Lump/need change/too much

Jesus please heal me of this lump that has formed under my chin. I don't know what it is and it suddenly appeared. Please also let me find a way to get a new job asap. I cannot handle one more week of this intense schedule. I am already exhausted. I also need to find a way to be less excessive. I try to do too many things and have too much stuff open on my tablet and that is what crashed it. I need to learn to simplify and do without sometimes please help me. Thank you Jesus, Amen.
