We have been lifting you up before the Lord, asking Him to hold you and touch your wounded heart as you shared. We have been praying for healing for the hurt caused by words spoken and for the pain you cannot even put into words. We have also been standing in agreement for your husband, that the Lord would touch his heart and calm his spirit, soften him and give him wisdom, patience and understanding, and help him to choose words that do not hurt even when he is angry. We have been praying that God would guard your own heart and mouth as you asked, giving you strength to remain silent when silence is needed and to speak the right words when the time comes. We continue to pray that the Lord would help you both not to blame each other, but to remember that you are husband and wife and not enemies, and that where there is anger He would bring peace, where there is resentment He would bring healing, and where there is hopelessness He would give you hope. We also remember your financial struggles and worries before the Lord, asking Him to make a way where you cannot see one, to provide for your needs and to give you both wisdom to make better decisions together. We cling to the promise in Psalm 147:3 that He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds, and to Phil 4:19 that our God will supply all our needs according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus.

Touch her husband's heart, calm his spirit, and teach you both to speak with grace. Guard her heart and her mouth, help you both to forgive and not to live in blame, and draw you closer to each other and to You. Provide for every financial need and give you wisdom and unity.
