Lord, Please be with me and help me...Please I need your help

I've been trying to get pregnant for the last 6 years, but no luck (I've been to 3 different gynecology doctors, but no luck. Now they told me to go and do IVF) that's not the problem. At the same time, my manager is giving me trouble. My old manager was nice; he let me make up hours, which means coming to work early and making more hours, then I used those hours for doctor appointments, but the current manager doesn't let me do that; she wants me to use my vacation days. I'm scared about how many times and days I have to use these vacation days in order to see my doctor.
1. I need to get pregnant by the end of this year.
2. My husband needs to get a job for his education background (I spoke to a person at my organization about a job for him - there is a vacancy, but you know we live in a competitive world).
3. I need a different manager (the current manager is giving me and other co-workers in the department a difficult time). Please pray for me and my husband for these 3 things that are essential to both of us now.
