Beloved of All
LORD PLEASE I HOPE MY TEACHWR WILL SAY THAT MY NOTEBOOK IS IN A CHAIR WE NEED TO PASS IT IMMA KILL MYSELF IF I DONT FIND IT OR SOMEONE FOUND IT AND SHE OR EE WILL RETURN MY NOTEBOOK LORD PLEASE

We hear the distress and anxiety in your request about your notebook and we are joining together to bring this before the Lord with you. We understand how overwhelming it can feel when something important for school is lost and you fear the consequences with your teacher, but we want you to know that your life is infinitely more precious than any notebook or assignment, and God cares deeply about both your small worries and your great pain.

We must speak gently but firmly about the words you used that you would kill yourself if you do not find it. That thought does not come from God and it is not His will for you. Your life is a gift from God, made in His image, and He has a purpose for you that goes far beyond this one moment of stress. The body is not our own to harm, for we are told in 1 Corinthians 6:19-20 that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God. You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God's. The Lord is close to those who are hurting, as Psalm 34:18 says, Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit. And we are told to give our anxieties to Him in 1 Peter 5:7, casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you.

Even though you cried out to the Lord, we want to remind you that it is only through Jesus Christ that we have access to God and find salvation and true peace. Jesus Himself said in John 14:6, Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. And Acts 4:12 tells us, There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved. If you have not yet put your trust in Jesus, we encourage you to call on His name, believe that He died for your sins and rose again, and ask Him to be your Savior and Lord, for Romans 10:13 says, For, Whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved.

We also want to encourage you with God's care for your future and your present troubles. Jeremiah 29:11 says, For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future. Philippians 4:6-7 reminds us, In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. God sees your notebook, He sees your teacher, and He sees your heart.

We encourage you to take practical steps while trusting God. Pray calmly and retrace your steps, ask your teacher respectfully for help and for grace if it was left in a chair, and tell a trusted adult right away such as a parent, school counselor, or pastor about how anxious and overwhelmed you are feeling. If thoughts of harming yourself become strong, please reach out immediately to someone near you and if you can, call or text a crisis helpline in your country, for example in the United States you can call or text 988. You do not have to carry this burden alone.

We pray together for you now.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ and lift up this dear one to You. Lord, You know the anxiety over this notebook and the fear of facing the teacher. We ask that in Your mercy You would guide them to find it, or move the heart of whoever may have found it to return it, and give the teacher understanding and kindness. Most of all, Father, we ask You to guard this precious life. Remove thoughts of self harm and replace them with Your peace and hope. Let them know how deeply they are loved and valued by You, that they are fearfully and wonderfully made in Psalm 139:14, and that You have a good purpose for them. Comfort their heart, calm their anxiety, and help them to cast every worry on You. Draw them close to Jesus, that they may know Him as Savior and find refuge in Him. Give them courage to speak to a trusted adult today and to keep walking with You. We ask all this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our only hope and salvation, amen.

We are grateful you reached out and told us how much pressure you feel about your notebook. We care about you and we take your words about killing yourself if you don't find it very seriously.

If you are in immediate danger, please contact your local emergency services right now. For free, confidential support, you can find a helpline in your country at findahelpline.com. You are not alone and trained people are ready to help right now. Please let someone near you know today, a parent, teacher, school counselor or trusted friend, so you are not carrying these thoughts alone.

We hear how heavy this feels. That notebook matters and worrying about passing and what your teacher will say can make everything feel overwhelming very quickly. It makes sense you want an answer right away.

While you wait, it can help to act on what you can do. We encourage you to tell your teacher as soon as you can exactly where you last saw the notebook by the chair, ask to check the area together, ask classmates if anyone picked it up, and check the classroom lost and found or school office. Letting your teacher know directly shows you care about your work and want to make it right.

Father, we lift this student to you right now. You see the fear and pressure they are carrying. Please surround them with caring people who will listen and stay with them today. Give them safety, comfort and wisdom for the next steps with the notebook, and peace as they wait. Keep them safe. In Jesus name, amen.

Lord Jesus please richly bless, protect and guide them. Please help them in accordance with your perfect will Father. Thank you and praise you. In your holy name I pray. Amen.

There is a great heaviness in your words and I have read them with deep concern for you. To feel such anxiety over a notebook that must be passed, to fear the teacher's response and to feel that all is lost if it is not found, is a burden that can press very sorely upon the mind, especially when duties crowd upon you at school.

You speak of harming yourself if the book is not found. Hear me with care, for this is of the greatest importance. Your life is precious before God, and no lost notebook, no school trouble, no disappointment, however painful in the moment, can warrant despair. Despair is not only a sickness of the understanding but a sin of the soul that whispers there is no hope when God Himself is still the God of hope. While you live, there is hope, and while you have hope, you have life. The thought that there is no hope for you is unwarrantable. There is hope in God even when you feel there is no hope in yourself. I beseech you, do not keep this thought alone in your heart. Tell a parent, a teacher, a pastor, or another trusted adult at once where you are and how you feel. If you feel you may act upon these thoughts, please seek help immediately from someone near you, or contact your local emergency services or a suicide prevention helpline in your country. You need not carry this alone.

The Scripture says, You will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on You, because he trusts in You. Perfect peace is not found in having every outward trouble removed, but in staying the mind upon the Lord. And again the Lord says so tenderly and so often, Fear not, I will help you. Fear not, for I am with you. This fear which now torments you weakens you and unfits you to meet the difficulty, but faith looks to Him who can help you in small things as well as great.

May I counsel you in love to do this. First, pray to the Lord and cast this care upon Him, for He cares for you. Ask Him for calmness and for help. Then go quietly and diligently to do what is to be done. Speak respectfully to your teacher and tell her plainly that the notebook is missing and that you are searching for it. Look carefully again, ask those who sit near that chair, and ask if anyone has found it and kept it safely. Often what is lost in haste is found upon a calm search, and a teacher will show more kindness than fear expects.

Let us pray for you now. O Lord, look in mercy upon this young one who is cast down and anxious. Speak perfect peace to the troubled heart through the blood of Jesus Christ who whispers peace within. Guard this life which You have given, forbid despair, and give a lively hope through faith in Him. Calm the fear, help in this need concerning the notebook, and guide the teacher and those who may have found it to act with kindness. Keep this soul stayed upon You and bring help in time of trouble. Amen.

You are not forgotten. Seek the Lord while He may be found, trust Him, and let others come near to help you bear this burden.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Your prayer has been heard and I understand how anxious you feel right now about your notebook and your class. It is understandable to feel worried when something important seems lost and so much feels to depend on it, and God sees that worry.

You wrote that you might kill yourself if you do not find it. Please hear that your life is precious to God and of great value, far beyond any notebook or grade or assignment. A lost notebook, even an important one, is not worth your life, and this distress, though it feels overwhelming now, can pass. Please reach out right now to someone you trust, a parent, a family member, a teacher, a pastor, a counselor, or another trusted adult, and tell them how you are feeling. If you feel unsafe with your thoughts, please contact a trusted person near you or a local crisis helpline right away. In the United States you can call or text 988, and in other countries you can find helplines at findahelpline.org. You do not need to face these thoughts alone.

Scripture reminds us that we may be pressed on every side yet not crushed, perplexed yet not given over to despair. The enemy would have us despair of our salvation and our future, but God never despairs of us and calls us to hope in Him. Even when we feel ashamed or afraid, He invites us to come near and to be restored, not to be cut off.

I will pray for you. Lord, have mercy on this student who is anxious and afraid. Calm this troubled heart and give peace that guards the mind. Help the teacher and classmates to look with care, and if it is Your will, let the notebook be found and returned safely, perhaps even where it was left on the chair. Above all, guard this precious life, remind this dear one that they are loved and not alone, and lead them to help and comfort from people nearby. Give wisdom to know what to do next and strength to take the next step, whether that is speaking to the teacher honestly, asking for help searching, and asking for grace if more time is needed.

If you can, take a steady next step. Breathe, pray, and then speak calmly to your teacher as soon as you can, explain where you last saw the notebook, and ask if anyone has turned it in or if you may look again. Ask a friend or adult to help you search and to stay with you while you wait for an answer.

You are not forgotten. God cares for you in this small worry and in the larger weight you feel. Please keep reaching out to Him and to people around you, and let someone know how you are doing today.

Thank you for sharing what is on your heart so honestly. I hear how much pressure you are feeling right now about your notebook and your class, and how heavy that worry has become. Please know that God hears you when you pray, and He cares deeply about you, far more than about any assignment or grade.

That feeling of being squeezed and trapped is real. There is a word in Scripture for anguish that pictures being pressed into a narrow place with no way out. When we are under that kind of pressure, whether from school or relationships or other burdens, anxiety can rise quickly and everything can feel impossible. The psalmist knew that feeling and he spoke to his own soul when he was downcast and restless inside, and he gave himself the answer to put his hope in God.

That is the place to turn now. When God is left out of the picture, problems look overwhelming and hopeless. When you bring Him back into the situation and put your hope in Him, you can see more clearly and find strength to take the next step. This does not mean the problem disappears instantly, but it means you are not facing it alone. The Lord is near to those who are hurting, and He invites you to cast all your care on Him because He cares for you.

Your life is precious to God, and it is precious to people around you. A lost notebook, even one you need to pass a class, is never worth your life. If you are having thoughts of harming yourself, please reach out right away to someone you trust, a parent, a teacher, a counselor or pastor, and let them know how you are feeling. If you need someone to talk to immediately, you can also contact a trusted crisis helpline in your area. In the United States for example you can call or text ###. You do not have to carry this pressure by yourself.

I am praying for you, that the Lord will calm your heart, lift this burden of fear, and help you in this practical need. Ask Him to guide you and your teacher, to help the notebook be found or to provide another way forward with your class, and to give you peace as you trust Him. It would also help to talk calmly with your teacher, explain what happened, retrace where you last had the notebook, and ask classmates if anyone has seen it. Teachers understand that these things happen and they can often help you work out a solution.

God loves you and He is with you in this narrow place. Keep bringing your worries to Jesus, keep hoping in Him, and keep letting others walk with you through it.
