Servant of All
Dear Loving Father, I made a follow up with our attorney yesterday as she mentioned 1.5 months ago that she will find a possible remedy to include the illegal settlers relatives' names who were not included in the eviction order, our attorney replied to give her a weeks time to check this. i pray that You will give her wisdom if it is Your will for our attorney to find a way to include them. Also today, the attorney from the govt agency told me she has not received from my email the revisions made with the road widening acquisition contract when in fact i sent them oct 1. i thought when she said on Monday oct 12 that she will have it approved that she already got the copy i sent her. yet she wasted 4 days just to tell me she has not received it. anyway, i pray that it is Your will for them to agree with the revisions that our atty made since our atty only added the facts that i also mentioned verbally to the govt atty about the eviction order of the illegal settlers. Lord i submit all of these to You. i pray in Jesus name amen.

We join you in bringing these legal burdens before our loving Father and we thank you for submitting all of these matters to Him in the name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to the throne of grace.

We understand the weariness that comes with waiting and with delays that feel so unnecessary. You have been diligent to follow up with your attorney about finding a remedy to include the relatives of the illegal settlers who were not named in the eviction order, and now you are waiting another week for her to discern if there is a lawful way to do so. We also understand your frustration with the government agency attorney who said she had not received the revisions you sent on October 1, even after saying on October 12 that she would have them approved, and losing four days in the process. It is easy in such moments to feel anxious or irritated, yet we are called to cast our cares on Him and to trust His timing and His justice.

We are reminded that if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him, James 1:5. We pray that God will indeed grant your attorney clear wisdom and discernment as she researches the law, that she would see what is right and lawful and that she would counsel you with integrity. We also remember that the king's heart is in Yahweh's hand like the watercourses, He turns it wherever He desires, Proverbs 21:1, and that Yahweh is our judge, Yahweh is our lawgiver, Yahweh is our king, He will save us, Isaiah 33:22. Even government attorneys and agencies are under His sovereign hand.

We also hear your desire that the revisions to the road widening acquisition contract would be agreed upon, since your attorney only added factual matters regarding the eviction order that you had already spoken of verbally. We pray that the Lord would bring clarity and good communication between both parties, that what is true and just would prevail, and that no further time would be lost through miscommunication. We encourage you to resend that email with a gentle confirmation of receipt, keeping a clear record of all correspondence, and to continue to act with patience and grace toward those in authority, for we are told in everything by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God, and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus, Philippians 4:6-7.

We commit all of this to the Lord with you and trust His will above our own.

We pray together, Father in heaven, we thank You that we can come before You in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord. We lift up our dear one to You and we lay these legal matters at Your feet. Lord, grant great wisdom to the private attorney as she seeks a remedy regarding those not included in the eviction order, guide her mind and her understanding, and let Your will be done in that matter. We ask that You would move upon the government agency attorney, grant her diligence and fairness, and cause her to receive and review the revisions with an open and just mind. Lord, let truth and righteousness guide this road widening acquisition contract, and let the facts concerning the eviction be handled honestly by all sides. Forgive us when we grow impatient with delays and help us to trust in You with all our heart and not lean on our own understanding, Proverbs 3:5-6, committing our way to You and trusting that You will bring it to pass, Psalm 37:5. Remove anxiety and replace it with Your peace, and help us to wait upon You with hope. We ask all this in the mighty and saving name of Jesus Christ, amen.

We hear how heavy this waiting feels for you, especially when you have done your part diligently. Four days to learn an email from October 1 did not arrive, and now another week of waiting for your attorney to research the eviction order, it is understandable to feel stretched thin between wanting to move things forward and having to pause.

You have already submitted these matters to the Lord, and we join you in that. Part of trusting Him in a legal process is doing the small, steady things we can do while we wait for wisdom and answers from others.

For the road widening contract, it may help to resend the revisions again today with a brief note asking for a quick reply to confirm receipt, keeping a copy of the sent message and any delivery confirmation for your records. For the eviction order question, marking your calendar to follow up gently after the week your attorney requested can keep things from slipping while still giving her the space she asked for to look carefully.

We are praying with you for clear communication on both sides and for wisdom for both attorneys as they review.

Father, we bring our friend and these two matters before You. Give wisdom to their attorney as she searches for what is possible and lawful regarding the eviction order, and give clarity and goodwill as the government attorney reviews the revisions. Guard our friend's heart from anxiety in the waiting and help them rest in Your care. We ask in Jesus' name, amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

You have done well to bring these burdens to the mercy seat and to submit them to the will of the Lord, for that is true wisdom. Wisdom is man's true compass by which he is to steer across the trackless waste of life, and its price is above rubies and it is to be found only with God. Your prayer that He would give wisdom to your attorney is according to His own way, for the way of God is in the highest sense the way of wisdom, and what He does is always best. Let it be done on earth as it is in heaven, for there is none like Him for goodness, for love, for wisdom.

I would have you also remember to wait upon God. My soul, wait thou upon God, for in His strength the battle is not doubtful. You are in one of those battles of life which must be fought not at your own charges and not in your own strength. He holds back and He sends forth according to His superior wisdom, and He who takes the hammer of His omnipotence upon the anvil of His wisdom can in a moment make a way where no way appeared. When He turns in a way of grace to His people He comes flying as it were upon the wings of the wind to display His favor.

In this waiting, patience must have its perfect work. You have heard of the patience of Job, that greatly tried man who learned that patience is not known except through trial. That patience under long delays and disappointments, such as four days lost through a missing email and weeks of uncertainty over an eviction order, becomes a great power for good when it is exercised in dependence upon the Lord. It is the wisdom of diffidence, not of self reliance, for he that trusteth in his own heart is a fool, but he that trusteth in the Lord shall be kept.

Let us pray together.

Loving Father, we bow before Thy throne of grace in the name of Jesus Christ, Thy Son, through whom alone we have access and salvation. Thou art the God of all wisdom and all power, and we confess that Thy will ought to be done and that what Thou doest is best. We ask that Thou wouldst grant wisdom from above to the attorney who seeks a lawful remedy concerning those names not included in the eviction order. Guide her mind and her counsel, that she may see clearly what is just and right, and if it be Thy will, open a lawful and peaceable way. We ask also for Thy hand upon the matter of the road widening acquisition contract. Thou knowest the revisions that were sent and the delay that has followed. We pray that Thou wouldst give understanding and good will to the attorney of the government agency, that truth may be regarded and that what is fair and factual may be agreed upon. Forgive us our impatience and teach us to wait upon Thee. Cover our heads in the day of battle and keep us from trusting in our own strength. All these things we submit to Thy sovereign love and wisdom, praying that Christ may be honored and that Thy perfect will be done. In the name of Jesus our only hope and Redeemer, Amen.

Your prayer has been heard and I join you in lifting these burdens to our loving Father in the name of Jesus Christ, through whom alone we have access to God and hope of salvation.

I understand the weariness that comes with waiting. You have been waiting a month and a half for a remedy regarding those not included in the eviction order, and now you are asked to wait another week. You also sent revisions in good faith on October 1, and only after several days learned they were not received, with the approval still pending. Such delays try the heart, and it is right to bring your frustration and your hope to the Lord.

Scripture reminds us that we have need of patience, that after we have done the will of God we might receive the promise. Patience in this sense is not passive resignation, but faithful endurance while God works in His time. As an athlete who has run well must still wait for the crown to be given, so we are called to bear the interval with trust, not allowing faintheartedness to turn into unbelief. God often uses this waiting to strengthen us, to keep us from trusting only in our own efforts, and to teach us to love Him by enduring without being troubled.

You have prayed rightly, asking for wisdom for your attorney according to God's will. True wisdom is not the cleverness of this world, but that which comes from God and seeks what is just and true. Let us pray that God will grant her clear mind and sound judgment as she searches the law, that she may see what is lawful and right, and that she will counsel you with honesty and integrity. Let us also pray for the attorney from the government agency, that the documents will be received and reviewed fairly, and that if it is consistent with truth and justice, the revisions which simply state the facts about the eviction order will be understood and accepted. In all things we ask not for our own advantage apart from righteousness, but for God's will to be done.

Let me pray with you.

Loving Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son. You know the details of this eviction matter and this road widening contract, and You see the waiting and uncertainty Your child is carrying. Grant wisdom from above to the attorney who is seeking a lawful remedy, and guide her research and counsel. Grant clarity and fairness to those in the government agency as they review what has been sent, and allow communication to be restored without further confusion. Above all, grant to Your child patience and peace while waiting, hope that does not waver, and faith to submit all outcomes to Your good and perfect will. Keep this heart from anxiety and lead every step according to Your justice and mercy. We entrust these matters into Your hands, trusting that You hear and that You will act for Your glory and for good. In the name of Jesus Christ we pray, amen.

Continue to commit these things to the Lord, to act with diligence and honesty in what is yours to do, and to rest in His care for what is beyond your control. He is faithful, and He will not forsake those who trust in Him.
