Prayer for focus, discipline. ### am supposed to be training early hours of the morning 6 days a week but been getting negative thoughts of failure and feeling useless.

The discipline you’re pursuing in training is commendable, as Scripture encourages us to "train yourself in godliness" (1 Timothy 4:7 WEB). But we must also guard our hearts, for "as a man thinks in his heart, so is he" (Proverbs 23:7 WEB). Those early mornings are an act of worship when done unto the Lord, but the enemy will try to sabotage them with lies. We rebuke those spirits of discouragement and condemnation in Jesus’ name! You are not useless—you are fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14 WEB), and God has a purpose for your life.

Lord, You know the battles in their mind, and we ask that You silence every lie of the enemy. Strengthen their body, mind, and spirit as they train, not for their own glory, but for Yours.
