🌾"And Jesus was saying to them, 'The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few; therefore plead with the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into His harvest,'" Luke 10:2. 🙏 Lord Jesus, You are The Lord of The Harvest. We urgently ask for workers and laborers to be called, prepared, provided for and sent out into Your harvest -- "where You are Your servant will be also," Jn 12:26. Help us understand agricultural crop readiness does not last forever and the ACCEPTABLE TIME is NOW, TODAY is The Day of SALVATION, 2 Cor 6:2. Grant us all we need: calling, intimacy with You, strong spiritual and prayer covering, LOVE in OUR HEARTS, Eph 3:15-17, power to know, do and show the Word, to hear and obey Your Voice, passports, plane tickets, financial provision, accommodations, Matt 6:11, and the protection from sin and the evil one, Matt 6:13, John 17:15, in Your Name, Jesus, Amen. 📖 "We must carry out the works of Him who sent Me as long as it is day; night is coming, when no one can work," John 9:4. "But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be witnesses to Me in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth, Acts 1:8" -- Blessing and UNITY on evangelist's families, teams and churches, as much possible on their part, to live in peace with everyone, Rom 12:18, so the Gospel goes forth with good consciences and power under open heavens, 1 Pet 3:7. Thank You in Jesus' Name.

We join with you in this urgent and holy cry to the Lord of the harvest, for the fields are indeed white and ready, yet the laborers remain few. Your prayer echoes the very heart of Christ, who wept over Jerusalem and commanded us to beseech the Father for workers to be thrust into His harvest. We stand with you in agreement, lifting this plea before the throne of grace with boldness and reverence.

The Word declares, "The harvest truly is plentiful, but the laborers are few. Pray therefore to the Lord of the harvest, that he may send out laborers into his harvest" (Matthew 9:37-38 WEB). This is not merely a suggestion but a divine mandate, one that requires our fervent intercession and active participation. The acceptable time is indeed now, for "behold, now is the day of salvation" (2 Corinthians 6:2 WEB). The souls of men and women hang in the balance, and the night is coming when no man can work (John 9:4). We must not grow weary or complacent, for the harvest will not wait.

We pray with you, Father, that You would raise up laborers who are not only willing but also equipped by Your Spirit. Grant them a holy urgency, a deep intimacy with You, and a love that compels them to go. Fill their hearts with the same compassion that moved Jesus to say, "For the Son of Man came to seek and to save that which was lost" (Luke 19:10 WEB). Let them walk in the power of Acts 1:8, bearing witness to Your truth in Jerusalem, Judea, Samaria, and to the uttermost parts of the earth. Provide for every need, financial, logistical, and spiritual, so that nothing hinders the advance of the Gospel.

Yet we must also address the spiritual battle raging around this harvest. The enemy seeks to sow discord, distraction, and division among Your workers. We rebuke every spirit of strife, pride, and selfish ambition that would hinder unity in the body of Christ. The Scripture commands, "If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men" (Romans 12:18 WEB). Let Your workers walk in humility, preferring one another in love, so that the Gospel may go forth unhindered. We pray for open heavens over their lives, that they may labor under Your anointing and see souls saved, healed, and set free.

Father, we also lift up the families of those You call into the harvest. Strengthen marriages, guard the hearts of children, and provide for every need according to Your riches in glory. Let no worker be distracted by lack or fear, but let them trust in Your promise: "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus" (Philippians 4:19 WEB). Protect them from the schemes of the evil one, that they may stand firm in faith and finish the race set before them.

We must also address a critical truth: the harvest is not merely about numbers or strategies, but about souls being reconciled to You through the blood of Jesus Christ. There is no other name under heaven by which men must be saved (Acts 4:12). If any laborer or seeker does not know Jesus as Lord and Savior, we implore them to repent and believe in Him. "For God so loved the world, that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life" (John 3:16 WEB). Salvation is found in no one else, and it is only through Christ that we have access to the Father.

Lord, we thank You for the privilege of participating in this great harvest. Stir our hearts anew, that we may not grow weary in doing good. Let us run with endurance the race set before us, looking unto Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith (Hebrews 12:1-2). May Your Kingdom come and Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven. We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, the Lord of the harvest, Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Thank you for pouring out this prayer with us. The urgency you feel, that the harvest is ripe and the laborers are few, is a weight God Himself placed on His people, and it’s clear your heart is tuned to His. It can be easy for a passion like this to feel heavy, as if the gap between the need and the workers is too wide. But we’re reminded that the Lord who gave you this burden is the very one who will send the laborers. Your prayer isn’t just words; it’s a partnership in what He is already doing.

We see so many around us searching, longing for hope and a deeper relationship with God, even if they can’t name it yet. That’s part of why your prayer matters so much. As you keep asking the Lord to thrust out workers, don’t be surprised if He also nudges you to become part of the answer in small, daily ways. Sometimes the most powerful laborer is simply a person who is willing to say, “Have you had enough? Let me introduce you to the One who can change your life.” You don’t need a plane ticket or a pulpit to do that right where you live and work.

Let’s hold this before the Lord together:

Lord Jesus, You see the fields ready for harvest and You know the laborers are still too few. Stir up Your people, call out workers, and provide every practical need, provision, protection, unity, and deep love for the lost. Let those You send move with clarity and power. And for the one who offered this prayer, renew their hope. Let them see small answers this week, open doors, a conversation, a person ready to hear. Sustain their heart as they wait and trust. In Your name, Amen.

This pleading for laborers in the Lord’s harvest is a prayer after the very heart of Christ. It is a blessed sign when the Church begins to feel the weight of those perishing multitudes and cries out for the Lord of the harvest to thrust forth workers. Yet let us never forget, all our asking will be in vain unless we honor the Holy Spirit, for He alone can call, prepare, and empower true evangelists. The Spirit is the great Master of the harvest; without Him, the most earnest missionary is but a sounding brass, and the most eloquent sermon an empty noise. How many modern schemes for soul-winning treat the Holy Spirit as an afterthought, when He must be the very breath of our enterprises! We must plead, as you have done, for power from on high, for the Spirit of God to fall upon those sent, otherwise they go forth in their own strength and return with shame.

But oh, beloved, while we ask for the Spirit’s power, let us search our hearts that we grieve Him not. The Spirit is easily wounded by unbelief, by unholiness, by pride, by a coldness toward the things of Christ. If the Church would see Pentecostal outpourings, she must purge herself of everything contrary to sound doctrine and yield herself in entire dependence upon the Spirit. You pray for workers; then pray also that these workers may be men and women who walk so close to Jesus that the Spirit rests upon them without measure. Pray that they may not only know about the Spirit, but that they may be sealed, filled, and taught by Him. Have you received the Holy Spirit since you believed? That question must be pressed upon every soul that would labor, for it is not by might, nor by power, but by God’s Spirit that the kingdom comes.

The urgency you express is the Spirit’s own voice, for He ever cries, “Today, today hear His voice!” The crop ripens, the night hastens, and soon no man can work. Therefore we must, in the Spirit’s power, go forth with tears and entreaties, beseeching sinners to be reconciled to God. But remember, the most effective laborer is the one whose heart is all on fire with love for Christ, because the Holy Spirit has taken of the things of Jesus and shown them to his soul. If we would win souls, we must preach nothing but Christ and Him crucified, in the Spirit’s energy. Let us then bow lower before the Spirit, worship Him, yield to Him, and cease from our own contrivings, that He may work mightily through us. Only when the Church is upon her knees, confessing her powerlessness and looking wholly to the Spirit, will the Lord of the harvest send laborers who shall indeed reap a great ingathering of souls unto eternal life.

The harvest indeed is plenteous, and the laborers are few, but think not that the Lord multiplies laborers only by adding to their number. When He sent forth the twelve, they were but twelve, yet He made them many, not by increasing the count, but by endowing them with power. So you who plead for workers, first be yourself a worker made mighty by the Spirit. For the sickle of the Word is put into your hand; but the edge comes only when the Holy Ghost descends.

That same Spirit, not yet given before the Passion, is now shed forth abundantly. But do you possess the Gift? Many ask for outward provisions, passports and money and shelter, yet neglect the one thing necessary: the inner keeping of grace. “That good thing which was committed unto thee keep by the Holy Ghost which dwelleth in us.” It is not mere human resolve that preserves the soul amid robbers and thick darkness, but the indwelling Spirit, if we do not banish Him by evil deeds.

This is our wall, our castle. If you would be a harvester, see to it that the Spirit is not quenched within you. For the power to know and do the Word, to hear His voice, springs from that fire which sat upon each disciple at Pentecost. Seek then that same cloven tongue of flame to rest upon you, not for show, but for settledness and continuance.

And mark this: the Spirit brings not only power, but love and a sound mind. You ask for love in your hearts; receive the Spirit, and love is poured forth. You ask for protection from sin and the evil one; hold fast the Spirit, and He is your guard. Pray for laborers, yes, but pray also that you and all who go may not expel grace.

The Lord who sends also provides; yet His provision follows the indwelling of His Spirit. Let your first cry be for the Spirit to fill you, that you may be a witness, not in word only, but in demonstration of power. For the harvest is white, and the time is now; but the laborers who gather with Christ are those who have received the Holy Ghost and keep Him.

Your prayer for workers rings with the very cry Jesus placed on the hearts of his disciples. He told us to lift our eyes and see the harvest, ripe and waiting, and then to plead with the Lord of the harvest to thrust out laborers. That prayer is never idle. Time and again, when someone genuinely prays for God to send workers, the next whisper they hear is “Whom shall I send?” And the cleansed heart can only answer, “Here am I; send me.”

So pray boldly, but stay open. The Lord often answers our intercession by unsettling our own feet, or by giving us a share in sending and holding up those who go. We are fellow workers with him. Whether we cross the ocean or provide a ticket, whether we speak the word or steady the hands of those who do, we share in the same gracious task. There is no small part when the harvest is so urgent.

The time is now. Scripture does not let us push the promise to a later season. Behold, now is the accepted time; now is the day of salvation. People are confused and scattered, and the window to reap does not stay open forever. Do not receive the grace of God in vain. Let your prayer translate into active readiness, generous support, and a clean walk that gives no cause for the ministry to be blamed.

Keep asking for provision, passports, protection, and unity. Those are real needs. But also ask for fresh fire in your own soul and a willing spirit. Jesus whose name is Salvation will build his kingdom, and he invites us to labor together with him until the night falls.
