🌾"And Jesus was saying to them, 'The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few; therefore plead with the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into His harvest,'" Luke 10:2. 🙏 Lord Jesus, You are The Lord of The Harvest. We urgently ask for workers and laborers to be called, prepared, provided for and sent out into Your harvest -- "where You are Your servant will be also," Jn 12:26. Help us understand agricultural crop readiness does not last forever and the ACCEPTABLE TIME is NOW, TODAY is The Day of SALVATION, 2 Cor 6:2. Grant us all we need: calling, intimacy with You, strong spiritual and prayer covering, LOVE in OUR HEARTS, Eph 3:15-17, power to know, do and show the Word, to hear and obey Your Voice, passports, plane tickets, financial provision, accommodations, Matt 6:11, and the protection from sin and the evil one, Matt 6:13, John 17:15, in Your Name, Jesus, Amen. 📖 "We must carry out the works of Him who sent Me as long as it is day; night is coming, when no one can work," John 9:4. "But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be witnesses to Me in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth, Acts 1:8" -- Blessing and UNITY on evangelist's families, teams and churches, as much possible on their part, to live in peace with everyone, Rom 12:18, so the Gospel goes forth with good consciences and power under open heavens, 1 Pet 3:7. Thank You in Jesus' Name.

We join our hearts with yours in this urgent cry to the Lord of the Harvest, lifting up the need for laborers to be sent into the fields ripe for harvest. The Word of God is clear: "The harvest truly is plentiful, but the laborers are few. Pray therefore to the Lord of the harvest, that he may send out laborers into his harvest" (Matthew 9:37-38 WEB). We stand in agreement with your prayer, for the time is short, and the souls of men and women hang in the balance.

The agricultural imagery in Scripture is not accidental, it teaches us that there is a season for sowing, a season for reaping, and a season when the harvest is lost if not gathered in time. "Do not be deceived. God is not mocked, for whatever a man sows, that he will also reap" (Galatians 6:7 WEB). The fields are white unto harvest, but if the workers do not go forth, the opportunity may pass. Today is the day of salvation (2 Corinthians 6:2 WEB), and we must act with urgency, for the night is coming when no man can work (John 9:4 WEB).

We pray with you for workers to be called, equipped, and sent forth in the power of the Holy Spirit. The Great Commission is not a suggestion, it is a command: "Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I commanded you" (Matthew 28:19-20 WEB). This mission requires more than human effort; it requires the anointing and empowerment of the Holy Spirit. "But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you. You will be witnesses to me in Jerusalem, in all Judea and Samaria, and to the uttermost parts of the earth" (Acts 1:8 WEB). We pray for a fresh outpouring of the Spirit upon the Church, that believers would be filled with boldness, love, and power to proclaim the Gospel to the lost.

We also lift up the families, teams, and churches of those who are called to go. The enemy seeks to divide and distract, but we pray for unity among believers, that they may be of one mind and one heart, living in peace with one another (Romans 12:18 WEB). The Gospel advances most powerfully when the Body of Christ is united, walking in love and holiness. "Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brothers to live together in unity!" (Psalm 133:1 WEB). We pray that the families of missionaries and evangelists would be strengthened, that their marriages would be built on the foundation of Christ, and that their children would grow in the fear and admonition of the Lord.

We rebuke the spirit of complacency and fear that would keep believers from stepping out in faith. The harvest is plentiful, but too often, the Church is content to sit in the safety of the barn rather than venture into the fields. We must remember that the Lord did not call us to comfort but to obedience. "For whoever wants to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for my sake will find it" (Matthew 16:25 WEB). We pray that the Church would rise up with courage, laying down their lives for the sake of the Gospel.

We also address the need for provision and protection. The Lord has promised to supply all our needs according to His riches in glory (Philippians 4:19 WEB), and we trust Him to provide passports, plane tickets, finances, and accommodations for those He calls. We pray for protection from the evil one, that the workers would be kept from temptation and delivered from evil (Matthew 6:13 WEB). The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but we stand on the promise that "no weapon that is formed against you will prevail" (Isaiah 54:17 WEB).

Finally, we pray for a deep intimacy with the Lord for all who are called to this work. Evangelism is not merely a task, it is an overflow of a heart that has been captivated by the love of Christ. "I have been crucified with Christ, and it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me. That life which I now live in the flesh, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself up for me" (Galatians 2:20 WEB). We pray that every worker would know the height, depth, width, and breadth of God’s love (Ephesians 3:18-19 WEB), that they may go forth not in their own strength, but in the power of the Holy Spirit.

Heavenly Father, Lord of the Harvest, we stand before You in the name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we can come to You. We thank You for the privilege of participating in Your redemptive work. We ask that You would raise up laborers from every nation, tribe, and tongue, equipping them with everything they need to bring in the harvest. Fill them with Your Spirit, clothe them with Your power, and send them forth with boldness and love. Protect them from the schemes of the enemy, and provide for all their needs according to Your riches in glory.

We pray for the lost, that their hearts would be softened to receive the Gospel. Open their eyes to see their need for a Savior, and draw them to Yourself. Let none perish, but let all come to repentance (2 Peter 3:9 WEB). We pray for the Church to rise up in unity, casting aside division and strife, that the world may know that You sent Jesus (John 17:21 WEB).

We declare that the harvest will be gathered, that souls will be saved, and that Your Kingdom will advance. May Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven. In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.

We catch the urgency in your words, and it moves us. Too often we settle into routine prayers, but you’ve brought a wide-open heart to the Lord of the harvest, pleading for workers. We stand with you in that.

It helps us to remember that Jesus told us to pray for laborers right after He looked at the crowds and had compassion on them. So your prayer is an act of love, and God honors that. And the way He answers often surprises us. We’ve watched Him raise up workers who never planned to go, ordinary people who simply became attentive to the harvest right around them. Some go overseas; others find the mission field waiting in the apartment next door or across the street. The worker you’re praying for might already be in your own neighborhood, needing only someone to say, “You can do this.”

While you keep asking the Lord to send others, maybe you’ll sense Him nudging you to be part of the answer in a small, reachable way, not necessarily leaving everything, but lifting your eyes to the people already near you. Yet even if your role remains praying and supporting from here, you are not on the sidelines. Your prayer waters the ground.

Lord Jesus, thank You for this prayer that leaps off the page with faith. You see the fields ready, and You are still calling and sending. Strengthen those You are preparing, give them love, covering, and everything they truly need. Unite their families and teams, and open doors for the gospel in hard places. And for the one who prays this, weave their life into Your mission, steady their courage, and let them taste the joy of Your harvest. In Your name, amen.

The cry of your heart for laborers in the harvest is a holy echo of the Master's own command, yet we must tremble lest we send any forth who have not first been emptied of self and filled with the Spirit. The great need of the hour is not merely hands for the work, but hearts on fire with the Holy Ghost. You have quoted Acts 1:8 aright, but have we tarried until we are endued? Power from on high is not a doctrine to be assented to but a reality to be experienced. The Spirit must overshadow our preachers, or their words fall like stones upon the dead. He must rest upon our prayers, or they rise no higher than the ceiling. Without Him, passports and provision are but rags, and our holiest plans a Babel tower built in vain. Let us plead first that the Lord of the harvest would quicken His own church, for a slumbering bride will never arouse the lost.

You speak of the acceptable time and the urgency of this present day. The Holy Spirit ever cries "Today!" and when He stirs a soul to seek men, He will not let it linger in the idle wish of tomorrow. Yet mark well this truth: the Spirit works not through the flesh's feverish energy, but through crucified men and women who have learned to grieve Him not. Examine whether unbelief, that soul-clogging sin, has cramped the Spirit's power in our midst. Does our private prayerlessness and public reliance on clever speech betray a secret trust in man? The Spirit is tender; He withdraws where Christ is not all. Our programs and committees, if they supplant humble dependence, are an offense against His holy jealousy. We must fall upon our faces and confess that we are poor and naked until He clothes us with power.

The Spirit's one sovereign aim is to glorify Jesus. He takes the things of Christ, His blood, His righteousness, His finished work, and shows them to perishing men. Any worker who goes forth in his own sufficiency will speak much of himself and little of the Savior. But when the Spirit fills a man, Christ fills his vision, Christ tunes his speech, Christ humbles his pride. This is the true apostolic succession, not a lineage of hands, but a living flame from heaven. Seek not first the open door of nations, but the open heaven of the Spirit's descent. Let every family tie, every team bond, every church fellowship be bathed in prayer that we may be so united in holy love that the world may know the Father sent the Son.

The harvest is indeed plenteous, but the implements of our own contriving are useless for this heavenly agriculture. The Spirit alone can break the rocky heart, can turn the sinner's hatred into love, can take the things of Christ and seal them upon the conscience with eternal power. Therefore let your urgent plea be deepened into this one cry: "Father, for Jesus' sake, send the Holy Spirit! Let Him fall upon us as at Pentecost, not that we may speak with strange sounds, but that we may weep with holy compassion and speak the Word with boldness!" Until we honor the Spirit as the Lord and Giver of life, we shall see but a scattering of grain here and there. But when He comes, whole sheaves shall be gathered, and the valleys shall laugh with corn. Cry mightily, wait expectantly, purify your heart from all known sin, and then go forth, not knowing whither you go, but knowing He goes with you, and your labor shall not be in vain in the Lord. Amen.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

You pray for laborers to be sent into the harvest, and rightly so, for the harvest is plenteous and the workers are few. But consider how the Lord answered such a prayer when He Himself was among us. He did not add to the number of the twelve, but gave them power. He sent them out with authority over unclean spirits and to heal every disease.

So pray not only that the Lord send out more workers, but that those already sent, and even yourselves, be clothed with power from on high. For the Holy Spirit is the true Sender, yet that Spirit did not come until the day of Pentecost, after Christ had ascended, because first the curse of sin had to be taken away and we reconciled to God. If you would be a laborer in His harvest, or pray for others to be so, see first that your sins are remitted and that you walk in the Spirit. The gifts of the Spirit are diverse, and not all are given at once.

The disciples received a measure when the Lord breathed on them, enabling them to remit sins, but the full power for witness and miracles came later, after they waited with one accord. So let your prayer be accompanied by a holy longing and a willing heart. The acceptable time is indeed now, today is the day of salvation. Therefore do not merely ask for laborers; become what you ask.

If you yearn for the harvest, let the Spirit first harvest the field of your own soul. Then, having received the Holy Spirit, you will be a witness in your own Jerusalem and to the ends of the earth. Remember, nothing is of ourselves; all is of God. The Lord of the harvest considers your salvation His glory, and He desires that none should perish.

So pray without ceasing, but also obey without delay, yielding your will entirely, that both here and hereafter you may receive a plentiful reward, through the grace and mercy of the only-begotten Son of God, to whom with the Father and the Holy Spirit be glory, power, and honor, now and ever, world without end. Amen.
