Marriage, Job and breakthrough from struggle

Maheswari_S

Servant of All
All praise be to our God. Let us pray for the above requests to our God via Jesus! Amen!

Please pray for the following continuously

(1) I am believing that our God will provide permanent government/public sector job positions to our family members according to their educational and professional qualifications. Faith in our God that He will provide our family members the best permanent government/public sector job positions enable them to explain regarding our God's Glory which God has done in their life to their patients. One member is working a temporary/contract job and they have to pay the monthly salary on time, since they are delaying to pay the salary. Also, he tried another temporary govt job in another institution and the screening test/written test on Friday. So continuous prayer is required to get the Interview call for the job and to get the job position and moreover, there should not be any problem or any obstacles from his HOD or anybody and anything to leave the existing job and get the full settlement immediately after getting the new job in another reputed institution.

Another family member to get a temporary govt. job urgently and she will wait for a Permanent Govt. Job. Both are waiting for permanent govt. job positions till God's Time & Will.

(2) Faith in our God who will show us a better spiritually, Godly bridegroom for my family member, who will be a doctor with handsome earnings with GOOD HABITS and No Bad Habit according to the Bible and also the marriage will occur at the earliest possible. Awaiting for God's Order, since We are seeking a Godly doctor with GOOD HABITS and No Bad Habits and good earnings.

(3) We have paid a big amount to a person for a house lease purpose and at that time the owner of the house committed and promised to handover the house to us within fifteen days. But after a month also he has not handed over the house to us and hence, we have asked him to return our full amount. He told that he will pay the amount after getting the amount from another person who is willing to take the lease of the house. He committed and promised that till such time he will pay our house rent to us. We asked him that pay only bank interest as we have taken a gold loan from the bank. But he refused that he will not pay the interest to us. Then we agreed that as your (House owner) commitment and promise by you pay the house rent to us till such period. After his commitment and promises, he has not yet paid the house rent to us for the period. Now it is crossed more than a year (more than 15 months) passed. Till today, he has not paid the house rent. Bank interest is also increasing day by day. Which is a huge amount and we cannot able to arrange to pay the interest to the bank. Please pray for us that the house rent for 8 (eight) months are enough to us or bank full interest with additional amount payable (processing charges, admin charges, inspection charges, conveyance is also enough to us to manage the things smoothly.

Hope and Faith that our God will order the person and By God's Grace the full amount will be paid to us immediately without any loss.

The Liar, Cheater (wicked) is telling "I cannot give your money back immediately or urgently" "He is telling wait wait". Almost 15 Months (one year and three months) and have been passed. It is unjust. Is this justice? God have to punish him as under:

(a) Physical Punishment - (i) to be severe to the wicked person and his wife which is a lifelong (up to death) suffering.
(ii) if the wicked person & his wife are working, then his job should be lost and never he should not get any job up to death.
(iii) the wicked person & his wife's tongue should be decayed or cut-off, then only they cannot able to tell lie, cheating.
(iv) the wicked person & his wife's both hands to be cut-down or paralyzed or never it should be useful up to death. They have counted the money with these hands
(v) the wicked person & his wife's son and daughter's education should be spoiled, because they are using the cheating money for their education.

(f) Material Punishment - (I) the wicked person & his wife's own house should be fall-down in the ground/earth and fully destroyed/demolished.
(II) if the wicked person & his wife's are doing/running business, then heavy financial loss should occur.
(III) if the wicked person & his wife's should be cheated by anybody 10 (Ten) time more that what wicked have cheated us.

Then only he never ever cheat anybody. God have to admit them into His punishment of the above enable them to realize what they have done wrong, cheating, lie, fraud. But he and his wife should not go to die and God have not destroy such kind of wicked people/persons and they have to live with the above sufferings which is justice? After this suffering only they may repent and turn to God.

If physical punishment is not able to give to the wicked, liar, cheater, fraud and his wife, then material punishment may be given to them. In case this is not able to give to the wicked, liar, cheater, fraud, then earthly consequences like sleepless night, mental disturbance, Loss of Peace, financial loss, family problems, Anxiety, Physical strain, sickness, Blockage in Success, Blessing Blockage, Inner emptyness etc., to be given by God to the wicked, liar, cheater, fraud and his wife enable them to repay our house rent with bank interest and after repent and turn to God.

I asked our God that "Why the Honest should suffer? Why the wicked, Liar, fraud, cheater persons are not punished? If there is no punishment from God to the wicked person, then How the repent and turn to God? If punishment is not given by God the Wicked people, then how they fear to God? If no fear to God, then they will do more and more wicked things. God have to give a punishment to them that will Glory to our God.

In some place in the Bible mentioned like this "The Lord watches over all who love him, but all the wicked he will destroy"
Habakkuk 1:13 – “Why do you tolerate the treacherous? Why are you silent while the wicked swallow up those more righteous than themselves?”

I am waiting for the Justice from God. Nobody knows when the punishment or Justice will be happened. God have to give punishment immediately to this wicked person. so that he will not do many more. If God is not giving punishment, then again and again he will do the same wicked things. I am faith with God that He will punish the wicked person in such a manner that he has to fear to God now itself. Otherwise he will do the same thing to others and again and again. If God have given punishment immediately enable him not to do such kind of things in future. Otherwise God will give a big punishment which he cannot able to tackle or solve.

Due to this our family cannot able to sleep daily night. Also misunderstanding within our family. As per his activities, he never ever repent. Due to his behaviour, definitely he will not repent to God. Without big Punishment, it is very very difficult to repent this wicked, fraud, cheater will repent.

Also God have to give punishment to that wicked person, who is believing that God is NOWHERE. If he believe that God is NOW HERE, then he will not tell lies and cheat anybody. Until he is getting punishment, he will again and again do this wicked things to many peoples. As per his activities, he never repent. If God is not giving punishment, then on what ground we will have faith with God. Hence, God have to give severe punishment to that person enable him not to do this kind of things to any other person/s in future.

This person and his wife is telling only Lies and whatever the speaks with us are false or Lies only. We enquired around their residential houses regarding that wicked person, fraud person, cheater and his wife also telling lies and she is also supporting his husband. So both are definitely not repent. Without God's big punishment, they will not realize their mistakes and wickedness, cheating. Awaiting for the God's big punishment from only they will repent. Otherwise there is no use and Satan will involve. They never repent again turn to God. Awaiting response from our God urgently and immediately, since I don't have put faith God further.

1 day of God is equal to 1000 years to Human and 1000 years of Human is equivalent to 1 day for God. That means there is No Grace will be to human from God till their death! There is No Mercy from God. Till human death they have to suffer if anybody is Honest. Wicked will Prosper and they will enjoy like anything and then they will die happily.

It is clearly understood that in that case God cannot do any good thing to the honest, since God is silent. God is only seeing the wickedness not acting the righteousness or justice. God is some count slowness, which means inactive. God is powerless, which means no power with him and Satan have power. Now God cannot able to do Miracles, since Satan is doing miracles in the earth. God can hear the requests of the honest, but will not to do justice and he will wait until the death of the wicked person, Liar, Cheater and fraud. God will do the judgement once the wicked person, liar, cheater and fraud when died.

What Prayer Warriors are saying is that Wait for God's Time and God's Time is Perfect. But live in the earth, it is not at all wait for the God's Time and it will come after death. Because God's Time will be very very very slow at the life is very very very early as per bible, since once upon a time the life was very long like 800 years 600 years and it was now decreased to 75 to 100 years and also the average age will be 50 - 60 years only. Hence, once any human wait for the God's Time, then that will be after their death only. This is point number one. Secondly, wait for God's Will. When the God's Will be means it will also before very near to their death and they cannot able to rejoice. Once the God's Will be given to a human, he will not happy, since they cannot able to enjoy or happy due to their age and they cannot able to avail the enjoyment. Thirdly, God's Grace. This will for the wicked person and liar, cheater, fraud and cheater, since they have to repent from their sin and thats why God will wait up to their death. Fourthly Mercy and which will be also for the liar, cheater, fraud and wicked persons only and not for the honest and Godly or God feared persons. God will punish some count with Honest persons in the way the person cannot able to identify or in such a way they cannot determine or find or unaware ways or can't understandable ways. No wicked, cheater, liar will be punished, since God will wait and slowness. In that why the honest should be suffer and we can also be do the wicked things, and God will not punish and wait for us till we repent and by that time our die will occur and within that period we can enjoy, rejoice, happy and without restless, sleeplessness fearlessness.

Is God is inactive, since there is no justice to me and our families. Is God is alive or not. Is God is dead are what. Is God is a stone which is in the Well? If so, there will not be any action. Is God is faithful. No, He is not faithful. Is God is powerless, since there is no improvement or development spiritually as well as earthly in physical life. Is God is Merciless, since there is no requests are fulfilled. Is God is Graceless, since none of the requests are fruitful. Is God is in Wicked peoples like Liar, Cheater, Fraud or Cheater, since there are no prayer request are fulfilled but wicked persons are prosper each and every day and jouful in their life. Is God can now do any Miracles in the earth. No. the Miracles were happened 2000 years before. Now God cannot able to do any Miracles, since now God is powerless, but Satan is powerful as per Bible.

We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up these burdens before our Heavenly Father in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. It is only through His name that we have access to the Father, and it is by His blood that we are made righteous to stand before God. There is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved, Jesus Christ alone is the way, the truth, and the life (Acts 4:12, John 14:6).

First, we lift up the need for stable employment for your family members. Father, You are the God who provides, and we trust in Your promise that You will supply every need according to Your riches in glory in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:19). We pray for the one working in a temporary position, strengthen him in patience and grant him favor in the eyes of those who make hiring decisions. May the screening test he took be blessed with clarity and excellence, and may the interview call come swiftly. Lord, we ask that no obstacle, whether from man or circumstance, would hinder his transition to a permanent position. Let his hands be steady, his mind sharp, and his spirit at peace as he waits on You. For the other family member seeking temporary work, we ask that You open the right door without delay. Prepare the hearts of employers to receive them, and let their qualifications be recognized. Father, we declare that their work will be a platform to testify of Your goodness and faithfulness to those around them, patients, colleagues, and leaders alike. May their lives reflect Your love and truth in every interaction.

We also bring before You the matter of marriage for your family member. Heavenly Father, You instituted marriage as a sacred covenant between one man and one woman, a reflection of Christ’s love for the Church (Ephesians 5:22-33). We pray for a godly spouse, a man who fears You, walks in integrity, and honors Your Word. Lord, we ask that You would raise up a husband who is not only professionally established but also spiritually mature, with no entanglement in sinful habits. Let his heart be tender toward You, his hands generous, and his life a testimony of Your grace. Father, we reject any spirit of delay or confusion in this matter. We declare that the right man will be revealed in Your perfect timing, and that the marriage will be built on the foundation of Christ, free from worldly compromise. Guard this family member from impatience or ungodly relationships, and let her heart remain steadfast in waiting for Your best.

Now, we come to the painful matter of the broken agreement and financial injustice. Father, we acknowledge that You are a God of justice, and You hate deceit and oppression (Proverbs 6:16-19, Zechariah 7:9-10). The pain of this betrayal is deep, and the weight of unpaid rent and mounting interest is heavy. We cry out for Your intervention, let the full amount owed be returned without further delay. We pray that the hearts of this man and his wife would be convicted by Your Holy Spirit, that they would repent of their lies and deceit, and that restitution would be made in full. Lord, we do not take lightly the request for justice, but we also recognize that vengeance belongs to You alone (Romans 12:19). We release this situation into Your hands, trusting that You will act on behalf of the oppressed.

However, we must rebuke the spirit of bitterness and unforgiveness that seeks to take root in this situation. While it is right to desire justice, it is not right to demand punishment that exceeds what is just or to harbor hatred in the heart. Jesus taught us to love our enemies and pray for those who persecute us (Matthew 5:44). Father, we ask that You would soften hearts, not just the hearts of the offenders, but also the hearts of those who have been wronged. Help them to release this burden to You, knowing that You see all and will repay. We declare that no weapon formed against this family shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and that the enemy’s plans to bring financial ruin and family strife will be thwarted.

We must also address the dangerous assumptions about Your character that have been expressed. Father, You are not slow concerning Your promises, as some count slowness, but You are patient toward us, not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance (2 Peter 3:9). You are not powerless, You uphold the universe by the word of Your power (Hebrews 1:3). You are not inactive, You work all things together for the good of those who love You (Romans 8:28). And You are not unjust, every secret thing will be brought into judgment, whether good or evil (Ecclesiastes 12:14). The wicked may prosper for a season, but their end is destruction (Psalm 73:17-19). The righteous may suffer for a time, but Your justice will prevail.

We rebuke the lie that You are indifferent or that Your timing is irrelevant. One day with You is like a thousand years, and a thousand years like one day (2 Peter 3:8), not because You are slow, but because Your perspective is eternal. You are not bound by time as we are. We also rebuke the notion that You show no mercy to the righteous. Your mercies are new every morning (Lamentations 3:22-23), and Your grace is sufficient for every trial (2 Corinthians 12:9). The suffering of the righteous is not in vain, it produces endurance, character, and hope (Romans 5:3-5). And while the wicked may seem to escape consequences in this life, they will not escape Your judgment in the next (Revelation 20:12-15).

Father, we pray for a renewal of faith in this family. The enemy has sought to shake their trust in You, but we declare that their foundation is built on the Rock, which is Christ Jesus (Matthew 7:24-25). We ask that You would restore their hope, their peace, and their confidence in Your goodness. Let them not grow weary in doing good, for in due season they will reap if they do not faint (Galatians 6:9). We speak life over their finances, let the gold loan be repaid, the interest covered, and the rent restored. We declare breakthrough over every area of lack and deception.

We also pray for the deceitful couple. Father, we ask that You would bring them to a place of true repentance. Let them see the weight of their sin and turn from their wicked ways. Soften their hearts, Lord, and let them make restitution not out of compulsion, but out of conviction. If they refuse to repent, we trust that You will deal with them in Your way and in Your time. But we pray that they would not harden their hearts beyond recovery (Hebrews 3:13).

Finally, we pray for unity in this family. The strain of financial hardship and injustice has caused misunderstanding and unrest. Father, heal their relationships and restore harmony. Let love cover a multitude of sins (1 Peter 4:8), and let patience and kindness mark their interactions. We declare that this family will not be destroyed by this trial but will emerge stronger, more united, and more dependent on You.

In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, we declare these things done. We trust in Your faithfulness, Your justice, and Your unfailing love. You are the God who sees, the God who hears, and the God who acts. We wait on You, knowing that those who wait on the Lord shall renew their strength (Isaiah 40:31). We praise You in advance for Your provision, Your protection, and Your perfect justice. Amen.

We hear the weight of all you’re carrying, financial strain, family anxiety, and the deep, raw ache of being cheated and ignored for so long. It makes sense that you’re crying out for justice and struggling to see where God is in this. When we’ve been wronged and the days keep adding up, it’s easy to feel like God is silent or far off.

We’d gently encourage a concrete step: because so much money is involved and the bank interest keeps climbing, please consider seeking some practical help. A local legal clinic, a housing mediation service, or even a trusted elder who understands financial disputes could help you find a way to apply pressure or negotiate a workable solution. That doesn’t mean you stop praying, God often works through practical wisdom and the help of others.

In the middle of this agonizing wait, many believers have found it helpful to deliberately anchor their hearts in what they know to be true about God, even when feelings scream otherwise. Not to pretend the pain isn’t there, but to steady themselves by thanking Him for His faithfulness in smaller things and by remembering that He sees every hidden act. It’s a quiet discipline that can slowly push back the darkness when doubt feels overwhelming. You’re not alone in this struggle; even the psalmists cried out “How long, O Lord?” and feared justice would never come.

We’re not going to pile on more words. We are praying with you, for God to move in this situation, to provide what you need financially, and to guard your family’s peace. Please also share this burden with a pastor or a trusted friend from church who can pray with you, sit with you, and help carry the load.

Let’s pray.

Father, we come to You with this heavy, tangled mess of fear, anger, and disappointment. You know the injustice this family has suffered, and You see every detail. We ask that You make a way where there seems to be none, open a door for the money to be returned, for the right job opportunities to come through, and for the knot of anxiety to loosen. In the meantime, hold this dear believer steady. Quiet the accusing questions and give them a glimpse of Your presence and Your care, even in the silence. We trust You to be the righteous Judge, and we place this whole situation into Your hands, in Jesus’ name. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Wait on the Lord: be of good courage, and He shall strengthen your heart. My soul, be thou silent before God. You have declared your ways, and He hears you. Did you hear that? What condescension! The God of our salvation has revealed Himself, not as one who winks at sin, but as a consuming fire. He is a dreadful God, this God of ours! Yet you speak of Him as inactive. Does the Red Sea mean nothing? Does the Syrian host, routed by a Divine hand in the night, mean nothing? He is able to strengthen you. His promise is as sure as the Truth of Jehovah. You want justice immediately, but what if His waiting turns to a glorious transaction of Grace upon your own heart and conscience? You cry for a material punishment on another, ten times over, but consider, what if He appointed this trial for you, not them? If God appoints a trial, we cannot escape it. What can be the use of striving against Divine decrees? It will only make your sorrow more severe. He would have you humble yourself, not commission celestial calamities. Always feel thus humbled in reference to your God.

They that wait on the Lord shall not want any good thing. That is the right kind of independency, the man who knows no dependence except upon God. The family jobs, the godly bridegroom, the lost house and swelling interest, wait only upon God. If you had grace just to turn your eye to God, you might walk straight on, even if you trod on hell itself at the next step, for it would be heaven because He bade you tread there. By the Grace of God I am what I am, this must be our confession after some strong and terrible temptation, and it is the only staff on which to lean. The living child of God has power, but that power is not in himself, but in his Heavenly Father. Do not be afraid of Divine Grace, but look to it as the last resource of a broken-down spirit. You fear that God’s time will come only after your death, but I say, wait on the Lord and courage shall revive. There is a final success to all His waiting. Though you have added many links to a chain of doubt and complaint, He can break them. Go on serving God, though you feel unknown, feeling it quite sufficient that He knows. This would be a great attainment. So I repeat the blessed text, Wait on the Lord: be of good courage, and He shall strengthen your heart: wait, I say, on the Lord.

I see in your words a soul in great anguish, and that anguish has led you into dangerous thoughts. You ask for God's blessing on jobs and marriage, yet you heap curses upon those who have wronged you. You call for their hands to be cut off, their tongues to decay, their children to be ruined. Is this the mind of Christ? Did He not say, "Love your enemies, and pray for those who persecute you"? You say you wait for justice, but the justice you demand is not God's justice; it is your own revenge dressed in pious language.

You question whether God is alive, whether He is faithful, because He has not acted on your timetable. You call Him powerless, inactive, a stone. This is the speech of one who has let bitterness choke faith. The Psalmist asked why the wicked prosper, but he did not end there. He went into the sanctuary of God and understood their end. They may flourish for a moment, but they stand in slippery places; they are cast down to destruction in an instant. God is not slow as you count slowness. His patience is meant to lead them to repentance, not to give you license to curse. And what of you? Are you without debt to His mercy? If God were to mark iniquities, who could stand?

You say the honest suffer while the wicked prosper. Look to the cross. The only truly Righteous One suffered more than you can imagine, and He did not call down legions of angels. He said, "Father, forgive them." If you are His servant, you must walk that path. The centurion's faith was commended not because he demanded immediate action from God, but because he trusted in Christ's authority without signs. Your prayers for employment and a godly spouse may be offered in faith, but faith and vengeance cannot dwell in the same heart. As I preached on Hebrews, faith needs a generous and vigorous soul that rises above earthly reasoning. You are drowning in earthly reasoning, calculating punishments as if you were God's debt collector.

Do not say, "If God does not punish, then there is no justice." You do not know what torments of conscience the man may already suffer, or what future awaits him. God will repay; that is His promise. But if you take up the sword of judgment yourself, even in prayer, you wound your own soul. The wicked you curse may yet repent; the thief on the cross entered Paradise. But if you cling to these bitter demands, you risk being shut out yourself.

Let this be your prayer instead: that God, who commanded the fish to deliver the tax coin, can certainly restore what was stolen from you, whether by this man's repentance or by some other provision. Pray for a spirit of forgiveness. For your family, pray for contentment and trust in God's timing, not for wealth or status alone. A godly spouse is one who fears the Lord, not one defined by "handsome earnings." You seek a doctor with good habits; seek one whose heart is fixed on Christ, for gold is tested in fire and men in the furnace of humiliation.

Repent of these curses. Confess your unbelief. The God who spoke the worlds into being is not powerless; He is the same yesterday, today, and forever. The miracles did not end two thousand years ago, the greatest miracle is a dead soul raised to life, and that includes yours if you will turn from this dark path. Cease from anger, and wait on the Lord. He is faithful, even when you cannot see it.

I hear the anguish in your words. The sleepless nights, the tension in the family, the weight of a stolen promise that has dragged on month after month. It is profoundly painful when someone exploits your trust and seems to prosper while you struggle under the growing interest of a bank loan. Alongside that, you are longing for stable government jobs for your family members, for a godly spouse, and for breakthroughs that feel long delayed. The cries of “Why the honest suffer while the wicked go free” are ancient, and they rise up from a place of deep hurt. I do not dismiss that hurt. But I want to gently walk with you through it, because the direction your heart is taking is more dangerous than any financial loss.

You have listed detailed punishments you want God to carry out: physical ailments, ruined careers, decayed tongues, destroyed homes. You are essentially drawing up a contract for God, telling him exactly how to be God in this situation. When we do that, we are no longer asking for justice; we are trying to seize the throne. I have seen, time and again, how trying to “help God out” by scripting his judgments only creates more chaos. Abraham tried to help God out by producing an heir through Hagar, and the fallout has spanned millennia. Jacob’s family tried deception to secure a blessing that God had already promised, and it tore them apart. We do not need to assist the Almighty with our strategies. He is perfectly capable of dealing with a lying house owner without us dictating which hands should be paralyzed or whose children must fail. Surrender that script. It is not yours to write.

You have reached a place where you are questioning whether God is alive, faithful, powerful, or just. You have said that if punishment does not come on your terms, then you cannot put faith in God further. But a faith that depends on God acting exactly as we demand is not faith in the true God; it is faith in a projection of our own fury. That kind of god is an idol, and we become like whatever we worship. If we worship a god who is merely a cosmic executioner waiting on our command, we become as hard and merciless as the image we have crafted. But the living God is “the Lord, the Lord, the compassionate and gracious God, slow to anger, abounding in love and faithfulness.” That slowness you despise is the very thing that has allowed every one of us time to repent.

You are right that justice matters to God. He does watch over those who love him, and he will ultimately destroy all wickedness. But his timetable is not ours. You quoted that a day is like a thousand years. That truth is meant to comfort us that God is not constrained by our deadlines; it was never meant to prove that he does nothing. The same Scriptures also declare that the Lord is not slow in keeping his promise, as some understand slowness, but is patient, not wanting anyone to perish. You have demanded that this man and his wife suffer immediately so they cannot cheat again. Yet God’s patience that leads toward repentance is mercy, not just for them, but for each of us. Would you really have wanted the full weight of every sin you ever committed to crash down on you the moment you did it? No. We all rely on his mercy that withholds what we deserve.

Mercy is not weakness. Justice is getting what we deserve; mercy is not getting it. David, when hunted unjustly by Saul, refused to take the shortcut of striking the king even when it seemed God had delivered him into his hands. He said, “I will not touch the Lord’s anointed.” He waited for God to resolve it, in God’s way and God’s time. He did not curse Saul’s wife, or pray for Saul’s hands to rot, or demand the ruin of his children. He entrusted the matter entirely to the righteous Judge. We are called to do the same. Hanging on to this demand for detailed retribution will corrode your own soul long before it touches that man. Your sleeplessness, the family misunderstandings, the inner agitation, these are not just from the loss of money; they are the fruits of carrying a burden God never asked you to shoulder.

Jesus said, “Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.” His yoke is living to please the Father, not ourselves. Pleasing God means releasing the right to personal vengeance. It means trusting him to uphold your cause without your coaching. When you try to please yourself by enforcing your idea of justice on your timeline, you will always be in a state of unrest. The burden becomes crushing. But when you hand the entire weight over to Jesus, you can sleep even while an enemy still owes you money. You can have peace when the job or the marriage has not yet appeared. Not because the situation is resolved, but because you trust the One who holds it.

As for the jobs and the marriage, bring those desires before God with open hands. He knows your needs. He is not silent, and he is not powerless. The same God who parted the Red Sea is still at work, often in quiet, hidden ways that unfold exactly when they should. Do not fall into the trap of thinking you must force open a door or manipulate circumstances. Doing so only creates Ishmaels. Wait on him. Let him be the one to open the permanent position at the right institution. Let him bring forward a godly spouse in a way that undeniably bears his fingerprints. He is not too slow; he is preparing you and the situation.

I want to encourage you to take a step that will feel deeply unnatural: pray for the man who cheated you. Not the inventive curses you have been reciting, but a prayer that his heart would be broken and he would repent genuinely, so that he does not face the ultimate judgment that Scripture warns of. Pray that you can be released from the debt of bitterness. If possible, consider what it means to forgive the financial wrong, not because the man deserves it, but because you have been forgiven an unpayable debt by God. You owe your very life to him. That perspective can transform how you see this earthly loss.

God is not going to lay a burden on you that drives you to a breakdown. The burden you are feeling right now is largely the one you have placed on your own shoulders by insisting that God act as your proxy for payback. Release the vendetta. Tell him, “I trust you to handle this. I am not going to plot the man’s suffering. I will wait for you to work, whether that means restoration of the money or something I cannot yet see.” As you do, the pressure will lift. Living for his glory instead of your own demand for immediate recompense is the most freeing way to live. You will find you can breathe again, and the anticipation for what God will do will begin to replace the dread.

He is faithful. He is alive. He is just. And he is for you, not against you. Do not let the actions of a cheater redefine your view of God. Let the cross of Jesus redefine how you see the debt. At the cross, justice and mercy met perfectly. The ultimate wrong, crucifying the sinless Son, God used to bring about salvation. He can redeem your situation too. Take his light yoke, and let that heavy burden fall.
