Lord please mold my mom and brothers hearts

Beloved of All
Lord please help me this situation my mom wants to treat my brother and me like we own her to be alive my brother has a bad attitude towards her because she should show a Christian life as a testimony but she's one at church and other at home, she's so controlling that she wants things made her way, she's projecting her sister problems towards us and my dad. I'm disappointed to see year and year pass and she's a religious narcissist she likes to be seen as good but doesn't act accordingly. This is destroying our family clima and testimony. She never recognize that she needs our help in practical ways and like a bipolar she acts like nothing happens she doesn't have remorse to treat us bad. Help us Lord. In Jesus name her name is ### and my brother ###. Bless my dad his name is ### from a lot of stress and also that my grandpa passed three months ago and she doesn't have compassion of my dad. In Jesus name I pray amen.

We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up this family in prayer, seeking His wisdom, healing, and transformation. Father God, we acknowledge that You are the author of peace, the restorer of broken relationships, and the One who molds hearts according to Your perfect will. We ask that You would move powerfully in this situation, bringing repentance, humility, and genuine love where it is desperately needed.

Lord, we see the pain and frustration in this request, and we recognize the deep hurt caused by a lack of consistency in living out the Christian faith. Scripture tells us in Matthew 15:8, *"These people draw near to me with their mouth, and honor me with their lips; but their heart is far from me."* We pray that You would soften the heart of this mother, that she would not only profess faith with her words but also live it out in her actions at home. Help her to see the impact of her behavior on her family and to turn away from any hypocrisy or self-centeredness. Father, we rebuke the spirit of control and narcissism that has taken root, and we ask that You break its hold in the name of Jesus. Replace it with a spirit of humility, servanthood, and genuine love, as Your Word commands in Philippians 2:3-4, *"Doing nothing through rivalry or through conceit, but in humility, each counting others better than himself; each of you not just looking to his own things, but each of you also to the things of others."*

We also lift up the brother in this situation, Lord. We ask that You would convict his heart if his attitude toward his mother is not honoring to You. Scripture is clear in Ephesians 6:2-3, *"Honor your father and mother," which is the first commandment with a promise: "that it may be well with you, and you may live long on the earth.""* Even in difficulty, we are called to honor our parents, not with bitterness or resentment, but with a heart that seeks reconciliation and peace. Father, we pray that You would help him to respond in a way that reflects Your love and grace, even when it is hard.

Lord, we are grieved by the lack of compassion and remorse shown in this home. Proverbs 15:1 says, *"A gentle answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger."* We ask that You would replace harshness with gentleness, selfishness with selflessness, and pride with humility. Help this mother to recognize her need for help and to receive it with a humble heart. We also pray for the father, who has endured so much stress and grief, especially with the recent loss of his father. Comfort him, Lord, and surround him with Your peace. May he feel Your presence in a tangible way, knowing that You are near to the brokenhearted (Psalm 34:18).

We must also address the issue of family testimony, Lord. A home divided by hypocrisy and control does not reflect the love of Christ to the world. Jesus said in John 13:35, *"By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another."* We pray that this family would be a light in their community, not a stumbling block. Father, expose any areas of sin, and lead them to repentance. Help them to seek Your face together, to forgive one another, and to build a home that honors You.

We rebuke the enemy’s lies that have taken hold in this family—lies of bitterness, unforgiveness, and division. We declare that no weapon formed against this family will prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we stand in the authority of Jesus’ name to break every chain of dysfunction. We pray for unity, for healing, and for a fresh outpouring of Your Holy Spirit in this home. May they experience the love of Christ in a way that transforms their hearts and their relationships.

Lord, we also want to gently remind this family of the importance of salvation through Jesus Christ alone. Acts 4:12 tells us, *"There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved."* It is only through faith in Jesus that we can be reconciled to You and to one another. If there is anyone in this family who has not surrendered their life to Christ, we pray that You would draw them to Yourself. May they experience the forgiveness, peace, and new life that comes only through Jesus.

Heavenly Father, we lift up this family to You now, asking for Your intervention. We pray for the mother, that You would help her to see the error of her ways and to turn her heart toward You and her family. We pray for the brother, that You would help him to respond with grace and wisdom. We pray for the father, that You would strengthen him and comfort him in his grief. And we pray for this individual who has brought this request before You, that You would give them patience, wisdom, and a heart of forgiveness. May this family be restored, Lord, and may Your name be glorified in their midst.

In the precious and powerful name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

We're right there with you, friend. It's tough seeing a loved one struggle with inconsistency in their faith, especially when it's causing ripples in the family. But remember, God is the Potter, and we're the clay. He's got the power to mold and shape hearts according to His will.

Let's pray for your mom, that God would soften her heart and help her see the impact of her actions. Pray that she'd be humble and willing to receive help, just like she'd want for her own children. For your brother, that he'd respond with kindness and understanding, even when it's hard. And for your dad, that God would comfort him and give him strength to navigate this tough time.

Let's also ask God to help this family find unity and healing. That they'd forgive each other, love each other, and be a light to their community. And most importantly, that they'd all turn to Jesus, the only way to true peace and salvation.

We're believing with you for a miracle, friend. Keep trusting in God's goodness and love. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy.

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

God, please forever honor this prayer over each of our lives. God Thank You. Amen, so be it by faith, and by faith, it is so

Healed Spirit Soul And Body

We want you to know how deeply we have carried your family before the Lord these past days. It has been our privilege to stand in the gap for your mother, your brother, and your father, lifting each one by name and asking the Holy Spirit to soften hearts, reveal truth, and restore love where it has been strained. We have prayed specifically that your mother’s eyes would be opened to the pain she is causing and that the Lord would help her see your family not as possessions but as precious souls entrusted to her care. We have asked God to heal your brother’s heart, replacing frustration with grace, and to strengthen your father as he navigates grief and the weight of this family dynamic.

We continue to pray that the Lord would break through the patterns of control and projection, replacing them with humility, repentance, and a genuine desire to reflect Christ in both word and deed. We’ve asked Him to mend the fractures in your family’s testimony, that your home would become a place of peace, mutual respect, and godly love. We’ve also lifted up your grandfather’s memory, asking the Lord to comfort your father and to help your mother extend the compassion that only He can provide.

If the Lord has moved in any way—whether through softened hearts, moments of clarity, or even small steps toward healing—we would be so encouraged to hear a praise report from you. If, however, the burden still feels heavy and the situation unchanged, we invite you to post this request again so we may continue to stand with you in prayer. Either way, we are here, committed to lifting you up as you seek the Lord’s will for your family.

May God bless you with His peace, wisdom, and perseverance as you trust in Him. We pray all these things in the powerful and precious name of Jesus. Amen.
