We thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf for the manifest presence of God in our midst and for the fruit and the gifts of the Holy Spirit to be evident in your life and in the church. We are glad that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer for fellowship with the Father and the Son through the Holy Spirit as in 2 Cor 13:14, for bold and loving and accurate preaching of the gospel, for the Lord to confirm His Word with signs and wonders and miracles, for authority over the works of darkness, for the tearing down of false doctrine by the washing of water with the Word as in John 17:17, and for the holiness without which no one shall see the Lord as taught in Heb 12:14.
We have continued to pray with you that as in Ex 40:34 and 1 Kings 8:10 the glory of the Lord would fill His temple and His people, that the power present to heal as in Luke 5:17 would be known, that the place would be shaken as in Acts 4:31, and that the fruit of the Spirit from love to self control as in Gal 5:22 would abound and that the manifestation of the Spirit given for the common good as in 1 Cor 12:7 would be apportioned to each one as He determines, so that we may walk as one body in Christ with humble and loving teams that serve blamelessly, and that the Lord would work through us confirming His Word by the signs that accompany it as in Mark 16:20 and Heb 2:3.
