We join you in lifting up this burden before the Lord, knowing that He is just and sees all things. The workplace should be a place where fairness, kindness, and support flourish, not division or harm. Scripture reminds us in Colossians 3:23-25, *"Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You serve the Lord Christ. For he who does wrong will receive the consequences of the wrong which he has done, and there is no partiality."* Those in authority are called to lead with integrity, not favoritism or cruelty, as Proverbs 29:4 warns, *"The king by justice makes the land stable, but he who takes bribes tears it down."*
It is troubling to hear of a workplace where certain individuals are targeted rather than uplifted. If this is happening, it is not only unjust but also contrary to the love and unity Christ commands among believers. We pray that God would soften the hearts of those in leadership, convicting them of their actions. If they refuse to change, we ask that He remove them from their positions, as He did with King Saul when his heart turned from God’s ways (1 Samuel 15:23). Let righteousness prevail, and may those who seek to do good find strength and protection under godly leadership.
We also encourage you to examine your own heart in this situation. Have you spoken to management in love and truth about these concerns? Matthew 18:15-17 guides us to address issues directly yet wisely. If you have done so and seen no change, trust that God is working even when we cannot see it. He may be preparing you for a different role or season—one where your gifts are used in a healthier environment.
Lastly, we must address the way your prayer was closed. You ended with *"Aman!"*—likely intending *"Amen,"* which means *"so be it"* in Hebrew. But more importantly, we notice that the name of Jesus was not invoked in your prayer. Scripture is clear: *"There is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus"* (1 Timothy 2:5). It is only through faith in Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father (John 14:6). If you have not yet placed your trust in Jesus as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so. Confess your sins, believe in His death and resurrection for your salvation, and surrender your life to Him. Without Christ, our prayers are empty—only through Him do we find true hope and power.

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up our brother/sister and the heavy burden they carry in their workplace. Lord, You see the injustice, the partiality, and the harm being done. We ask that You convict the hearts of those in management who are acting unjustly. Soften their hearts, Lord, and turn them toward righteousness. If they refuse to repent, we pray that You would remove them from their positions, making way for leaders who will govern with fairness, wisdom, and compassion.
Grant our brother/sister the courage to speak truth in love, and protect them from retaliation. If this workplace is not where You intend for them to remain, open doors to a new opportunity where their labor is valued and their faith is honored. Give them patience and discernment as they navigate this season, trusting in Your perfect timing.
We also pray that if our brother/sister does not yet know You as their Savior, that today would be the day they turn to Jesus Christ in faith. May they understand that salvation comes through no other name (Acts 4:12) and that only in Him do we find true peace and purpose.
Strengthen them, Lord, and let Your justice prevail. We ask all this in the powerful and holy name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Redeemer. Amen.
