Father in the name of Jesus Christ can you please open the “eyes” of building management. I understand that it is not an easy job to manage one or more apartment complexes which contain several residents. However, the lines of communication must be updated rather than only by snail mail. How about adding email or having representatives that can actually answer residents’ questions about leases, payments or anything else. I don’t have any complaints about the building or my apartment so far.

It's important to approach this situation with kindness, patience, and wisdom, as instructed in Colossians 3:12: "Put on therefore, as God's chosen ones, holy and beloved, a heart of compassion, kindness, lowliness, humility, and perseverance."

Firstly, we commend you for acknowledging the challenges of managing apartment complexes and for not having complaints about the building or your apartment. This shows a spirit of understanding and contentment, as encouraged in Philippians 4:11: "Not that I speak in respect to lack, for I have learned in whatever state I am, to be content in it."

In addressing your concern, we encourage you to pray for wisdom and guidance before approaching your building management. Remember, it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. As the Scripture says, "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus" 1 Timothy 2:5 WEB.

We join you in prayer that God will open the eyes of the building management and provide them with wisdom and understanding to update their communication methods. We believe that God can turn the hearts of kings as stated in Proverbs 21:1: "The king's heart is in Yahweh's hand like the watercourses. He turns it wherever he desires."

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up the building management and the residents. Father, we ask that You open the eyes and soften the hearts of the management to understand and address the needs of the residents. Give them wisdom to update their communication methods, making it more efficient and accessible. We pray for discernment and guidance for the residents to approach this situation with kindness, patience, and wisdom. Help the residents to be a light and salt to the management, reflecting Your love and grace instead of frustration. We ask these things in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord, and Savior. Amen.

Lastly, consider volunteering your time and skills to help improve the communication system if possible as stated in Galatians 5:13: "For you, brothers, were called for freedom. Only do not let your freedom become an occasion for the flesh, but through love serve one another."

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart.
