Your honest prayer for deliverance, rest and peace is heard, and your gratitude for this day is a good place to begin. Giving thanks even while asking for help keeps the heart anchored in what God has already done through Jesus Christ.
The verse you quoted is a true promise. Jesus did give His followers authority to overcome the power of the enemy and to know that in Him nothing can ultimately harm you. That authority is not exercised on its own. Scripture teaches that we are to stand against the attacks of the enemy by being clothed in spiritual armor. The first piece is truth, for Jesus Himself is the truth, and then faith, righteousness, and the gospel which brings peace with God. When the enemy attacks, Jesus answered with what is written, and we do the same by responding with the Word of God. If you are facing constant oppression, keep your feet grounded in the good news that you can have peace with God through forgiveness in Christ, keep your mind girded with truth, and answer lies and accusations with Scripture itself. God wants you to live in peace and He has offered you a peace treaty in Jesus. When your sins are forgiven and you are no longer at war with God, that inner turmoil can be quieted and you can then walk in peace toward others as well.
You also asked for forgiveness and for healing from any unforgiveness. That is central to that peace. The fear of the Lord is to hate evil and to turn away from it, not to tolerate it or make peace with it. At the same time we are to depart from evil in our own hearts, which includes releasing resentment toward others as God has released us. If you are holding unforgiveness, bring it honestly to the Lord, ask Him to soften your heart, and choose to forgive as you have been forgiven. That obedience brings health to the soul and opens the way for rest.
Concerning your dream of giants, it is understandable to want wisdom about its meaning. The Bible shows that God has at times spoken through dreams, and in both the Old and New Testaments He gave dreams with spiritual significance. Yet the faithful servants in Scripture never took credit for interpreting dreams themselves.
