Losing my mind

Please God I am losing my mind thinking about him. But I feel like he doesn't feel the same way. His actions are very confusing. Been thinking about him like this for a long time. My feelings are real but don't know if his is. Praying for a peace of mind and to start forgetting him.

I’m praying for you. I see lots of advice has been given here already. If you can afford it maybe talk to a therapist, not because there is anything wrong with you, or with your boyfriend, but someone who can be understanding and objective and can help you navigate this. Relationships are tough and we all struggle with them from time to time. God bless you.
