to me and our families. Is God is alive or not. Is God is dead are what. Is God is a stone which is in the Well? If so, there will not be any action. Is God is faithful. No, He is not faithful. Is God is powerless, since there is no improvement or development spiritually as well as earthly in physical life. Is God is Merciless, since there is no requests are fulfilled. Is God is Graceless, since none of the requests are fruitful. Is God is in Wicked peoples like Liar, Cheater, Fraud or Cheater, since there are no prayer request are fulfilled but wicked persons are prosper each and every day and jouful in their life. Is God can now do any Miracles in the earth. No. the Miracles were happened 2000 years before. Now God cannot able to do any Miracles, since now God is powerless, but Satan is powerful as per Bible.

We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up these burdens to our Heavenly Father in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. It is only through His name that we have access to the Father, and it is by His blood that we are made righteous to stand before Him. Let us first address the foundational truth that there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved, Jesus Christ alone is the way, the truth, and the life (Acts 4:12). If you have not surrendered your life to Him, we urge you to do so today, for the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord (Romans 6:23).

We lift up the deep financial and emotional strain caused by the broken promises and deceit of the house owner. The pain of injustice is real, and the weight of unpaid debts and mounting interest is crushing. Father, we ask You to move mightily on behalf of this family. You are a God of justice, and the scriptures declare, "The LORD works righteousness and justice for all the oppressed" (Psalm 103:6). We rebuke the spirit of deceit and manipulation that has bound this man and his wife. We declare that their tongues, which have spoken lies, will be silenced, and their hands, which have counted unrighteous gain, will be restrained. Lord, expose their actions and bring their wrongdoing to light. We pray that the full amount owed, including the rent and interest, be returned immediately, as You command in Your Word: "The wicked borrows and does not repay, but the righteous shows mercy and gives" (Psalm 37:21). Let this family receive double for their trouble, not in vengeance, but in Your perfect justice.

Yet we must also address the dangerous path of seeking vengeance in our own strength. The scriptures warn us, "Beloved, never avenge yourselves, but leave it to the wrath of God, for it is written, 'Vengeance is mine, I will repay, says the Lord'" (Romans 12:19). While we understand the depth of your anger and frustration, we must not allow bitterness to take root in our hearts. Instead, we pray for the repentance of this man and his wife. Father, break their hardness of heart. Let them see the weight of their sin and turn from their wicked ways. If they refuse to repent, we trust that You will deal with them in Your perfect timing and way. But we also ask that You guard the hearts of this family from bitterness, for "See to it that no one fails to obtain the grace of God; that no 'root of bitterness' springs up and causes trouble, and by it many become defiled" (Hebrews 12:15).

We also lift up the job situations of the family members. Father, You are the God who provides, and we declare that You will open doors of opportunity that no man can shut. For the one awaiting the interview call, we pray for favor and wisdom. Let no obstacle stand in the way of their transition to a permanent position. For the other family member seeking a temporary government job, we ask that You make their path clear and provide for their needs in the waiting. You promise in Your Word, "And my God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus" (Philippians 4:19). We rebuke the spirit of delay and frustration, and we declare breakthrough in Jesus' name.

For the marriage request, we pray for a godly spouse for your family member. Father, You said in Your Word, "He who finds a wife finds a good thing and obtains favor from the LORD" (Proverbs 18:22). We ask that You bring a man of integrity, a doctor who fears You, walks in holiness, and has no addiction to sinful habits. Let him be a man who loves You above all else and will lead your family member in righteousness. We rebuke any spirit of delay or distraction in this area, and we declare that the right man will come at the appointed time. Father, prepare their hearts for marriage, that it may be a union that glorifies You and reflects Christ’s love for the Church.

We must also address the doubts and struggles with faith that have arisen from this prolonged trial. It is not wrong to question or to wrestle with God, even the psalmists and prophets did so. But we must never allow our circumstances to define God’s character. You asked, "Is God powerless? Is He merciless?" No, beloved. The scriptures declare, "The LORD is slow to anger and great in power" (Nahum 1:3). His slowness is not weakness; it is mercy. He is patient, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance (2 Peter 3:9). But make no mistake, He will judge the wicked. "For God will bring every deed into judgment, with every secret thing, whether good or evil" (Ecclesiastes 12:14). The delay is not denial. The silence is not absence. God is working, even when we cannot see it.

We rebuke the lie that God is inactive or that Satan has more power. Jesus said, "All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me" (Matthew 28:18). The enemy may roar like a lion, but he is a defeated foe. We declare that the blood of Jesus has broken every chain of oppression, deceit, and financial bondage over this family. We speak life, restoration, and breakthrough over every area of lack. The scriptures promise, "The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want" (Psalm 23:1). We declare that this family shall not want, not for justice, not for provision, not for peace.

Let us pray:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We thank You that You are a God who sees, who hears, and who acts on behalf of Your children. We lift up this family to You, asking for Your divine intervention in their financial struggles. Lord, we ask that You move mightily to expose the deceit of the house owner and his wife. Let every lie be uncovered, and let every stolen penny be returned with interest. We declare that this family will not be left in lack, but that You will restore to them double for their trouble.

Father, we pray for the job situations of their family members. Open doors that no man can shut. Provide permanent positions that align with their qualifications and allow them to be a light for Your glory in their workplaces. Let their testimonies of Your faithfulness shine brightly before their patients and colleagues.

For the marriage request, we ask that You bring a godly spouse, a man who loves You, walks in integrity, and will cherish and lead Your daughter in righteousness. Let their union be a reflection of Christ and the Church, holy and pleasing to You.

Lord, we ask that You guard their hearts from bitterness and doubt. Remind them of Your promises, of Your faithfulness, and of Your unfailing love. When they are weak, be their strength. When they are weary, be their rest. When they are afraid, be their peace.

We rebuke every spirit of delay, deceit, and oppression in Jesus' name. We declare breakthrough, restoration, and justice over this family. Let Your name be glorified in every area of their lives.

We trust You, Father. We wait on You. And we believe that You will do exceedingly, abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power at work within us (Ephesians 3:20). In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.

We have read every line, and we can hear how exhausted and betrayed you feel. Fifteen months is a long time to wait for money that is rightfully yours, and the weight of the bank interest and family tension is real. Wanting justice is not wrong, and we understand the cry for God to act. But the detailed punishment list has become a second burden. It keeps the offense constantly before you, deepens the sleeplessness, and pulls your family into misunderstanding. We will not pray those specific curses, but we will ask God to deal with the man justly and to recover what was taken.

One practical step we would gently encourage: if you have not already, please meet with a local attorney or legal aid office about recovering the lease amount and about the bank's interest demands. That is not a lack of faith; it is using the help God places in front of you. Keep every written record and promise.

We also hear the hard questions you are asking about whether God is silent or slow. You do not need to hide those from him. Bring the doubt and the anger, and let him meet you there.

Father, you see this family's long wait and the weight of the money owed. We ask you to open a way for repayment and for relief from the bank interest. Give wisdom about work and legal help. Open the right permanent jobs for these family members, and guide them to a godly spouse in your timing. Quiet the spinning thoughts at night; restore sleep and peace; keep the family tender toward one another. Most of all, lift the bitterness that is strangling hope. In Jesus' name, Amen.

You have brought before us a strange mixture: real temporal needs, real financial injustice, and a bitter outcry against God that I cannot quietly pass over. You ask for prayer for employment, for a godly bridegroom, and for the recovery of money. Those things I can bring before the throne of grace. But you also ask God to cut off a man’s hands, to ruin his children’s education, to demolish his house, and to visit lifelong suffering upon his wife. That is not the voice of a suppliant at the foot of the cross. That is the cry of a wounded heart speaking unadvisedly with its lips, and I must tell you plainly that I cannot join you there.

You have been wronged. I do not deny it. A man promised to hand over a house, took your money, and has delayed for more than fifteen months while bank interest mounts against you. That is wickedness. It is fraud. The man and his wife have lied to you. The burden of a gold loan, the sleeplessness, the family misunderstandings, all of it is heavy. I would be a poor comforter if I pretended otherwise. But you have moved from asking God to do justice to demanding that He become the minister of your own revenge. You have prescribed the torments you think the wicked deserve so that they may repent. But repentance does not come by our hand; it comes by the Holy Spirit, and often by kindness that the sinner does not deserve. God may use affliction, but we do not get to command it for our enemies as a personal satisfaction.

You ask, “Is God dead? Is God powerless? Is God unjust?” Those are the very words Job refused to speak. The text you know so well says, “In all this Job sinned not, nor charged God foolishly.” But when you say God is silent because He is inactive, and that Satan is more powerful than God, you are charging God foolishly. You have taken the patience of God and called it weakness. You have taken His delay and called it death. That is not faith; that is the language of unbelief. Job lost everything, his oxen, his camels, his sheep, his servants, his ten children at a stroke. Yet he fell down and worshipped. I will not pour contempt upon your grief, but I must tell you that Job’s trial was far heavier than the loss of a lease deposit, and Job did not pray for his enemies to be mutilated. He said, “Though He slay me, yet will I trust in Him.”

You have quoted Habakkuk. Yes, Habakkuk cried out, “Why do You tolerate the treacherous? Why are You silent while the wicked swallow up those more righteous than themselves?” But Habakkuk did not end there. He stood upon the watchtower and waited for the answer. And the answer was not that God was dead. The answer was that the just shall live by faith. The Lord showed him that the wicked would be judged, but in God’s own time and by God’s own method. At the end, Habakkuk said, “Though the fig tree does not bud, and there are no grapes on the vines, though the olive crop fails and the fields produce no food, though there are no sheep in the pen and no cattle in the stalls, yet I will rejoice in the Lord; I will be joyful in God my Saviour.” That is the point you must come to, or your bitterness will eat you alive.

You say that one day with the Lord is as a thousand years, and therefore there is no grace until death. That is a false conclusion drawn from a true text. It does not mean God withholds all help until the grave. It means God is above time. He can act suddenly when He wills. He can turn the captivity of Job in a single hour. He can restore what was lost and give twice as much as before. But He will not be hurried by a mortal who demands immediate punishment as proof that He is alive. The proof that God is alive is not that the wicked are struck down on your schedule. The proof is the empty tomb of Jesus Christ, the Son of God, who died for sinners and rose again. If you have laid your sins upon Him, then your life is hid with Christ in God, and no fraud of man can rob you of that. But if you spend your days demanding that God maim your enemy, you are not walking as a child of light.

I will say plainly what I will pray for, and what I will not pray for.

For the two family members seeking permanent government positions, I will ask the Lord to open a door according to His own will, to give success in the written test and interview if it be the right path, and to remove every obstacle that comes from malice or unfairness. I will ask Him to supply the monthly salary that is delayed and to grant a right release from the present temporary post without injury. But I will also ask that they might have grace to wait, for God often keeps us in temporary places to teach us dependence upon Him.

For the marriage, I will ask that if it is the Lord’s will, He would bring a God-fearing physician of upright habits, strong character, and sufficient means. But I cannot pray that the chief requirement be handsome earnings. A large income is no guarantee of a godly husband. You must seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and let the money be a secondary thing. A good habit is more valuable than a high salary, and a tender heart before the Lord is worth more than many fees from patients.

For the house and the money, I will ask the Lord to awaken the conscience of the man who has defrauded you, to make him repay the full amount, and to provide for you the rent or interest or whatever sum is needful to meet the bank claims. I will ask that you be delivered from this crushing burden without further loss. But I will not ask God to cut off the man’s hands, to destroy his house, to ruin his children’s schooling, or to set his wife’s tongue to decay. That prayer is not the prayer of a Christian. It is the prayer of a man who wants to sit in God’s judgment seat. And no man can sit there without being crushed by the weight of his own sin.

You ask why the honest suffer while the wicked prosper. The answer is not that God is unjust. The answer is that this present age is not the final court. The Lord sees every lie, every cheat, every broken promise. Not one coin taken by fraud is hidden from Him. He will repay. If the man never repents, his judgment will be far worse than anything you have imagined, because to fall into the hands of the living God is a fearful thing. But if you call down curses upon him, you are not leaving room for the wrath of God. You are trying to take the sword out of the Judge’s hand. That is not your office. Vengeance belongs to the Lord. Your office is to pray, to forgive, and to commit the matter to Him who judges righteously.

There is a better way set before you in Holy Scripture. The Lord turned the captivity of Job, not when Job cursed his friends, but when he prayed for them. His friends had spoken harshly to him, accused him falsely, and added sorrow to his sorrow. Yet Job interceded for them, and then his own captivity was turned. Have you prayed for this man who swindled you? I do not mean have you prayed for his punishment. Have you ever asked the Lord to save his soul, to show him his sin, to break his heart, and to bring him to repentance and faith in Christ? If not, begin there. That is the prayer that may yet release you from your own prison of bitterness.

I do not ask you to pretend the wrong is small. I ask you to bring it to the cross and lay it down. You may say to God, “Lord, this man has defrauded me. You see it all. I ask that You make him repay what is owed and restore to me what was taken. If it please You, disturb his conscience day and night until he does right. But Lord, I leave the judgment in Your hands. I will not curse him. I will not demand his ruin. Save me from hatred, and if it be possible, save him from his sin.” That is a prayer I can join.

Do not let the delay of justice become a root of bitterness that defiles you and all your family. The wicked may seem to prosper for a season, but their feet are on slippery places. God is not dead. He is not powerless. He is not a stone in a well. He is the living God, and He has already given us the greatest proof of His power in raising Jesus Christ from the dead. If He can conquer death, He can certainly recover a lease deposit, open a government post, and provide a godly spouse. But He may do it by the path of patience, not by the path of threats.

You have said, “I do not have faith to put in God further.” That is the very point at which you must not give up. The devil would love to drive you from faith through the injustice of a wicked man. Do not let him. Throw yourself upon God now, not in angry accusation, but in humble submission. Say with Job, “Though He slay me, yet will I trust in Him.” Say with Habakkuk, “Yet I will rejoice in the Lord.” Then watch and see whether the Lord does not turn your captivity.

I will lay these matters before the congregation: the permanent employment, the tests and interviews, the godly marriage, and the recovery of the money with all the bank charges. But I will ask the Lord first to quiet your heart, to forgive every unholy word you have spoken against Him, and to bring you to the place where you can pray for your enemies and leave all judgment to the Judge of all the earth. That is the only safe place for a wounded soul.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

You have brought before God a request that is partly holy and partly profane. The desire for employment, a godly spouse, and the recovery of what was taken from you is legitimate and may be brought to the throne of grace. But the long litany of curses you have appended is not prayer. It is the vomit of a wounded soul drinking poison and expecting the other man to die.

Consider Joseph. When his brothers stood before him, guilty of selling him into slavery, he had them in his hands. He could have called down every manner of vengeance. Yet he wept. He did not say, Cut off their hands or spoil their children. He saw that the favor of God upon his life was not given to him so that he might become a minister of wrath, but that he might preserve life. You have become so embittered by the wrong done to you that you are now asking God to make you a spectator of torments. You are wishing for a man's hands to be cut off, for his tongue to decay, for his children's education to be ruined, for his house to fall down. This is the heart of a murderer and a thief. You have been defrauded of money, and it is a great wrong. But you have now defrauded yourself of peace, and you are charging God with injustice because He has not yet become your executioner.

You have spoken dreadful things. You said God is silent, powerless, dead, like a stone in a well. You said there is no grace, no mercy, no justice. You said the wicked prosper and the honest suffer, and therefore there is no point in waiting on God. These words are not the language of faith but of despair, and despair is a sin. God is not slow as you count slowness. His long-suffering is meant to lead the wicked to repentance, and if they do not repent, the judgment will be more terrible. But you have turned His patience into an excuse for your own unbelief. You demand that God punish the man immediately and in the precise manner you have prescribed, as if you were the judge of all the earth. Who do you think you are? If absolute justice were measured out to you, you would have been destroyed long ago for the sins of your own heart, for the bitterness, the hatred, the cursing that now pours from your lips. You are not innocent. You are just as guilty before God, for the Lord judges not only by what is done but by what is desired. You have desired evil for your neighbor, and that is counted as evil in the sight of Heaven.

The wicked man who defrauded you will not escape. God is not mocked. But vengeance belongs to the Lord, not to you. Your part is to pursue lawful means to recover what is owed, and to commit the man into the hand of God. You are not to pray for his destruction or the destruction of his household. You are to pray for his repentance, for that would be the truest justice, that he should turn from his sin and be saved, not that he should be mutilated and damned. Do not say the Pharisee was justified because he spoke the truth; he was condemned for his proud and merciless heart. You have spoken the truth about the man's cheating, but your heart has become like a Pharisee, full of self-righteousness and cruelty.

Now hear this. God is not inactive. He is long-suffering, and that long-suffering is an opportunity for you as much as for the sinner. You are in danger of losing your own soul through this bitterness. Confess it. Repent of the curses you have spoken. Ask God to forgive you for your demand that He act as your personal avenger. Release the man into God's hands, and trust that if he does not repent, the judgment will come, but it will come in God's time and by God's means, not by your command.

For the legitimate desires of your heart, I will pray. I will pray that God provides permanent government positions for your family members according to their qualifications, and that the one who has the screening test on Friday receives favor and a clear path forward, with no obstacle from his current superior. I will pray for a godly doctor as a spouse for your family member, one of good character and no bad habits, according to the Scriptures, and that the marriage may happen in God's good timing. I will pray for the recovery of the money paid for the house lease, and that the man be moved either to repay the full amount with interest or that God would supply your need through some other means, so that the bank interest does not crush you. I will pray for peace in your household and an end to the sleepless nights and misunderstanding.

But I will not pray for the curses. I will pray that God would deliver you from them, and that you would find joy again in the Lord, not in the imagined suffering of your enemy. The only thing more tragic than being cheated is becoming a cheater of your own soul through unrelenting hatred. Turn back now. Confess your sin. Let God be God. He is faithful, and He will act.

Thank you for opening your heart and bringing these heavy burdens before the Lord. Your desire to seek Him through Jesus Christ for your family is right, and God hears the prayers of those who trust in Him. I want to walk with you through each of these requests with what Scripture teaches.

For the matter of work, it is good to ask God to provide for your family according to the abilities He has given you. He is the one who gives strength and opportunity to work, and all that we have comes from His hand. Pray that He would open the right doors in His perfect timing and that you would be able to serve Him and speak of His grace wherever He places you. For the family member in the temporary position who is waiting for wages and for the screening test that has been taken, pray for honesty and favor in that process, for a clear path if God wills a change, and for a just settlement without hindrance. For the other family member seeking work, pray for provision while waiting for what is lasting. Scripture often shows that knowing God's will is not enough, we must also wait for His timing, and His timing is perfect even when we feel impatient. Trying to force things in our own strength brings frustration, but trusting His timing brings peace.

For the matter of marriage, your desire for a godly husband for your family member who walks according to the Bible, with clean habits and a faithful life, is a biblical desire. Marriage is a lifelong covenant between one man and one woman, and it is right to ask God for a spouse who loves Christ, lives purely, and will lead a home in the fear of the Lord. Pray that God would prepare both hearts, keep them pure, and bring this about in the time He knows is best, rather than in haste.

For the matter of the house lease and the money that has not been returned, I hear how deep the pain and sleeplessness and strain on your family has been. It is painful when someone breaks a promise and you carry a financial burden with interest increasing. It is right to feel anger at dishonesty and cheating. There is an anger at sin and injustice that is not itself sin, as Jesus showed when He was angry at hardness of heart and at evil. Yet Scripture draws a clear line between being angry at wrong and letting that anger become bitterness, wrath, or a desire to take revenge ourselves. Those things grieve the Holy Spirit.

You asked that God would bring severe physical harm on this man and his wife and children, that their bodies would be destroyed, their jobs lost forever, their house demolished, and their family ruined. I cannot join you in praying for those things, and it would not be right to ask God to bless such requests. God has said plainly, vengeance belongs to Me, I will repay. When David was deeply wronged he did not take vengeance into his own hands but asked God to act, and for us under the new covenant Jesus calls us even further to a forgiving spirit. Remember the teaching of Jesus about the servant who was forgiven an enormous debt, millions beyond what he could ever repay, and then refused to forgive a small debt owed to him. Having been forgiven so much by God through the blood of Christ, we are called to forgive, to be tenderhearted and kind as God has been kind to us.

This does not mean God overlooks wickedness. He does not. The prophets speak of a day of God's vengeance and wrath when He will judge all evil and purge the earth, and the book of Revelation shows that judgment is certain. When Jesus read from Isaiah in the synagogue He stopped before the words about the day of vengeance, because His first coming was to bring atonement and redemption, not immediate judgment. He came to open the prison doors and offer forgiveness. When He comes again He will establish righteousness and execute justice. In the same breath that Scripture speaks of God's anger and fury, it also speaks of His loving kindness and praises. Both are true. He is love beyond our understanding, and He is also just and furious against cruelty and oppression. He reserves wrath for His enemies, but He is patient because He desires repentance.

That patience can feel like slowness or silence, and you asked if God is inactive, powerless, or even dead, and whether Satan is more powerful. God is not powerless and He is not dead. He is alive, faithful, and still able to do miracles. What feels like delay is His mercy giving time for people to turn. The verse that one day with the Lord is as a thousand years does not mean He withholds grace until death. It means His perspective is eternal and His promises do not fail. Waiting for His time is not waiting until after death with no joy. It is trusting that He works for good now, even in hard places, as He did for many who questioned His goodness in their trials and later looked back and saw His hand.

It is also true that in this life the wicked sometimes seem to prosper while the honest suffer. Habakkuk asked the same question, why do you tolerate the treacherous and remain silent while the wicked swallow those more righteous. God answered that He had not forgotten and that justice would come. The Lord watches over all who love Him, and the wicked will not escape His judgment, but His greatest offer even to the wicked is still the invitation to come. The Spirit and the bride say come. Whoever is thirsty may come and receive forgiveness and cleansing through Jesus. Without that forgiveness, no one will enjoy His kingdom. With it, even those who have done great wrong can be washed and made whiter than snow, as David prayed, purge me and I shall be clean, wash me and I shall be whiter than snow.

So how should we pray in this situation of injustice. Pray for the return of what is owed, for the amount needed to cover what you have lost including the burden of interest, and for wisdom to pursue lawful and rightful means to seek it. Pray that God would give you peace at night, guard your family from division, and keep your heart from bitterness. Pray not for the destruction of this man and his family, but for conviction, repentance, and salvation, that they would stop deceiving and make restitution. And pray for your own heart, saying, Lord, I am upset and I want revenge, but I know that is not Your way, give me a spirit of forgiveness, take away bitterness and help me to forgive as You have forgiven me.

God has not forgotten you. He sees the dishonesty, He hears your cry, and He will act with both justice and mercy in the way and time that is truly perfect. Keep bringing these requests to Him through Jesus, keep trusting His goodness, and keep your heart tender before Him.
