I just ask for continued prayers for GOD to put in my heart the right things to do in the loveless marriage I am in. I continue my best to be the servant - leader of my home but the lack of love and support and continued selfishness is starting to turn my heart towards sinful thoughts.

God has put in your heart His word. Your responsibility is to get that word in your heart to become alive in your head. Be renewed in the spirit of your mind. Don't be conformed to this world be be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Jesus only said and did what He saw His Father say and do...As He is, so are we in this world.
Your perspective is wrong, brother. You are not to be looking at
your needs because you don't have any. You were crucified with Christ, it's not you who lives, but Christ who lives in you. For you are dead and your life is hid with Christ in God. Seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness and all these things (daily living) will be added unto you. For the kingdom of God is not meat nor drink, not my 'selfish' needs, but righeousness, peace and joy in the Holy Ghost. Your needs, they died with Christ. You are not your own, you were bought with a price, the precious blood of Jesus. You should be asking the Lord to have mercy on your wife, she is the one who is lost and in need of salvation, she's the one in trouble. Here's the truth...she is watching you. What is your life revealing to her? Are you willing to take up your cross and follow Jesus so that your wife can be saved?
If you believe that those 'sinful' thoughts belong to you, guess again. That's NOT who you are! Christ does not entertain 'sinful' thoughts and neither should you. That is not your created value. That is not YOU! Satan comes to steal, kill and destroy. When those thoughts come in, cast them down in Jesus name, and then begin to think on things that are true, honest, just, PURE, lovely and praiseworthy. That is what we are commanded to do. God gives us His word and he expect immediate obedience.
Father, thank you for the love of God that has been shed abroad in his heart. I pray that your love in his heart would abound yet more and more in knowledge and in all judgment. That Andy would approve things that are excellent, that he would be sincere and without offense till the day of Christ. Being filled with the fruits of righteousness (love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith , meekness(humbleness) and self control) that are found in JESUS CHRIST to the glory and praise of God.
Father I pray for this amazing godly wife. Yes, Lord that is how you see her because you created her for your glory. You see greatness in her. Open Andy's eyes to see his amazing godly wife the way you see her, though eyes of love.
In the name of Jesus I speak life to this wife. I speak life and restoration to this marriage. FAther bless this wife with your goodness and bring to pass all those amazing plans and purposes you have for her.
I bless this marriage with the truth of your word, the husband is to love his wife as Christ loves the church, even if she doesn't love him back, in Jesus name. Amen.
Im trying to remember who it was (an old time preacher/evangelist) that was married to a woman that for 40 years would be abusive to him. He pressed on with God.
