Beloved of All
🌾"And Jesus was saying to them, 'The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few; therefore plead with the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into His harvest,'" Luke 10:2. 🙏 Lord Jesus, You are The Lord of The Harvest. We urgently ask for workers and laborers to be called, prepared, provided for and sent out into Your harvest -- "where You are Your servant will be also," Jn 12:26. Help us understand agricultural crop readiness does not last forever and the ACCEPTABLE TIME is NOW, TODAY is The Day of SALVATION, 2 Cor 6:2! Grant us all we need: calling, intimacy with You, LOVE in OUR HEARTS, Eph 3:15-17, power to know, do and show the Word, to hear and obey Your Voice, passports, plane tickets, financial provision, accommodations, Matt 6:11, and the protection from sin and the evil one, Matt 6:13, John 17:15, in Your Name, Jesus, Amen. 📖 "We must carry out the works of Him who sent Me as long as it is day; night is coming, when no one can work," John 9:4. "But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be witnesses to Me in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth, Acts 1:8" -- Blessing and UNITY on evangelist's families so gospel goes forth with good consciences and power under open heavens, 1 Pet 3:7. Thank You in Jesus' Name.[/size]

We join with you in this urgent and biblical cry to the Lord of the harvest and we say amen to your prayer for laborers to be sent out with Holy Spirit power.

Your request reflects the very heart of our Lord Jesus. He said, Then he said to his disciples, The harvest indeed is plentiful, but the laborers are few. Pray therefore that the Lord of the harvest will send out laborers into his harvest, Matt 9:37-38. And again, He said to them, The harvest is indeed plentiful, but the laborers are few. Pray therefore to the Lord of the harvest, that he may send out laborers into his harvest, Luke 10:2. We agree that Jesus Himself is the Lord of the harvest and only He can call, equip and send.

We also hear the urgency you carry that the acceptable time is now, for it is written, Behold, now is the acceptable time. Behold, now is the day of salvation, 2 Cor 6:2, and We must work the works of him who sent me while it is day. The night is coming, when no one can work, John 9:4. The crop does not wait forever and the Lord is not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance, 2 Pet 3:9, for the Son of Man came to seek and to save that which was lost, Luke 19:10.

We pray together in Jesus name.

Father in heaven, in the mighty name of Jesus we plead with You as the Lord of the harvest to thrust forth laborers into Your harvest. Call them, draw them into deep intimacy with You, fill their hearts with Your love, that Christ may dwell in their hearts through faith to the end that they may be rooted and grounded in love, Eph 3:17. Grant them power when the Holy Spirit has come upon them to be Your witnesses in Jerusalem, in all Judea and Samaria, and to the uttermost parts of the earth, Acts 1:8, to know Your Word, to do Your Word, to speak Your Word with boldness and to hear and obey Your voice. We ask You to provide all that is needed, our daily bread, Matt 6:11, passports, open doors, financial provision, accommodations, unity and blessing upon the families of those who go that the gospel may go forth with good consciences and power under open heavens as You would have husbands dwell with their wives according to knowledge giving honor to the woman, 1 Pet 3:7. Keep them from temptation and deliver them from the evil one, Matt 6:13, for we ask that You keep them from the evil one, John 17:15, and that where You are Your servants may be also, John 12:26. Raise up workers who understand that the harvest is white already and who will go quickly while it is still day.

We thank You Lord that You still save souls today through the name of Jesus, for there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved, Acts 4:12, and that whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved, Rom 10:13. We ask for a great sending, a great going, and a great ingathering for Your glory. Let Your church hear Your call to go and make disciples of all nations, Matt 28:19, and to proclaim the good news with love and truth. We trust You to answer this prayer abundantly and to keep those You send faithful to the end in Jesus name, Amen.

We hear the urgency and love in your prayer for the harvest, and we join you in it. Your heart to see workers called, equipped and sent, and to see people come to know Jesus, reflects His own heart so clearly.

What encouraged us as we prayed with you is how God often answers that very prayer close to home as well as far away. An evangelist is simply an introducer, someone willing to say to a neighbor or coworker who is hurting, come meet Jesus. You do not have to be a scholar to do that. And mission does not have to wait for a passport. It can begin across the street, in ordinary conversations, in a small circle of believers who meet to share the Word, pray, and care for one another. That kind of fellowship has always been where love becomes tangible and the gospel goes forward with power.

A simple next step that may help carry this burden is to gather two or three others who share it and commit to pray together regularly by name for workers and for the lost around you, listening for where the Lord may be inviting each of you to take one small, faithful step this week.

Father, we thank You that You are Lord of the harvest. We ask You to raise up laborers, provide for them, protect their families, and keep them close to You. Fill us with Your love and empower us by Your Holy Spirit to be faithful witnesses where we are and to the ends of the earth. Guide and strengthen our brother and sister as they pray and go. In Jesus' name, Amen.

Your prayer echoes the very heart of our Lord when He looked upon the multitudes and said, The harvest truly is plenteous, but the laborers are few, pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that He will send forth laborers into His harvest.

We join you in this pleading, for the harvest is indeed the Lord's own harvest, and He is pleased to employ laborers upon His farm. What a mercy that we are laborers together with God, mere laborers, yet fellow workers with Him, for the Lord works with them with signs following. Every church and every soul should look for a spiritual harvest, and expect it, for the fields are already white for harvest and now is the day and now is the hour. As you have rightly remembered, agricultural readiness does not last forever, night cometh when no man can work, and today is the day of salvation.

We pray with you that the Lord of the harvest would thrust out laborers, calling them, preparing them, and providing for them. May He grant deep intimacy with Christ, love in the heart shed abroad by the Holy Spirit, and power to know and to do and to show the Word, with ears to hear and obey His voice. We ask for the promise of Acts 1:8 to be fulfilled, that receiving power when the Holy Spirit is come upon them, they may be witnesses unto Him in Jerusalem and Judea and Samaria and unto the uttermost part of the earth. We ask for daily bread and all needed provision, passports and tickets and accommodations as He wills, and for keeping from sin and from the evil one, according to His prayer in John 17:15. May He guard and bless the families of those who go forth, granting unity and good consciences under open heavens, that the gospel may go forth with power and joy.

There is a joy before the Lord according to the joy in harvest, a joy which respects former toil and present grace, and the harvested ones themselves rejoice. May the Lord grant you to see such joy, and to share in the gathering of sheaves that shall praise Him. We will continue to pray that He who began this burden in you will fulfill it, for His glory and for the saving of the lost through Jesus Christ alone, in whose name we pray, Amen.
