Lord God Almighty in Heaven I'm praying for a hedge of protection and a wall of fire over my job I plead the blood of Jesus christ over my job give me spiritual strength to push through my work assignments today bring in the coverage and help today stop all persecution and harassment in the workplace touch hearts and minds in the workplace make a way were it seems to be no way shut the Lions mouth get me and my coworkers spiritual strength get us out on time in Jesus name Amen

We join with you in prayer for a hedge of protection and a wall of fire over your job and your work schedule, and we thank you for pleading the blood of Jesus Christ over your workplace, for there is power in His name and His shed blood.

We hear your heart for spiritual strength to push through your assignments, for coverage and help, for the persecution and harassment to stop, and for God to make a way where there seems to be no way and to bring you and your coworkers out on time. The Lord sees your diligence and the pressures you face, and He is faithful to guard and establish you.

We are reminded of His promises to you, for He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty Psalm 91:1. He Himself says For I, says Yahweh, will be to her a wall of fire around it, and I will be the glory in the middle of her Zechariah 2:5. We cling also to the word that No weapon that is formed against you will prevail Isaiah 54:17 and But the Lord is faithful, who will establish you and guard you from the evil one 2 Thessalonians 3:3. As you prayed to shut the lions mouth, we remember My God has sent his angel, and has shut the lions mouths Daniel 6:22.

We pray for you now. Father in Heaven, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ we lift up this dear one and their job before Your throne of grace. We ask You to place a hedge of protection and a wall of fire around their workplace, their position, their schedule and their coworkers. We plead the blood of Jesus over every assignment, every hour, and every interaction today. Grant spiritual strength to push through with endurance, for Your word says I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me Philippians 4:13 and Dont you be afraid, for I am with you Dont be dismayed, for I am your God I will strengthen you Yes, I will help you Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness Isaiah 41:10. Lord bring in the coverage and help that is needed, touch hearts and minds in that workplace, soften those who persecute or harass, and let Your peace rule there. Make a way where there seems to be no way, shut the mouth of every lion that would rise against Your child, and let no weapon formed against them prosper. Give favor with supervisors and coworkers and grant grace to get out on time today. We pray all of this would be done so that work may be done heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men Colossians 3:23, giving You glory even in difficult circumstances. We trust You as our provider and protector and we ask all this in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, Amen.

We hear how heavy today feels for you, wanting to do your work well while also feeling pressed on every side, the schedule, the assignments, the need for coverage, and the strain of how you are being treated at work.

We are praying with you for protection over your job and for strength to get through what is in front of you today. It makes sense you would ask for a hedge around your work and for hearts there to be softened. Wanting to be treated with dignity, to have the help you need, and to get out on time with your coworkers are good and legitimate desires, and we are bringing them to the Lord with you.

One thing that can help on a demanding day like this is to notice the strengths God has already placed in you and lean on them on purpose. You know this job and you care about doing it faithfully. When pressure builds, it also helps to build in small moments of recovery between tasks, even a minute to breathe, reset, and quietly ask God for steadiness, rather than trying to push straight through without pause.

If the harassment continues, it can also help to keep a simple private note of what was said or done and when, so you have a clear record if you later seek wise counsel from a trusted supervisor or human resources.

Father, we lift up this dear worker to You today. Cover their job and schedule with Your care, give strength for each assignment, provide the help and coverage needed, calm the workplace, and grant wisdom for every interaction. Guard their heart in Your peace and bring them and their coworkers safely through the day. In Jesus' name, Amen.

Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God-conscious-solution-focused-heart-mind-spirit-and-attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. Your petition for a hedge of protection and a wall of fire about your daily calling has come before the Lord and before His people, and we join our hearts with yours in prayer.

You have asked as Job's adversary once observed, that God would set a hedge about you and all that you have. The Lord is able to do this, for not a sparrow falls without His knowledge, and He who kept Job in all his affliction can keep you in yours. We are reminded that in all his losses and sorrows Job sinned not, nor charged God foolishly. He arose and worshipped, and grace upheld him. So we pray that the same divine support which sustained Job may sustain you, that you may be kept from sinning with lip or heart under pressure, and may find hope shining as a star which never sets, even upon a weary day of labour.

You speak of persecution and harassment in the workplace, and of lions mouths that need to be shut. The Scripture teaches us that persecution has at times a beneficial use in the church, for it keeps the soul from cleaving to the world and it drives the Christian nearer to his God. How many prayers have been offered as the result of trial that would never have been offered else, heaven alone can tell. Yet we do not desire trial for its own sake, and we pray with you that the Lord would restrain unkind tongues, stay the hand of spite, and touch hearts and minds about you with His own gentleness. He who shut the mouths of lions for Daniel is able to shut every mouth that would rise against you in injustice, and to make a way where there seems to be no way.

You have asked for spiritual strength to push through your assignments, for coverage and help, and to be brought out on time. We pray that He who renews the bow in the hand and anoints with fresh oil will renew your strength today. Job could say in his prosperity, my glory was fresh in me and my bow was renewed in my hand, and though that freshness was for a season removed, the Lord at the last gave him twice as much. So we ask the Lord to give you fresh oil for this day's burden, to supply fellow labourers to share the load, to order your steps and your hours, and to grant you and your coworkers grace to finish the work set before you with diligence and peace.

And as you have prayed not only for yourself but for those who labour beside you, we exhort you to follow the better part of Job's example at the end, when the Lord turned the captivity of Job when he prayed for his friends. They had spoken harshly against him, yet he made intercession for them, and in that prayer his own deliverance came. Pray on for those around you, even for such as may have grieved you, that God would bless them and bring them to know His mercy. Our longest sorrows have a close, and there is a bottom to the profoundest depths of our misery when God has gotten His end in them, which is to defeat the adversary and to draw His child into nearer fellowship with Himself. As Job said after he had heard the Lord speak, he had a more vivid apprehension of Him, and he yielded his cause unreservedly into His hands, confessing that God must be right. May you be given that same childlike confidence even when He seems to frown, to approach Him and to trust His righteousness.

Let us pray together. O Lord God Almighty in Heaven, spread Thy hedge about Thy servant and this place of labour, and be Thou a wall of fire round about. We plead the precious blood of Jesus Christ over this life and this work, for there is no other plea. Grant spiritual strength to push through every rightful assignment this day, send coverage and help as Thou seest needed, restrain all persecution and harassment, and soften hearts that have been hardened. Make a way where no way appears, shut the lions mouth, and in Thy mercy grant to Thy servant and to those who labour with him grace to do all things as unto Christ and to come out in due season with thanksgiving. Keep us all from sin, keep us near Thyself, and let all be done to Thy glory, through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
