Beloved of All
“I have given you authority to trample on snakes and scorpions and to overcome all the power of the enemy; nothing will harm you.”
‭‭Luke‬ ‭10‬:‭19‬ ‭NIV‬‬

Prayer

Thank you Heavenly Father for this beautiful day. I pray for deliverance, peace, rest, forgiveness, and that you would rebuke this evil and remove it, in the name of Jesus Christ. Please grant me peace and freedom from constant attacks and suffering my Lord. Please stop what it is doing and the constant burning my Lord. Please Heavenly Father allow where it says in Luke 10:19 that I have authority over this evil and to make it leave. Please please Lord Jesus grant me this ability so this evil could please go.

Please also forgive me for my sins. Please also heal any unforgiveness I may have. I would be so grateful my Lord. In Jesus Christ precious name. Amen

We come before the throne of grace with you, standing on the powerful truth of God’s Word. You have rightly claimed the authority given to believers in Luke 10:19, where Jesus declares, "Behold, I have given you authority to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy. Nothing will in any way hurt you." This is not just a promise, it is a spiritual reality for those who walk in Christ. We take hold of this truth with you, declaring that the enemy has no right to oppress you, for you belong to the Lord, and He has already disarmed the powers of darkness through the cross (Colossians 2:15).

We rebuke every evil spirit that has sought to torment you, whether through physical affliction, mental anguish, or spiritual oppression. The burning, the attacks, the relentless suffering, these are not from God, for He gives His beloved rest (Matthew 11:28). We command these forces to leave in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, for He has given us authority to trample over them. The blood of Jesus has broken every chain, and we stand in agreement with you that this evil must go. As James 4:7 declares, "Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you." We resist with you now, declaring that the enemy’s power is crushed under the feet of Christ.

We also lift up your heart before the Father, asking for deep healing and forgiveness. You have humbly sought His mercy, and we know that if we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us and cleanse us from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9). We pray that any unforgiveness, whether toward others or yourself, would be uprooted by the love of Christ. Forgiveness is not a feeling; it is a choice to release others as Christ has released you (Ephesians 4:32). We ask the Holy Spirit to soften your heart and fill you with His peace, which surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7).

Father, we thank You for this precious child of Yours. We ask that You would surround them with Your presence, like a shield of favor and a wall of fire (Zechariah 2:5). Let them experience the rest that comes from trusting in You, the peace that comes from knowing You are in control, and the freedom that comes from walking in the authority of Jesus’ name. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17) and that the enemy’s plans are frustrated and brought to nothing.

We pray for complete deliverance, not just from the symptoms, but from the root of this oppression. May Your healing power flow through every part of their being, body, soul, and spirit. Let them walk in the fullness of the victory Christ has already won, knowing that greater is He who is in them than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4). We stand with them in faith, believing that this battle is already won, and we thank You, Lord, for the testimony that will come from this trial.

In the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.

We hear the weight behind your words, the exhaustion, the longing for peace, the relentless nature of what you're enduring. You’re not alone in this. We’re praying with you, and we believe God sees every moment of your struggle.

While we pray boldly for deliverance, it can be wise to also have a medical professional evaluate the physical burning sensation you mentioned. If there’s a bodily cause, proper care can be part of God’s provision for you, and it doesn’t mean the spiritual battle isn’t real. We can pursue help on both fronts without either undercutting the other.

On a practical level, please don’t fight this isolated. Reach out to a trusted pastor, elder, or mature believer who can come alongside you in prayer. Sometimes the enemy thrives in secrecy, but the presence of even one or two others who will stand with you in Jesus’ name can shift the atmosphere. Ask them to pray with you and for you regularly.

You also asked for healing of any unforgiveness. That is a tender place. One thing we’ve seen is that forgiveness often begins with a decision, a quiet, deliberate choice to release someone to God, even while the emotional healing is still in process. If a face or a memory surfaces, you can simply say, “Lord, I choose to let go. Heal my heart.” Emotional forgiveness often follows that act of the will, and you don’t have to force the feelings right away.

Remember that true peace is not the absence of every attack but the presence of Jesus with you in it. You have authority in His name, not because you feel strong, but because He is. Rest does not always mean all is silent; sometimes it means leaning back into the Shepherd’s faithfulness even while the storm rages.

We lift you now.

Jesus, we thank you for this one you love, who is desperate for your intervention. Quiet the torment. Break every scheme of the enemy. Grant rest for the body, peace for the mind, and a deep assurance that you have already given authority to overcome. Heal any place where bitterness has lodged, and pour out your mercy. In your mighty name, we pray. Amen.

I prayed for this in Jesus name. amen.

Your cry rises to the throne of the Most High, and the promise you plead from Luke 10:19 is no idle word, it is the very breath of the Spirit, given to cheer the heart of every battle-worn saint. But let us never forget that the authority to trample serpents is not a power residing in your own hand. It flows from the finished work of Him who bruised the serpent’s head. The ransom has been found, and it is Jesus Christ Himself, the gift of Divine Love. Deliverance from the power of darkness is as much the work of God as forgiveness of sin. You must look to your heavenly Father altogether and alone for sanctification and for riddance from every plague.

As for these constant burnings and assaults, let them drive you nearer to the Cross. The Lord does not willingly afflict, yet trouble does not spring from the dust; it is He who kindles the furnace and sits as a Refiner at the door. He has chastened you sorely, but He has not given you over to death. What seems a sentence of destruction is, in His hand, a sharp knife to separate you from sin. There are certain propensities to evil that can only be removed in the flame. Do not despise the very trial that humbles your pride and sets you panting after holiness. And when the enemy whispers that you are abandoned, answer him with this: “He has not given me over; He is thinking about me.”

You seek the ability to make this evil depart. But know this: sin shall not have dominion over you, for you are not under law but under grace. The true victory lies not in a sudden removal of every sting, but in being translated into the kingdom of God’s dear Son, where no scorpion can destroy your soul. You have been delivered from the guilt of sin; trust Him now for deliverance from its power. Wait upon the Word, for it is that which quickens the dead spirit. When the Word brought you out of spiritual death and made you alive, did it not prove itself a comfort? That same quickening is your solace now. Unless the Law of the Lord had been your delight, you would have perished in your affliction.

Cease striving as if salvation were to be found on the hills of your own efforts. Turn you, turn you from every evil way, and from every thought of vengeance or unbelief. Forgive, that you may be forgiven; the Lord is gracious, and He has no pleasure in your death. Remember past deliverances, at Jordan, at the brook Jabbok, the Lord met you when you thought only of bloodthirsty foes. He fell on your neck in mercy then, and He will do so again. Though you walk through the valley of deep darkness, your Shepherd has not abandoned His charge.

Go then, and live. Declare the works of the Lord now, even while the battle rages. For you shall not die, but live. The affliction is but for a moment, light compared to the eternal weight of glory being worked in you. Soon, you shall hear the voice from the excellent glory cry, “Deliver him from going down to the pit,” and Infinite Mercy shall snap every band. Until that day, rest in the Ransom already found, and let peace garrison your heart. Christ has overcome, and in Him, nothing shall by any means harm you.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Consider what you ask. You plead for deliverance from the evil that burns and attacks you, quoting the Lord’s promise of authority over serpents and scorpions. But do you understand what evil is? Not every affliction, not every bodily pain, is the wickedness of the enemy. The scourges that visit us, famines, pestilences, the anguish that wrings the soul, these are often the very tools of a good Physician. God Himself says, “I make peace, and create evils;” meaning not sin, but those calamities that train the heart and break the proud neck. When you pray for rest and peace, remember: the soul finds its true rest not when suffering ends, but when it returns to the Lord who has dealt bountifully with it, even in the midst of the fire.

You say this evil torments you, and you long to rebuke it away. Yet consider Job’s wife, stirred by the tempter: “Curse God and die.” When affliction shakes you, the devil seeks to use your own weakness to make you murmur and fall. That is the true serpent you must trample, not the pain itself, but the temptation to unbelief. You have authority over the enemy not by commanding every trial to vanish, but by standing firm in thanksgiving. Give thanks for the affliction as well as for comfort. Did not Paul pray three times for removal and hear, “My grace is sufficient for thee, for My strength is made perfect in weakness”? He learned to take pleasure in infirmities, for when he was weak, then he was strong.

You ask for forgiveness of sins. This is well, for unforgiveness is a poison sharper than any bodily burning. Examine your heart: is there anyone against whom you hold a grudge? Release it, and you will find the weight lifted. But do not imagine that once forgiven, ease will return. Remember David. In his prosperity he boasted, “I shall never be moved;” but in affliction he said, “If the Lord has no pleasure in me, lo, here am I, let Him do what is good in His sight.” Which state was more philosophic, more sober? Affliction cuts away the follies of ease; it makes the soul grave, watchful, clinging only to God. Do not run from this surgeon’s knife.

You cry out for the removal of this constant burning. I do not dismiss your suffering; God hears your groaning. But if He permits it to continue, it is because He is preparing for you a rest far greater than any earthly comfort. The God of love and peace will be with you when you are of one mind with His will, living in peace with Him even in sorrow. At the revelation of the Lord Jesus from heaven, you shall have rest with all the saints, a rest no serpent can disturb. Until then, let this affliction perfect you. Rejoice. Be comforted. Do not be drunk with grief, but sober in faith. The way of escape is not always the end of pain, but the strength to bear it with thanksgiving. In this, you trample the tempter underfoot and share in the victory of Christ.

Thank you for sharing your heart and this prayer. The words from Luke’s Gospel that you are holding onto are true and powerful. Jesus really has given you authority over all the power of the enemy. That is a settled fact, sealed by His victory on the cross.

Right now, the struggle you are describing and the pain of that constant burning are very real. The enemy operates through torment because he wants to pull your mind away from the one place where real peace is found. It is one thing to have peace with God through the forgiveness of your sins, and I want you to rest in that completely. The blood of Jesus Christ has already made that peace for you. When you ask for forgiveness and for healing from any unforgiveness in your heart, you are stepping onto that sure foundation where the war is over. God is not angry with you; His thoughts toward you are for peace and not for evil.

But the attack you are facing is trying to keep you from the deeper peace of God. That peace is not simply the absence of trouble; it is a perfect, guarding rest that remains even when the storm is still churning around you. The way into that rest is a total abandonment to Him, trusting that He is able to do what you cannot do for yourself. You cannot rest in your own efforts to fight this thing, but you can rest in faith. The promise is that God will keep him in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on Him. The enemy’s stinging torment is meant to fix your eyes on the pain and the fear. The response is not to war in your own strength, but to labor to enter into God’s rest by fixing your mind on Jesus Christ, the precious cornerstone.

The authority you have in Luke 10:19 is not a frantic shouting; it operates from a place of seated rest with Christ. The powers of darkness are real, but they are under the feet of Jesus, and you are in Him. When you feel that burning, turn your heart immediately to the finished work of the cross and say, “Lord, I can’t stop this, but You can. I rest the whole situation in Your hands.” That is not passivity; it is the highest form of faith. It is ceasing from your own desperate works and trusting that the blood of Jesus and the authority of His name are enough. The peace of the Holy Spirit will then settle in as you walk in that fellowship. The evil must bow, not to your panic, but to the name of Jesus Christ confessed in quiet, confident faith. Let that rest be your weapon, and watch God keep you.
