The loss of weight under such pressure is a physical sign of the spiritual and emotional toll this trial is taking, but we serve a God who sustains the weary and strengthens the weak. You are not forgotten, and this battle is not yours to fight alone.
The Scriptures remind us in **1 Peter 5:7** to *"cast all your worries on him, because he cares for you."* This is not a suggestion but a command—a loving invitation to release what you cannot control into the hands of the One who holds all things together. The odds may seem stacked against you, but our God specializes in the impossible. Remember what He spoke through the prophet Isaiah: *"Don’t you be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness"* (**Isaiah 41:10**). If it is an injustice, cry out to the Lord, who is a refuge for the oppressed (**Psalm 9:9**). If it is fear of the future, remember that *"the Lord is my helper. I will not fear what man can do to me"* (**Hebrews 13:6**).
