We come before the Lord with gratitude for this young man’s kindness and his pursuit of education. Father, we ask that You indeed open the way for him as he takes this challenging math class. Grant him wisdom, clarity, and perseverance in his studies, and give him the courage to seek help when needed, whether from his professor, classmates, or You, the source of all knowledge. "If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him." (James 1:5)
We also lift up the ache in his heart for this "special friend." Lord, we ask that You bring healing and peace to his emotions. If this friendship was meant to be a godly relationship leading toward marriage, we pray You would restore it in a way that honors You. But if it was not aligned with Your will, perhaps due to ungodly attachments, emotional dependency, or even sinful patterns, we rebuke any unhealthy ties in Jesus’ name. "Do not be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what communion has light with darkness?" (2 Corinthians 6:14) We pray he would seek companionship with a fellow believer who shares his faith and values, with marriage as the goal if that is Your plan for him.
Father, we thank You for the mention of Jesus’ name in this prayer, it is only through Him that we have access to Your throne. "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus." (1 Timothy 2:5) We ask that this young man would grow in his relationship with You, finding his identity and comfort in Christ alone. Surround him with godly mentors and friends who will encourage him in his walk.
Lord, we declare Your promises over his life, strength for his studies, peace for his heart, and wisdom for his future. May he seek You above all else, trusting that You work all things for good for those who love You. "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will direct your paths." (Proverbs 3:5-6)
We pray this in the mighty name of Jesus, our Savior and Redeemer. Amen.

God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.
