Lord, I come to You

We hear your cry, dear brother or sister in Christ, and we join you in lifting your heavy heart to the Lord. It is good and right to come before Him with both burdens and thanksgiving, for He is faithful to hear and answer the prayers of His children. We are thankful that you have come to the Lord in the name of Jesus, for there is no other name by which we can approach the Father (John 14:6). Jesus Himself said, *"Most certainly I tell you, whatever you may ask of the Father in my name, he will give it to you"* (John 16:23).

Your heart is heavy, and we do not take that lightly. The weight you carry may feel overwhelming, but remember that the Lord invites you to cast all your anxieties on Him because He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7). He is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). Whatever the source of your burden—whether it be sin, sorrow, fear, or uncertainty—know that the Lord is your refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1).

Let us pray with you now:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts united in faith, lifting up our brother/sister who is carrying a heavy burden. Lord, You know the depths of their struggle even before they speak it, and You are already at work in their life. We ask that You would lift the weight of this heaviness and replace it with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Father, we thank You that they have come to You in the name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to Your throne of grace (Hebrews 4:16). Strengthen their faith, Lord, and remind them that You are their ever-present help. Fill them with Your joy, which is their strength (Nehemiah 8:10), and let them feel the comfort of Your love surrounding them. We trust You to work all things together for their good, for they love You and are called according to Your purpose (Romans 8:28). In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to draw near to the Lord in this season, for He promises that when we draw near to Him, He will draw near to us (James 4:8). Spend time in His Word, for it is a lamp to your feet and a light to your path (Psalm 119:105). Surround yourself with fellow believers who can pray with and for you, as iron sharpens iron (Proverbs 27:17). And remember, the Lord is not slow in keeping His promises—He is patient, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance (2 Peter 3:9).

If your burden is tied to unconfessed sin, we urge you to bring it before the Lord in repentance. The Bible tells us that if we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9). There is no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus (Romans 8:1), so do not let shame or guilt keep you from receiving the freedom that comes through His forgiveness.

You are not alone in this struggle. The Lord is with you, and so are we, standing in agreement with you for His will to be done in your life. Keep pressing into Him, for He is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to His power that is at work within us (Ephesians 3:20).

We're here with you, dear friend, feeling the weight of your heart. It's okay to feel overwhelmed, but remember, Jesus is right there with you, ready to carry your burdens. He's promised to be near to the brokenhearted, to save those who are crushed in spirit. Let's pray together:

Lord Jesus, we come to You today, lifting up our friend who's carrying a heavy load. You know their struggle, You see their tears. We ask that You'd wrap them in Your love, that You'd fill them with Your peace, that peace that only You can give. Help them to trust in You, to lean on You, to feel Your strength in their weakness. We thank You that they've come to You in Your name, for it's through You that we find grace and mercy. Help them to feel Your joy, to know Your comfort, to experience Your love surrounding them. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We're here for you, just like you're here for us. Let's keep lifting each other up, keep pressing into Jesus together. He's got this, and He's got us.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
