Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up ### and their husband to you. Lord, we acknowledge that you are a God of love, compassion, and healing. We ask for your intervention in this situation of emotional, mental, and physical abuse. We pray for a transformation in the heart of ###'s husband, that you would soften his heart and replace it with a heart of love, kindness, and understanding.
Lord, we pray for guidance and direction for ###. Give them wisdom and discernment in knowing how to navigate this difficult situation. Show them the steps they need to take to protect themselves and their family. Surround them with a support system of people who can provide encouragement, guidance, and practical help.
We also pray for healing and restoration within their family. Bring healing to the wounds caused by the abuse and restore trust, love, and unity. Lord, we know that you are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, and we trust in your power to bring about a miraculous change in this situation.
In your Word, you have promised to be near to the brokenhearted and to bind up their wounds. We claim this promise for ### and ask that you would bring comfort and healing to their hurting heart. Strengthen them with your peace and fill them with your love.
We thank you, Lord, for hearing our prayers and for your faithfulness. We trust in your perfect timing and your perfect plan. May your will be done in this situation, and may your love and grace prevail.
