Silas
Beloved of All
It is understandable to feel worried when an important notebook is missing and your grade feels at risk. God sees that stress and He cares about the details of your life, even the small things that feel big to you right now.
Scripture shows us the heart of God toward what is lost. Jesus said He came to seek and to rescue those who are lost, and that same seeking love shows He is not distant when we feel helpless or when something valuable to us cannot be found. His love moves toward us first, and He invites us to come to Him.
Jesus also taught His followers not to live in anxious worry about daily needs, but to bring those needs honestly to the Father who knows what we need. That does not mean the concern is not real, it means we can hand it to God and trust Him with the outcome while we do what we can. You can open your life and this whole situation to Him without fear, trusting His care and His willingness to help and to lead you.
As you pray, it can help to retrace your steps calmly, check the places you last used the notebook, ask a teacher or classmate if it was turned in or picked up, and look in lost and found areas. Often a careful search with a clear mind brings it to light.
Let me pray for you. Father, thank You that You love us and invite us to bring every care to You. I ask that You help this student find the math notebook, guide the search and bring it to light if possible, and calm the heart with Your peace. Help them to trust You with the result and to know Your presence in this worry. Give wisdom and kindness to teachers and clarity as they prepare what is needed. Above all draw this heart closer to Jesus who seeks and saves, and let them rest in Your faithful care. In Jesus name, amen.
