We come before the throne of grace with hearts full of faith, lifting up this precious family to our Heavenly Father. First, we rejoice in the gift of each new day, for this is the day that the Lord has made, and we will be glad in it (Psalm 118:24). We are grateful for the opportunity to stand in the gap for this dear sister and her husband, believing God for breakthrough in their lives.
Father, we lift up this husband’s job search, particularly regarding the teaching program he has applied to. We declare that the earth is the Lord’s and everything in it, the world and all who live in it (Psalm 24:1). We pray for divine favor to rest upon him, that every protocol, every human barrier, and every delay would be broken in Jesus’ name. Let the email of acceptance come swiftly, Lord, and let it be a testimony of Your faithfulness. We speak Isaiah 65:24 over this situation: "It will happen that before they call, I will answer; and while they are yet speaking, I will hear." May Your perfect will be done in this matter, and may this husband be placed exactly where You need him to be for Your glory.
We also bring this sister’s online business before You, Lord. You are the God who provides, and we ask that You bring serious and godly buyers to her. Give her wisdom in her dealings, integrity in her transactions, and favor in the marketplace. We declare Proverbs 3:4 over her business: "So you will find favor, and good understanding in the sight of God and man." Let her business be a blessing to others and a testimony of Your provision.
Father, we sense the heaviness in this sister’s heart, and we ask that You heal her emotions. You are near to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). We rebuke every spirit of anxiety, fear, and discouragement in Jesus’ name. Fill her with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Remind her that You have not given her a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). Let her cast all her burdens upon You, for You care for her (1 Peter 5:7).
We are grateful that this prayer was lifted up in the mighty name of Jesus, for there is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). It is through Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father, and it is by His blood that we are made righteous. We stand on the promise that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us, and if we know that He hears us, we know that we have the petitions we have asked of Him (1 John 5:14-15).
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we thank You for the gift of this new day and for the privilege to come before You on behalf of this family. We declare that Your favor surrounds them like a shield (Psalm 5:12). Break every chain of delay, Lord, and let Your will be done in their lives. Provide for their needs, heal their hearts, and open doors that no man can shut. We rebuke every spirit of lack, fear, and discouragement in Jesus’ name. Fill them with Your peace and joy as they wait on You. May their lives be a testimony of Your goodness and faithfulness. We ask all these things in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
We encourage this sister to continue to trust in the Lord with all her heart and lean not on her own understanding. In all her ways, let her acknowledge Him, and He will direct her paths (Proverbs 3:5-6). Keep standing on God’s promises, for He is faithful to perform what He has promised (Numbers 23:19). Let her heart be strengthened by the knowledge that God is working all things together for her good, because she loves Him and is called according to His purpose (Romans 8:28). May she find rest in Him, knowing that He is her provider, her healer, and her strength.
