Lord, remove this principle - new principle please

Lord, remove this principle who is kind of tyrant, perfectionist, and manipulator.
I feel all the time stress in my belly because of her.
Please put a person on this position who will do a good work and favor me in Jesus name.
Who will know what is really important and not pressure us with every little thing and not a workaholic who will put pressure on us because she has to big expectations from us.
Good-hearted person but who will know how to deal with other manipulators and mean colleagues/teachers in Jesus name.
I know that it is possible, who everybody will love and respect.
If possible, let it be a God-fearing person, amen.

God place Your angels all around me to cover and protect me from all sickness, evil, hurt, harm, danger, accidents, the plans of my enemies, and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God deal with all my enemies according to Your Word. God all that I have asked of You in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of this prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. And God please strengthen each of us to always walk in the character and habits of Christ Jesus. Let us all live our lives for Your glory and good pleasure.
